I want to make my WordPress blog’s ‘Newspaper’ theme full width for the desktop version only.
Here are the things I want –
1. The widget (on the right) get closer to the right with only a little space left on the right hand side. However, the size of the widget area remains the same i.e., I only want it to push closer to right.
2. The content area stretches more to the left and leaves less free area on the left hand side.
3. Full width header area i.e., Logo stick to the extreme corner of left and also the top menu (in black) to begin from the extreme left.
4. full width footer area.
I think these all requirements can be achieved by just increasing the width of the container for the desktop version of the site, but I was a bit confused after looking at that huge CSS code.

i want to change logo header with file flash
How do I make it so that the top header isn’t covering the title of the sidebar? As you can see the “Must Read” title of my sidebar is being covered by the header I have when you begin to scroll down. I was able to change this on my front page using Visual Composer but am not sure how to do it for individual posts. I’ve attached an image link so you can see what I’m talking about.
Also are we able to use visual composer for individual posts? I only see the option to use it for pages.
Well, in my case, that is not a bug …
there are no sub menu items for tech, so visitors are shown “more to read topics,” including a drop down category selector to explore topics.
That is a setting of the category page header.
So, for instance I just went to the category settings panel in the theme panel, and changed the drop down category behavior to “none” —

see ? now there are no items shown as “more to explore” menu under the menu bar. But NATIONAL, which also has no drop down choices, still has the more to explore bar.
You do have some control over that for EACH category as to how it works. Not sure how you had tennis in tennis, as I’ve not seen THAT happen before on our sites.
Not sure that helps. But that was kinda what I had meant as “you can control that…” to some respect and in my case not having any “bug” but rather a feature. Admittedly kinda set as default at the moment since I had to fix several sites in our network horribly corrupted from Aug 5 server and RAID failure (long story).

For #2: I am referring to the padding on the left and right side, not the top and bottom. No matter what options I use in Visual Composer it won’t stretch all the way.
For #3: The search icon is now hidden from my header. However I need to move the categories to the right to align with the rest of the content, instead of an empty space where the search icon was.

I have inspected your website and I saw that your Ad is not responsive and that’s why you cannot see in mobile and tablet view. Notice that the theme only renders the ad code which is added in the Header Ads and do not influence the structure of it. You should contact the Ad provider and request to provide a responsive Ad code. Adsense has strict rules on how to use ads. The theme is 100% compliant but it;s how you use the ads that matters. for example the sticky sidebar used to be a big problem as people placed their ad codes in the sidebar and adsense did not allow a sticky ads. You seem to have 2 ads one on top of the other. I’m not sure exactly but i would ask google for help rather than here as they are the ones that make the rules, not us. We try to provide options for users to place the ad wherever they want to. You can select different sizes for your ads from the theme panel ads section, you can select the number of paragraphs for the inline ad, There are header ads, article top ads, bottom article bottom ads, footer ads., …etc.It is only so much we can do in this regard.
Here is a simple test. Try to use “adrotate” and that way the theme ad system will no longer be used so the theme will no longer interfere. What I can say is that our theme is compliant with the adsense TOS but this is very personal and each individual can use the theme settings to their advantage or the opposite.
The theme simply renders the ads. How you set them and where, it’s up to you.

Yes, you use header style 1 that does not have a hover or active background color for menu items. It only uses the underline. Please switch to a different header style from the list above for a menu with a background hover color and no underline.

Please notice that our theme will be switched in boxed mode if you will add a background image and that’s why the Footer and the Header are not be displayed in full width. Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to change this behavior from the panel, but you can do that using a bit of CSS code. Please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to change the caption position anywhere you want on the page. Notice that you should do this only from the code, sorry! For your second request, the theme has not been designed to display the image caption for Header style 8 and if you want to implement this, you should make some additional customisation through the code in order to achieve best results. Please reset the colors you set in the theme panel -> theme colors section. You most likely added a black text color for the headers text color. Leave that field empty by hitting the reset button on the color.

I’d like to make a few adjustments to my website, http://www.viraltacos.com
1. For the load more buttons, I need to make the arrow a little bigger and center aligned with “More Stories”. Here is my current CSS:

2. For the category pages, I’m trying to place a full-width banner on the top of the page. However there is padding on both sides and I can’t get it to stretch all the way no matter what I do. Check here: http://viraltacos.com/animals/
3. Disable the search feature, or at the very least remove it from the header (both desktop and mobile). For the desktop header, I need to move the categories to the right to take the place of the search icon; the logo will remain on the left side.
4. Disable the “Related Articles” section on the mobile site. Also if possible, I’d like to have this section full-width (all 3 columns) on the desktop site below the post content and sidebar. Is there an easy solution to this?

We use header ads in http://www.urbanista.com.tr for our clients. I received the ad this time as a code from the customer (normaly we took jps all the time)
But now they send me the code below. When I install it, there’s no problem with desktop pages. But in phone and tablet, I can just see the half of it.

How can we pinned a post on headers of all categories and main page?

This is not WP basic menu setup, this is tagdiv setup within their theme control, where when you choose a category in the header menu that does not have subcategory, then it populates subcategory area with duplicate links instead of leaving it blank.
