The mobile theme plugin is an optional plugin, you can choose not to activate it and the theme will display properly on all devices do to it’s responsive design. Also it could be mentioned that the mobile theme comes with predefined templates for the homepage, posts and categories, and if you want to display the same content from desktop on mobile you should simply not use the mobile theme. I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the mobile theme plugin. If you are using this plugin for mobile viewport, this is normal behavior because the Mobile Theme does not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode.
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

On your blog page containing latest posts, you can set a sidebar here – https://www.screencast.com/t/AXQvyrNI If you want to have a different sidebar on your single post pages, you must set it in the post edit page – https://www.screencast.com/t/GfUPYLrGj This way you will have a sidebar for your homepage and another one for your posts.

Yes, it is true. The Mobile Theme is faster than the normal theme for mobile. This was a new concept which was implemented in our theme and as you see, this is an optional plugin. 1. Please check to see if you have the default thumb size set in wordpress – https://www.screencast.com/t/uosBOW2xYg and make the changes if not. Also clear your cache after the modification.

2. If you are using the mobile theme, this plugin was designed with speed and performance in mind, so it comes with predefined templates for the homepage, posts and categories. So you will have the mobile theme post template regardless of the post template used for the post. More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you do not use the mobile theme, the theme has full responsive design so it always looks good on all devices.

The mega menu cannot be sorted ascending or descending unfortunately but the blocks on the homepage can. Please use the block settings to sort your posts inside a block in the preferred sorting order: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Please install the Visual composer editor plugin as it is an essential and required part of the theme. You can find it in the theme package that you have downloaded – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ plugins folder. Then you can create a homepage using the elements available – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ from Visual composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ Also here is a tutorial on block settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ explaining how you can assign a category on your blocks and the different sort orders. Unfortunately a small image such as this one: http://juglax.com/mercy-johnsons-husband-talks-marriage/ cannot occupy the full width of a large container such as the one on your homepage grid. Our theme will crop images but it will not enlarge them. For that you will have to use an upscale plugin. We suggest using images at least the size of the biggest container you use. In your case you need at least 741×486 px
