-> https://www.screencast.com/t/4LxCCKW7rq -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
You can set in page with tagDiv Composer a post loop and set the pagination to infinite load -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/
Thank you.
Hi,
1. You need to set a excerpt on title ( Excerpts introduction -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/ ).
2. Please check our documentation for Filter Tab -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
3. Unfortunately our theme do not have this option of photo grid.

color: #fff;
}
.td-footer-wrapper div .td_block_template_4 .td-block-title > *:before {
border-color: #ff4136 transparent transparent transparent!important;
}
set it in newspaper>Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
https://www.screencast.com/t/PqwsUKDkv
5. Please check the settings from Settings>Discussion -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zuLKrsGAs3g
Unfortunately for removing the website and links is no option in tagDic Cloud Library , you can use some custom css to hide some of them, if those are not important.

Hi,
You can try couple of things, first activate the mobile theme of Newspaper, that will bring the speed upto/over 45 (mobile).
Next you need to check the render blocking scripts.
I used this tutorial to bring those down. (you need to understand coding for a little while)
https://searchtides.com/eliminate-render-blocking-javascript-css-fold-content/
Also I am using lot of plugins to get the work done, You can also check some for yourself.
JCH Optimize is a good one to bring the speed index up. But remember if with plugins, the website might not work properly. So, keep experimenting.
I use WP Super chache, since any other cache plugin does not make the new stories appear, and you would end up cleaning the cache every time you post a new story/article. It is not the best Cache plugin, but seems to be the only one working with Newspaper.
We also use WP Smush Pro to keep the images size low.
Some of the plugins might reduce the desktop site index, as it puts more load on server, so make sure you have good RAM and CPU on the server.
Newspaper requires good amount of resources to be quick, no matter what anyone says you need good amount of RAM and CPU for your site to be fast if you are using this theme :).
However, Newspaper is much better than other themes we have seen, as they keep it updated and their support is excellent. Only thing missing here is infinite article load and infinite smart list load. Probably we will see it in the next update. That will make bounce rate lower and also time spend on site higher.
Hope all this helps!

