Our homepage is suddenly stopped working (see image)
When I update the page and save it (not changing anything), it works for reload or two, then reverts. Not sure what changed.
It is only happening on the mobile site. And links to posts work fine, it’s just the homepage that is having issues.
Hello Team! We’ve purchased Newspaper theme and decided to upgrade the homepage of our blog – https://blog.skyvia.com/. There are several questions we have regarding the possible settings:
1) Is it possible to add a Email subscription form, like Subscrive to our newsletter, where there is a field to submit email and a button “Subscribe”. Is there such a functional, and if not probably you can advise what plugin to choose and how to integrate it into the theme.
2) The second question is related to the option to add filter by categories to the main page. Somwthing like these guys did – https://www.integrate.io/blog/ – Sort by – and the ability to select specific categories and read articles within it. I found the shortcode – Categories/Tags list – but it looks very simple. May be you can advise how we can create something more attractive.

If you have created a mobile page, please disable the mobile theme and amp plugins.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47

-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

after editing in my homepage my website design became weird as the template could not be in used.although website is installed but it looks like no template is using.
Hi Explorion, Is this problem happening when you are logged in? If no, then the problem is from the cache, this is caching the js used to change the text and for image animation, what you can do is to exclude JavaScript code or the homepage from cache.

If you create ‘Text with title’ on my homepage, type the text, insert the link into the text, and click Save, the page is not saved and buffering is repeated.
There’s a bug going on.
Didn’t add any code, this difficulty in editing is in all blocks (Header templates, Footer templates, Homepage templates and others)

We are using TagDiv Newspaper 12.4 template and, this morning, we found out that our homepage, category view and article view have been messed up. The css formatting wasn’t like it was supposed to be.
After looking deep into the problem, we found out that the website is not rendering anymore the mobile version of the Cloud Template we assigned it.
Can you, please help us? I can provide you more details in private.

The homepage template can not be assigned on a single template or about page because there are specific element on every template. But, you can:
-> save an element in the tagdiv Composer (click right on the element -> save) and use it in another page,
-> create custom blocks (module template) which can be added on every page using the shortcode called flex block builder,
-> copy-paste an element when you have both pages opened with the TagDiv Composer,
-> copy-paste the code when you edit the page for example with Gutenberg and paste it in a new page,
-> build as many template as you want and assign the one you like on the page. A manager of those templates can be seen in Dashboard -> Cloud Templates.

I want to know how to save the page I made on the homepage as a template. After that, I want to be able to load the template page that I saved when I created another page.
Other WordPress themes have the ability to easily save your own writing as a template.
With literally every other theme I have ever used the favicon is set in the theme options. Just like you also have a section in the theme option to set the favicon. I only mention that it need to work on my maintenance mode page because you said there is also a setting on the homepage to set another favicon. I’m just giving you information. The favicon setting should work via the theme option section you guys provide and it doesn’t. How to fix this is all I want to know?
What I mean with my question about the ticket being public. I am wondering if there is an option to submit tickets privately, not for everyone to see like this ticket is for example?

1. https://dronefluence.com/ Please visit this site, have you find it weird? yes me too, my site is loading home page and other pages very slow, if you can see on the homepage, even Menu items were not showing when page is opened, it’s taking too long show the menu items, I feel the lazy load option will be available for only images, but menu is not images, and the other sections also not loading properly, kindly go throughout homepage and check what is the issue, am not able to findout.
2. When you are making this theme compatible with other page builders like Elementor, WPB etc, your page builder doesn’t have somany features which others ahead of time.
