Please check in the Theme panel->Ads section, check in the header ad spot

Remove or replace the default ad code found there. Then save and check if the ad is removed from the header. If it’s still there, clear the cache if you use a caching plugin. Also force refresh the page where you are checking in (Ctrl+Shift+R). Let us know.

In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code.

Maybe what you are looking for is the menu overlay page template

When this template is set for a page, the header will be transparent and displayed over the top part of the page, for example

That is not possible, the menu that is displayed inside the menu modal is the header main menu – http://prntscr.com/oaeely
I forgot to mention that there is currently an issue with the sub-menu arrows not appearing on responsive mobile, please enter this code as well to make theme visible

The best way would be by creating a header template from the Cloud Library and there you can edit your header as you wish and you can add the ad using a custom ad box. @Miriam65 The quickest way for a more accurate answer is to try and provide a link to the website and as many details as possible.

So for example are you using a predefined header template? – http://prntscr.com/oae4m9
In this case the sticky mode can be disabled from the theme panel

If you are using a cloud header template, then begin by editing the template with the composer. You have to remove the elements that are set to appear when the header is sticky.
Edit the header and activate the sticky mode – http://prntscr.com/njdq41 then remove all the elements that are in sticky mode. The same for the mobile sticky mode.
You can edit the header in all it’s stages, default desktop + sticky desktop, and also default mobile + sticky mobile – http://prntscr.com/oae9en (note that the enable /disable option is only for showing the sticky version in the composer edit screen)

You can resize your logo using a image editor wich will be more indicated but as for a CSS please try this code:
