After I use the website manager for a specific page and choose no header or no footer, after I save the page it and view the page still shows both header and footer

Where do I tap into the ajax website search function? I found it in \wp-content\themes\Newspaper\includes\wp_booster\td_data_source.php with Newspaper 9.7.2, but now that we just upgraded to the latest version, it’s somewhere completely different and I haven’t been able to locate.

Incidentally, \plugins\td-cloud-library\shortcodes\header\tdb_header_search.php almost looks like it could be but it isn’t (I’d found this on 9.7.2 as well).

What I’m trying to do is override the built in search with a plugin…
relevanssi_do_query( $query );

Hi,

I have tried both jpg and png for the logo, with the exact dimensions it asks for. Both on the computer and mobile.

When trying to add the logo for appearance on mobile, the one logo that does come up, the colours are inverted. (I have an icon and writing in white but it comes up grey and black).

Some assistance will be appreciated thanks

Hello, You can check this page https://thegazettenews.co/contact-us/ and also other pages. In those both the logo in header and footer both are showing H1 tags. Which I want to remove, but couldn’t.

The second issue is the mobile menu. If you check from mobile version then you can see that the mobile menu background image is there of a blue blazer guy which is a feature image of demo post which I have already removed. So I want to change that also. But I couldn’t.

Please help me in solving these two issues.

How to customize header in mobile theme to the same as header in phone viewport?

The video size is 1336×200 pixels and this is what I want the header to also be, but why is it too long?

I need it to bee the exact same width as the body of the navigation and content to the website.

The CSS options have no affect on the video.

Hi Guys,

I have the most basic request for support on editing a cloud header template i like. This has been frustrating me for a few hours now so i thought i’d better just ask!

I like the London News Pro Header and want to use it on my site – this one (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_london_news_pro/tdb_templates/tag-template-london-news-pro/)

I have downloaded the theme but when i try and edit the header via the cloud template i have problems. All i want to do is replace the logo from the news pro head with my own logo. Everything i try fails.

Is there a simple way to simply swap out the UK News Blue square logo that sits on the left hand side of the menu with my own logo and keep exactly the same format?

– Duplicate content. I simply want to show no post twice espacially on the home. ‘The offset post’ ist only a work arround as i have to set categories only for the home and use everywhere the same cat. Unique articles is not shown in posts… Can i sidewide prevent content to be shown more than once?

– How can i change to block-look of widget boxes in the post-sidebar like more aritcles or featured posts (with smaller picture, eg)?

– whatsapp icon in articles is only shown mobile but not desktop.

– can i make a page that is also in the main menu a megs menu? (i saw only cats in the dropdown)

– More articles below post: how can i NOT show more from author tab?

– thirst block in my default sidebar is the social counter. if i don’t use a header it just shows empty space instead. and so the counter ist not on the same height as the block on the left side.

– can i show something like a more/featured article box in an post with putting some (short)code in a text block?

I see on this forum that there are a number of people reporting issues with the Search Box – but I can’t see a solution/fix.

I have two issues – one is probably just me overlooking a setting somewhere, the other an issue with search results.

This is my dev site : http://www.cwhdev.co.uk

I’ve added the search icon to the header, if you click on it you get the dropdown search box – but the menu is showing through. How do I stop this? I just want the search box to be solid so nothing shows through. (Ignore the horrible colours that’s just me working out what each setting changes)

The second issue is that I am not seeing any search results dynamically, and clicking on the “search” button closes the search box down. If I click the search icon again I now see the results from my search! Obviously this is not the way this is supposed to work. Is there a fix for this?

Would it be possible to provide in one of the next theme-updates another slot for inline ads concerning the mobile theme? Because of the new web core vitals its nearly impossible to use for example the article top ad (causes to high largest contentful paint) or the header ad… the footer ad or the post bottom ad don’t work so good…

I want to change the wording of ‘LEAVE A REPLY’ and ‘Comments are closed’

I have copied comments.php to my child theme directory and made the necessary changes. However, they are not being applied. Am I missing something?

Also, if there are no comments on a post and comments have been closed automatically after x days, the message ‘Comments are closed’ does not appear. How can I change this?
