If you don’t use a cloud header template, you could either comment the code as mentioned in this topic by Bogdan – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/order-of-navigation-items/

Or use a CSS code to hide it – http://prntscr.com/msx9si this code will apply to all the mega-menus with sub-categories (it can be made more precise if needed)

display: none;
}

The code can be entered in the Theme panel custom CSS section.

That secondary menu is actually made of buttons in the page content, so it is not part of the menu. These buttons will appear only in the homepage. At the time of making the demo the header builder/manager was not yet available.

But now you can do that. Import the cloud fast news header in the cloud library section

Add a header menu element in it – http://prntscr.com/mswxac and save it. Then set it globally in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/mswxnp
The header style will then appear for the whole website.

That header style can display the logo in full, if you select the full size when setting it, like this example

From what I can see currently there is a thumbnails of the logo set, try using the full size of the image and check again.

But you could use a different review system and add the meta with a plugin, for example