Hi,
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all fo untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Regarding the infinite scroll for an individual post, notice that we cannot say for sure when exactly this feature will be implemented in our theme, sorry! Check our changelog.
Thanks.
Hi,
That would be correct, blocks have only ajax pagination, this will not affect the position in the page when used, so it will remain in the same place.
Maybe consider using a different pagination such as infinite loading or a load more button with that block, so the rest of the posts will be displayed below it.
Thanks
Hi,
The latest articles will always display the same number of posts across all pages when using the pagination. So displaying a specified number of posts in the first page and infinite loading in the second is not possible.
I can’t think of a way something like this could be achieved unfortunately. Sorry fro the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
The infinite loading for posts is currently in development, as we speak our developer team is working on it. When this stage is completed we will begin testing. After this it will be available in the theme through a theme update.
Thanks
Thanks. I can see an option for infinite loading + load more pagination from Loop Settings?
My template is set to ‘pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination’ with M6. The loop settings only have filters for the categories.
I just need 9 posts on the homepage then infinite scroll on page 2 rather than another grid of 9 and 83 more pages.
Thanks in advance
Thanks
Hello.
I have my category pages set to infinite scroll of all posts.
However, they seem to render in blocks of 10 posts.
They are arranged 3 posts in a row. So, I get a 3 rows of 3 posts then a single posts. This then repeats, which gives a gap of two columns after every 10 posts.
Hopefully you can see what I mean here : http://i-studentglobal-com.sites.stackstaging.com/category/arts-and-humanities/
How can I edit this to be 9 posts per block so the layout of posts has no gaps or empty areas?
Thanks
Hello
Below the main content of my homepage is a ‘latest article’ section that is part of the template.
I have it set to show 9 posts with the rest paginated (page 2, 3, 4 etc)
I really need to retain only 9 posts on my homepage but wonder if it’s possible to have page 2 show infinite posts?
Currently I have 82 pages all showing 9 posts, which is a lot and isn’t ideal.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Simion,
Yup, the team replied me on Envato. I am too much excited. Because tagDiv team is awesome. The work they are doing is great. I am a fan of the better theme optimization. And with the further tools, my website now opens within 3-4 seconds. And that’s great.
I hope the infinite scrolling will hit soon with the ad support on the sidebar and in a post.
Thanks!
I am not sure whether they will add the Infinite post scrolling feature in the next update, but for sure it is coming. Later yesterday dropped a question on Envato and Tagdiv team replied that they are working on this feature and it will hit soon for their users in future updates. But they haven’t said exact information.
I got this fixed.
FYI if you encounter the same issues:
1. Go to the pages section and fix the page’s title that you use as front page. Also, you need to look under Yoast SEO -> Search Appearance. Fix the format of the SEO title for both pages and posts.
2. Again, go to pages and look for your front page. Click edit with TD composer, select “Infinite Loading Articles” and viola.
Hello,
We want to add social share button on the blog loop. Say for example here – http://prntscr.com/lk6so8
We can integrate that normally But the problem happen with the ajax load or infinite loop.
When I load new posts using ajax load more – http://prntscr.com/lk6t3d, the social share button stops working.
Here we have used the plugin – “AddToAny Share Buttons”. I have tried few things from the plugin side like-
I have tried adding a trigger on ajax success-
jQuery( ‘body’ ).trigger( ‘post-load’ );
Or initiate the plugin on ajax call-
$(“.a2a_dd”).each(function() {
a2a.init(‘page’);
});
But they never work. The share button is generated but no share link is generated for the new post load by ajax/
Note: We have tried different share plugin & the same thing happen, the share button generates but no share link is generated.
Can you please explain the problem or give us a solution to this?
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately our theme do not have this option, maybe in future, if you want, you can try the suggestion from this topic: -> https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/71282/how-to-make-infinite-loop-of-post
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your understanding.
Has anyone found a way to make an infinite article or infinite post loading?
For bloggers, an infinite article or infinite post loading is much important and officially they don’t have that feature enabled. But sites like beebom.com have infinite post loading (they are using newspaper theme).
If anyone knows how please share…
Hi,
Thank you very much for your appreciation. We try to add new features with each update, but we have to be careful what is added however, and also what will be the consequences.
1. Can’t say I know much about live blogging. I read some articles online to see what this presumes. The theme doesn’t have such an option at the moment, we haven’t made any tests with plugins that can offer the option unfortunately. As for plans to add this in the theme, I am not aware of them.
2. For implementing infinite scrolling in the post page there are plans. This is a much requested feature and a solution will be found to add this in the theme by default, as soon as possible.
3. For caching we tested the WP Super Cache (works properly with mobile theme plugin if used), but other caching plugins may work as well.
4. So something to compare items in a table like format or similar, that is not available in the theme or composer. I can’t make any plugin recommendations unfortunately, test the plugins you can find which can offer this functionality.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Can you please provide the exact steps I need to take to activiate infinite scroll posts to the homepage of the (say what? demo theme) under the final section titled latest articles in the demo. Right now it is broken up into pages.
Also if you have the exact steps for adding single post infinite article scroll please provide the solution as well.
Best
Hello Guys, i am wondering whether there is an option to modify post by adding block under the post except of more articles from user? Is there any option to modify post option in order to have infinite loop of more posts under the post?
cheers
jan
Hi,
@remon1993 So you want to us big grid 4 to display posts, that will not be a problem. Notice that big grids don’t have any pagination.
Big grid 4 will display 2 posts – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-4/
Only blocks have pagination, including infinite loading
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
From what I can see in the screenshot you provided that is a block, maybe you mean block 4.
The default limit of posts for blocks is set to 5, that is why there will be 3 posts on the first row and 2 on the second in the layout you have. Change the limit to 6 for example, to have an even number of posts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Msn5ZRXNv
Then if you set infinite loading for the block it will keep loading additional 6 posts.
The theme doesn’t have an option that would allow users to favorite posts in the modules. Maybe with plugins that could be possible, we haven’t test such plugins unfortunately.
The comment count can be disabled for blocks in the Theme panel->Block settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xPatNqYGUp
@RSN If you have any issues and the answers above aren’t helping, please mention them, I will try to help you.
Thanks
Hey guys, I want to use grid 4 to display all my posts on the site. Now I would like my readers to be able to continue scrolling through posts with infinite load, though it won’t will the whole screen, but in stead it skips a posts: https://snag.gy/DGXkY5.jpg How can I fix this?
I would also love to be able to let my viewers be able to favourite the posts by clicking a tiny icon under the thumbnail. How would you recommend going about this?
Also, I would like the number of total comments to be hidden since the commenting function is not on
Can I change this in some options menu?
Thank you! :]
Sorry if my english is bad.
I found the plugin “WordPress Infinite Scroll by Auto Load Next Post” By Sébastien Dumont
What I want to ask is which part is for the “Theme Selector” for Newspaper theme?
Theme Selector for:
1. Content Container
2. Post Title
3. Post Navigation
4. Container Comments
I’ve tried searching for it, and I only found “Post Title” and “Container Comments”.
Thanks
Hello Khabir Uddin,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this functionality! Infinite load for posts, sorry!
Thanks.
