Hi, I have my homepage elements at the bottom of all other pages I’ve created. Even when I changed the page template settings to default template or pagebuilder + empty page – nothing changes

On the homepage the thumbnails don’t show up as high-density (retina), but if I click on any of the subcategories in one of the blocks, the thumbnails are sized properly for retina displays.

For example, on this page https://glasair-owners.com the default view shows thumbnails in the first block (Glastar & Sportsman) below the big grid at 324x160px. However, if you click on a subcategory on the homepage, “All” for example, the thumbnails will be shown at 648 x 320 px (scaled to 324 x 160 px).

Also, if I edit the home page with TD composer, all of the thumbnails—including the big grid, are shown as retina-sized in the live preview.

Is this some weird caching issue, or am I overlooking some obscure setting?

I thought that when I install the demo theme it would look like the demo, saving me a ton of designing time? But it looks very much the same as it always has.

How do I get the same homepage as the demo theme I installed?

While creating a homepage with builder, I notice that Home Latest Articles/Post Loop setting is missing.

I have already made sure that the Home Latest Articles checkbox is thicked as follows:

When I cleared the cache and frequently refresh the page editor, the option sometimes appears and immediately disappeared when the page is fully loaded.

I’ve already tried fixing it on incognito, new browser and a different device.

How can I fix this?

Hi – I have created a homepage – http://jazzreview.co.uk – using Flex Block 3 which looks great on desktop and mobile but on tablet landscape the columns lengths change and on tablet portrait column lengths and header menu break. How do I solve this? Happy to have tablet portrait go to mobile format and menu (how do I set for that?) but tablet landscape would like columns to retain equal lengths. Thanks

How do I apply to ‘zoom on hover’ to images in the Homepage Latest Articles? I dont see any options for this in the settings for this section. I hope someone can help.

I recently updated to 9.2.2, and now I have no Featured images on my homepage. Other images that are not a widget show up fine. I’ve cleared my cache multiple times to no avail, and it seems to only be a desktop issue. I’m running the mobile theme and that works fine, and even then I request a desktop version on my mobile phone, featured images appear there as well. Please help.

I am using PHP 7.2 and last version of Newspaper theme.

Yesterday evening, I saw that my website homepage + 2 others pages were blank whereas I did nothing
I managed to connect to site admin and saw that all theme panel options had been reset to blank (no more sidebar widgets, no more logo, no more ads, no more colours, no more block settings, nothing !!)
May someone know how this happened ??
I have set again all options but my website homepage is still blank ?!

For these pages, when I change URL france into france1, they work… Why ?? The pb is I use the last word of URL to display content of the page, so as I have changed it, the content is wrong… I could change my script by I would prefer solve the pb and keep france…

I have just installed Newspaper 9 theme and installed the Baby demo all is working fine however I do not have the Edit with TD Composer option on my homepage front end.

If I go to Dashboard-Pages there is the Option ‘Edit with Tag Div Composer’ but if I click it I get an error:

This page isn’t working
social.learnermama.com didn’t send any data
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

This is sorted by popularity over 7 days, in order for this to work I need to have the “SHOW POST VIEWS” enabled in the theme panel.

I don’t like people seeing how many views the post has, is there any way to disable this option and still have my trending section?

Using 8.6 and have been waiting for the WP5 to be released etc

Still using WP4.9 and this morning i tried update from 8.6 to latest version 9.2.1

after install it loads the menu and header then nothing

In the back end i open the homepage TagDiv composer and it gives the error
Error at rows: 3(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content

opened developer tool in chrome and got

?td_action=tdc_edit&post_id=38&tdbTemplateType=page:1
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

reverted back to old version and had a lot of [vc] [/vc] code on the home page

In admin had a notice saying the TagDiv composer and TagDiv Social Counters do not work with this version
noticed in plugins the TagDiv composer is version 2.3 – so reverted back to version 1 and now i have my site back

Hi every one, i’m facing a small prob since few days and i hope you can help me resolve it. i buid my site with the newspaper wordpress theme but i load it on my mobile phone, the homepage does’nt appear like it does normaly. I set up the mobile too but when you hit on a item on it no page is loaded.

Hey there, is there a way to remove the “author” and “sharing” (social media icons) SITEWIDE? I mean I managed to disable it on posts but it still appears on the featured post and on the homepage…check the images! THANKS!
