Hi guys,

Is there a way to change the position of the 320×50 mobile leaderboard ad? My concern is ad-blindness vs click through rates. At the moment the mobile leaderboard loads “above the menu”. I hardly notice it. My eye-pattern recognizes “top menu” then I look down to get started on the content.

I’d like to position the mobile leaderboard ad BELOW the nav menu, just not sure how to do it without messing anything else up.

Appreciate any help!

1. I noticed that the demo site (default mode)is at 1070 width, but after installed, my page width is much smaller.
How can i fix this? Id like my page width to be 1070, like demo.

2. I want to make my homepage look exactly like the Tech page (default mode) on your demo site (Layout wise).
Any suggestions?

Hi,

The Page Loading Speed is really fast when no user is logged in but when a user is logged in (no matter if it is admin or not) the loading speed of the homepage is extremly slow. Also the login process and the logout process is slower than on other sites I own.

I disabled every plugin but that doesnt help.

I’m having trouble getting the custom 1/4 + 1/2 + 1/4 row layout option to display correctly, when I have either of the “Homepage bg…” options clicked. For whatever reason on full width on my desktop monitor it moves the last 1/4 part to the next row. If I turn it to the “Homepage blank” option it doesn’t seem to do that. Any help would be much appreciated as it means I can’t use that much desired custom row layout AND have the cool top homepage option too. Thanks!

We’re having an issue where many of the modules are not properly spanning multiple columns. The below demo page is a mock up using the “Homepage – Less images” template.

A similar thing happens with the “Big grid”. Instead of filling the entire width, two of the blocks wrap to an additional line.

Anyone have any thoughts? Is something wrong with the size of our photos perhaps?

I have used “Big Slide” with background on homepage for my website (http://www.strengthupgrade.com/). But it is not showing properly. Instead of showing behind the Big Slide, the background is showing above it as they are different.

Please help. I added the Facebook Like Box (Jetpack) widget to my homepage and the title of the widget is not the same as all the others. The background color is consistent with the rest of my headers but not the text. Where in the custom typography is the setting or what is the CSS to target it? I think I have tried all the custom spots that it could be.

Google Webmasters is giving me a duplication error about “duplicate meta descriptions” and duplicate title tags on the home page and its paginated pages. For example naldotech.com/page/1, naldotech.com/page/2 and so on. I talked with the guys over at webmaster forums but they couldn’t provide a solution. Any ideas?

From what I have seen, paginated archives (tags and categories) have the rel=“next” and rel=“prev” tags while paginated pages of the homepage do not. Is there any way of manually adding them? Maybe a code to the functions.php file?

I want to disable some other categories appearing on my homepage. Since I didnt update the other categories I want it to be hidden in homepage. I only want to show the top big grids and the latest post.

I searched and read some post relating to this issue and it seems I cannot find the DISABLE button on the Theme > Categories..

I only see categories and subcategories.
