Hi,
The zones are refer to header/content/footer zone.
Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. The most simple and fast way to resolve it is to use a page revision – https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
Also, please check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Yes it worked thank you. And you can notice sometimes there is this bug.. you see the secondary menu text above the header menu
-> put the mouse of the computer on one of the categories in the header, and you will see the elements of the secondary menu (about, contact, etc.) written on the top of the mega menu : https://www.captainforest.com/
Do you know how I can fix this?
Hi again,
Thank you for your previous response. I understand that there is currently no native support for a global Page template similar to how Single Post templates work via Cloud Library.
However, duplicating a designed page manually for each of our pages is unfortunately not a scalable or maintainable solution for our workflow.
Here’s why:
We have over 80 static Pages (not Posts) — such as “Rankings”, “Terms of Use”, “Privacy Policy”, etc.
We need all these pages to have a consistent layout, identical to our Single Post template (header, featured image, date, sidebars, etc.).
Editing and managing 80 separate copies of the same layout breaks maintainability — any design update means repeating changes manually 80 times.
The current Cloud Library approach works great for posts, but we’re specifically trying to apply it to WordPress Pages.
We’ve tried using custom page.php templates in the theme or plugin folders, but TagDiv Cloud Library always overrides the page output.
What we’re asking:
Is there any method — through PHP, a filter, or even a workaround — to assign a single Cloud Template (or custom template) globally to all WordPress Pages and have it pull each page’s content automatically?
We believe this would be extremely useful for many use cases, and perhaps there’s an internal way or workaround that we’re missing.
Thank you again for your support and time — we really hope there’s a way to make this work.
Best regards,

Hello,
I want to edit elements in the Flex Block 3 to add/replace code in it:

Could you please tell me where I can find this file?
Hi,
This is the first time when I hired about the AnWP Football Leagues plugin, but after your details and the screenshot it appears that this is place in the cloud header and also in the content. So this is seeing the header like a page. Just to be sure it’s like this, please set in Newspaper > theme pane > header set it on no template, save the settings, clear the cache and check if the problem is resolved. If is resolved, then you need to fined out how the plugin is working and restrict it to access the cloud header templates.
Thank you!
Hello,
We are using the **AnWP Football Leagues plugin** together with the **Newspaper theme by TagDiv**, and we have a display issue.
—
## Problem:
On all AnWP pages (clubs, players, matches, etc.), the content appears **twice**:
1. Once **above the main site header**
2. And once **inside the main content area**, as expected
—
## Notes:
– We are not adding any AnWP shortcode manually in the post content.
– This happens on all AnWP custom post types (anwp_club, anwp_player, etc.)
– It looks like the plugin outputs content automatically, before the theme header loads.
—
## What we need:
We want to **show the content only once**, inside the main layout — and **remove the extra copy that shows above the header**.
Can you please let us know:
– How we can disable the automatic content output from the AnWP plugin?
– Or how to prevent this from happening in the Newspaper theme?
We’ve attached a screenshot showing the issue clearly.
Thanks for your help!
Best regards,

Hi,
Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision.
If the problem persist, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP or cPanel access. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
If the project is the same on local and live (same plugins and settings), and there was no change on the page or plugins, then the situation can be related to some settings from the host.

Is it possible to create a page with no header and footer? I’m looking to create a landing page prior to accessing site with full header and footer.
Hello TagDiv Support,
I’m currently using the Newspaper theme and would like to display weather information in my site’s header. I noticed that the built-in Weather element in the TagDiv Composer only supports manual entry of a city name, but does not allow for automatic geolocation-based weather display for users.
Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:
Show the current weather icon + temperature + city name
Automatically detect the user’s location via geolocation (browser-based)
Display weather dynamically for each visitor (e.g. someone in Nairobi sees Nairobi weather, someone in Paris sees Paris weather)
I attempted to use a custom script via a Raw HTML block, but it appears that script tags are either stripped or not executed in certain theme areas (like headers). I also tried using the Weather element, but it requires a static city name and doesn’t support location detection.
Could you please let me know:
1. Is there a supported way to integrate geolocation-based weather with the theme?
2. Can I use the existing Weather element to achieve this with dynamic location?
3. If not, what is the recommended method for safely adding a custom weather script that supports geolocation?
I’d really appreciate any guidance or best practices to make this work cleanly within the theme structure.
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Martin

Hi,
The extra h1 might be coming from the logo. Please edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer and disable the logo H1 tag – https://i.imgur.com/B8qyI57.png – https://i.imgur.com/GXauqr4.png
Check the main header, sticky header, footer logo, and also review it on mobile: mobile header logo and sticky logo – https://i.imgur.com/6J9sEwN.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you disable disable the h1 from sticky headers on desktop and mobile, for this you need to edit a page, scroll down in page then scroll a bit up to appear the sticky header, select the logo and check the option. Do this for both desktop and mobile version. https://i.imgur.com/qDGTkaN.png https://i.imgur.com/6DRW3Pu.png
Thank you!
I am unable to disable the default, grey, Newspaper 12, ads in my ad areas.

Hi Team,
We were reviewing the homepage of our site (https://www.electronicsforu.com/) and noticed that the <h1> tag is being applied to the site logo.
Could you please help me understand:
Why is the logo wrapped in an <h1> tag?
Is this being done by the theme or a plugin (e.g., header builder)?
What’s the best way to change this, so the <h1> tag is used for the main page heading instead of the logo?
From an SEO perspective, the <h1> should ideally be used for the primary heading of the page content, not the logo. Or is it normal?
Looking forward to your guidance on how to fix this.

Hello,
I just checked the website, the homepage and header are now displaying correctly, and also, the pages are working correctly.

Hi I have my website front page which is not displaying at all but the rest of the website pages are. it uses a cloud template header and now it appears it can’t find it. https://oceantribe.co

Yes, the mobile header can be edited using tagDiv Composer – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo&list=PL6CsDkMaejhoHETIWoxnRB4zefz8L8PYg&index=11

Hello!
Is there a way to customize the mobile menu header template the same way as the main header template? I really like how the current mobile header looks, but I’d love the ability to tweak it to better suit my style — and have those changes apply across all pages on my site.
Here’s a screenshot of my Mobile Header now(https://prnt.sc/8WeaemYVPRqk). I would really love to change the logo, while also adding the other stuff in there

Hello!
I could really use your help!
I’ve set up a new website using WordPress (on GoDaddy hosting), installed the theme with all required plugins, and successfully imported the demo content. The site is working fine, and I can create and edit posts.
However, whenever I click on TagDiv Composer, I’m redirected to an error page.
Here are some additional details about my environment:
Hosting: GoDaddy
PHP version: 8.3.20
Database: 10.6.21 MariaDB
htaccess:
php_value max_input_vars 5000
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value post_max_size 50M
php_value upload_max_filesize 50M
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN
</IfModule>
I’ve followed all the recommendations in your documentation, including plugin activation, memory limits (256M).
Could you please advise what might be causing this issue with TagDiv Composer and how I can fix it?
Thank you in advance for your support!
Newspaper theme was already activated but I could not edit pages due to “Theme Unregistered” box on the header. I reset the registration as I read this could be a potential fix, but now my original purchase code does not work. I get “Please enter your envato purchase code”. Any suggestions? Support is slow to respond to my emails.
