We have implemented the theme and the videos on homepage is not running. We have put Youtube Videos id in backend. Please suggest.
I have bought your Newsletter WordPress theme, for our website: https://ffstars.com/ but have some problems with it. Could you please assist with the following issues:
1. Error message: When I open to edit our homepage with the TD Composer the following error appears all the time: Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Everything seems to work normally but this is really annoying. I even try and delete the whole demo I install it again and started from the beginning but after a few minutes, the error started to show up again. What is the reason for that error and how we could fix it?
2. We have set up a duo language site with a plugin (Polylang) and have made two versions of the home page – one is Bulgarian and one in English. But once I make some changes in the English version (changes in the which menu to use and some texts) but once I save the changes they are saved in the Bulgarian versions as well. How I could fix that? Is there any multilingual plugin that you would recommend to use that would work best with your website? Also how we could filter the post that we show on different sections based on the language they are?
3. In the header of the home page, there are 5 featured posts – is there a way to put a border between the post?

4. Also in the same header from the image above – could we add a link to the background image?
5. Is there a way when a new user registers on the site to set his own password instead of sending him a password on the mail?
6. How we could edit the text of the mail that the theme send when new users are registered?
7. The demo content has set an example logo SPORT [ SP (Icon of a ball) RTS ] on the home page. From the TD Composer, I have removed the icon and the text and added a new Image for the logo. But on the categories pages (any of the first 4 option on the menu) – there are no way to edit them with the TD composer, so at the moment there is both the Logo we upload follow by the SP RTS (without the icon). How I could remove the text and leave just the Logo as it is on the home page.

Am i using this feature correctly? When I type in the categories that I want to filter on a Flex Block 4 section on my homepage…it is not filtering at all. Do I need to remove “All Categories”? It will filter if I use drop down for a main category.
Is this the correct way to type in filters? ex: Esports News, Written Reviews,
I only want two categories to pull in and they are “Written Reviews” and “Video Reviews”. Documentation seemed straightforward, but it’s still not working, so I am not sure if I am typing it correctly.

Trying to use TD Composer to edit the Pulse Pro demo homepage. At some point, it “crashes.” Well, it works but the home page backend and front end slow waaaaaaay down – taking like 16 seconds to load. Lol. I get around it by restoring an earlier backup. I really don’t have the patience for this. ;o) What could be going wrong?
Hosting company has fixed some database problem and checked system.
I have all unneccessary plugins and themes unstalled.
Deactivated Cache plugins, cleared all caches from browsers.
Changed to default theme, deleted Newspaper theme then reinstall again.
I have reset the backend theme data.
Also deleted the homepage layout and do it all over again.
However, the same problem still exists.
Do you have any clue where would be the problem?

I have a problem with the AMP plugin. There is no problem with the default language. It works as I want, including homepage and inside pages. But in other languages I have a problem like this. Homepage AMP is not coming. The inner pages, on the other hand, work as AMP without any problems. For example;
https://www.konsultasyon.net/es/?amp does not come as AMP
https://www.konsultasyon.net/es/sindrome-de-enterocolitis-relacionada-con-proteinas-alimentarias-seipa/?amp this is true.
I can’t solve it and I’m waiting for your help.

On the mobile design of our homepage, we’re using the “slide” module. This works exactly as we’d hoped, however, we noticed a bug.
If a user flips their phone on the side for landscape mode, then flips their phone back to portrait, the slider does not return to its original orientation.

So if you have set a footer cloud like this -> https://i.imgur.com/e9lLIpG.png you need to open the homepage and edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/URD07tP.jpg after the frontend editor is open scroll down to the footer and edit it how you want -> https://i.imgur.com/fNhc8k0.png

The images are not show in the homepage because you do not have set and featured image on your posts, please set theme as i our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ also I see that you have a plugin conflict on posts -> https://i.imgur.com/HIjaDK8.png, it could be a conflict with WPBakery plugin.Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!

Not sure what triggers it but when I create a static homepage it corrupts the data of one of my posts. Sort this out please.

I’m running into a technical / theoretical issues… hope you can clarify :
The Website contains 6 500 + posts, through 12 + categories.
We are trying to set properly all readability by google, H1, H2 tags on homepage and on each category page and article page.
I noticed that the activation of the mega menu, is completly destroying the readability of pages, because google detects all htags of all posts of the mega menu…
So question is, what is the best solution ?
– Is it possible to enable Mega Menu, but making it invisible by google, to keep a clean readability and optimized webranking ?
– Is it better not to use Megamenu in this case..?
– Do you have another suggestion ?

I think that you only enable the option from them panel -> https://i.imgur.com/XUi5Cos.png this is only for the blocks and modules that are displaying on homepage.
If you want to use the modified date on post on responsive version of Newspaper theme ( not mobile theme plugin ) you need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, because this option is only on templates from cloud, and set the single post modified date element using tagDiv Composer

I checked the button for showing the last updated date instead of the published date. It is showing the last updated date in the homepage modules https://ibb.co/QM5yR4r (bottom left corner, post- sites like Afdah, Last Updated 25 March) but it’s showing the same old published date in the post’s page. https://ibb.co/jwMZfwk.
I want the last updated date to be shown on both the post’s as well as SERP’s. How do I do that?

Sorry, unfortunately the style set inside the post/article will be display wit our theme only inside the posts, this will not reflect in flex blocks on your homepage, these are individual settings for posts and blocks/modules.

I am currently using a managed vps with LiteSpeed enabled Cloudflare, using wp-rocket as cache plugin( i know wp super cache is recommended but wp-rocket is showing better results) using Imagify to compress images.
I have gone through almost all available posts here, so please do not share a link of anything that I already know about without checking on the site mentioned.
I am also using the newspaper mobile theme separately, I tried to enable minify CSS files, but it causes problems if I am using the mobile theme, web version sometimes start throwing up the mobile version.
I think minify CSS files will work fine if do not use the mobile theme, but this will increase the page load speed for the mobile version.

What I have currently at the top of the homepage is a flex block pulling in a post (in the way that you’ve illustrated). However, the post content is styled as an excerpt which means it’s stripping out links, bold type, paragraph breaks, etc. I was just hoping to find a flex block that allowed for the post content to come through rather than just an excerpt.

1.I deleted the demo logo from homepage in the demo and then uploaded my logo. It worked fine.
2.But the problem remains in all the other pages.
Currently it is showing both the logo everywhere (i.e. my logo and demo logo) . Request you to tell me the way that demo is deleted from everywhere.

I’m building my homepage, and using offset settings just as you recommended.
Everything works fine in the TD composer, and everything shows perfectly.
But when I open my website in another tab, some articles just won’t show for some reason.
The offset settings are correct in my opinion. What is the problem behind this?

As I can see now the link from the author box is link to homepage not to author page how it should be -> https://i.imgur.com/wWTnuL4.png, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin, if they are author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case – http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk

I’d like to add a whole (short) blog post to our homepage that includes all of the formatting in the post. All of the filtered post blocks I can find strip out the formatting of the main content and just show it in the “excerpt” style. I don’t want to hardcode the block of content because it is something that my client wants to update daily by editing a post.

There are supposed to be other colors and bold type in the post that is being pulled into this space, but they are all stripped out in the excerpt view.
