Hi,
I have followed the instructions and watched the video tutorial to build my custom homepage. Every time I select a template with the visual composer, the visual composer throbber spins indefinitely and I wait for ages with no progress. I cannot get past this stage. Am I doing something wrong?

For some reason, the images for each post are missing. But, if you click on a post title on the homepage, it will take you to the post and the image is visible. If there a solution for the images for each post not showing up on the homepage.

It seems you do not have a static page set as your homepage but rather a list of your latest posts. This is a WordPress setting that is found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/wlAH7txj1AL
You can select a page to set as your homepage and then you can use visual composer to add block elements to that page: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/

Sorry but on a boxed layout you will not be able to have a full width element. It will be contained in the margins of the site.
The header menu and homepage post are not contained in the main page container that is why they do not have the margins, but anything in the main content will receive the content margins and padding.

1)At the moment, the header templates are a global option for blocks in homepage and only for Widgets, this option is individual. Most likely, in the future, this option will become individual and for the homepage.
2)Unfortunately, this type of block is not available for Widgets section. This option is available only for post page. You should use a simple block 7 setups by Latest Articles.
3)Unique Articles option has been designed to be used only for Homepage, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
4)Please notice that option is available only in this demo. Each demo has own design and style and if you want to achieve the same functionality of it, you should install the demo or use a bit of Custom CSS to do it. It is just a simple TABs, an element of Visual Composer.

I’ve created a “News” CPT via custom code in function.php file. The CPT is working great except it’s not appearing in the Home page “Latest” block at bottom. I want it there, but can’t find where to update?
Also I want the “Latest” section modified in a way that if I load site.com/news (news is a page), then in the Latest block, only News CPT will load.
Can anyone guide me which file to update?

I’m using the BLOCK 4 in my homepage. There is another block with this function?!
I also try to edit the td_module_2.php file, but the class td_modulo don’t have a method like get_tags() or similar.
What should i do?!

Hello! I’d like to make my call to action block full width. Currently it is at 80%, but even at 100%, it only spans the width of the other blocks. Sorry, maybe I was not clear. I mean that the homepage of http://www.cibarsidimarketing.it now has a second page because of the number of posts is over 5. This is the page: https://www.cibarsidimarketing.it/page/2/ .I simply do not want it. I just want a single-page homepage.

Hi, I’m trying to set up the Newspaper theme. I wanted it to appear similar to link below

However, I can only set Grid 1-12 only to “Per categories setting”, what I wanted to do is to Set it to homepage.
For example, to show each latest post combined on the top, then use Gride 2 for Health menu, use Grid 3 for Trending. All in homepage. You can imagine what I wanted is similar to Newspaper Health homepage. I don’t want to show only post Module, but Grid to homepage. Please help.

I just want to know
1) If it is possible to have multiple block header categories on homepage. I can see that in “Widgets” content blocks have an option to choose header type but I don’t see such a choice on pages.
2)I want to have related posts in the sidebar using block widget (Block 7 for example). Is it possible that posts appearing in this widget change with the change in the category similar to related articles that appear below the post?
3) Posts shown in the sidebar also keep on showing the main post (currently being viewed). Is there a way to implement “Unique Articles” feature for sidebar widgets as well?
4) Is there a tutorial to create “Tabbed Content” similar to Newspaper-Magazine listing categories Fashion, Sport, Music, World, Lifestyle.

I have created a homepage with some blocks at my website northbasket.gr. I face with a problem with the custom URLs I provide in the blocks. See for example ΕΚΑΣΘ or ΤΜΗΜΑΤΑ ΥΠΟΔΟΜΗΣ. If you click the first one, it redirects to another url(from a post) and if you click in second one, it appears broken link. Why this happens? I cannot understand it because also link seems to be right when you click and I have tried all of version but no result(for example “/εκασθ/” or “http://northbasket.gr/%CE%B5%CE%BA%CE%B1%CF%83%CE%B8/”).
Also I found that if I copy-paste the URL of second category(http://northbasket.gr/%CF%84%CE%BC%CE%B7%CE%BC%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%B1-%CF%85%CF%80%CE%BF%CE%B4%CE%BF%CE%BC%CF%89%CE%BD/) I get a broken link even if I get the copy from menu item!

I’m using Newspaper theme on healthprash.com. I always update the theme with the latest release. From last couple of days, whenever I’m posting new post, the thumbnail size on blocks are not rendering properly. You can view the empty space in the background on homepage easily. I haven’t made any changes to thumbnail settings yet. I have even tried to regenerate thumbnails using regenerate thumbnail plugin recommended on somewhere on your forum but it didn’t solve the issue. Please let me know how to fix the issue.

I’ve been crazy for days trying to figure out how to put 1 block with four posts in a row. I don’t know if my website hasn’t width enought or what, but it was impossible to me. Now, I discovered other website designed with newspaper that looks like I want. (Really nice job by the admin I think).

It seems to be a styling issue from the add-on. Try to use a different element on your homepage as the style does not seem to be working properly.
It can be fixed with this css:
.ult-ib-effect-style1.ult-ib2-min-height img{
width: calc(100% + 50px)!important;
}
But other styling issues could occur.

There you will be able to see the page structure. On top of your page there should be an empty row

i want to know where is design settings and how can i recreate the homepage with same demo elements? coz i have checked all option in theme panel and if i create homepage with visual composer its dont have page navigation because it is static page.

If you install a demo without content, only the design settings will be imported. You will have to recreate the homepage for example using the same elements from the demo, and then the settings will apply. If you install the demo with content this will import some dummy data and everything is predefined, you would just have to replace (not edit) this dummy data with your own content – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
If you want to use an ad in the page structure you can use an Ad box element and select from your available ads
