Some times, if you are using many plugins and the theme requirements are not set as in our guide is possible to have a slow backend.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps, make sure that wp_memory is at list as in our guide.

Indeed if you are using PRO demos, the settings from theme panel will no affect website, because PRO Demos are build suing cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and are build/edit with tagDiv Composer. So if you want to edit the pages or templates you need to do it with tagDiv Composer, for pages -> https://i.imgur.com/FIDsl3X.png or cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/QUul6Mj.png
2. There are two ways that you can create pages with our theme, using tagDiv Composer, you can see the example for homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ or using the Gutenberg editor from WordPress -> https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/
If the pages were build with other plugins like Elementor, then is possible to not be recognize by the theme.

May I fix a dimension for mobile theme homepage thumbs?
Because i see on my mobile the images are different one from another, i’ve already installed Imagify and also regenerate thumb on the whole site.

1. The them panel settings will work only for some options, or if you use only standard templates, it will apply for all elements.
The theme update will not break the website, but we recommend to make first the update in a test environment.
2. If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
3. You need to set the cloud template in Theme panel> Templates settings -> https://i.imgur.com/L7ccnOP.png

Normal, when you click on author name, you should be redirect to author page.
For the problem with the author links, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin, if they are author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case – http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk

Hey Guys!
I seem to have a glitch that has just shown up on my homepage in which the last few elements are repeating themselves at the bottom of the homepage: latest articles, most recent, a sidebar ad, and search–basically the last 3 rows. When I go into TD editor, I cannot highlight or select them either as I can with all the other elements on the page. It seems to be a glitch. It’s a new site that I started building last week by downloading the lifestyle mag demo. How to do I get these off of there?

I believe I’m having the same issue. I’m new to the theme but finally got my homepage set. When I attempted to create a COVID-19 page to display statistics, all of that content on the new page made it’s way on to the designated homepage. Really weird – something is off on the page creation side of things. I’ll work around by creating posts for this content but I think it should be addressed. Thanks for your time!
