Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hello, as mentioned, my latest post and changes only appears to logged in admin, all other browsers are showing previous version and without latest post.
(Post setting is public, latest changes were all made via composer)

Have cleared caches, uninstalled and reinstalled WPsuper cache and even tried other cache plugin (uninstalled again), nothing works.
Have switched to another theme and switched back again, problem remains.

Hi, have done this step many times.
Step 1 – Install and activate the required plugins
Step 2 – Go to the Dashboard area> Newspaper> Activate Theme.
Step 3 – Enter your Envato Purchase Code in the required area.
Step 4 – Press the Activate Theme button.

So, here’s what I did. I installed the Newspaper theme and uploaded the Gossip Demo. Then, I renamed the pages and did a few customizations on my laptop. I thought it’d automatically customize everything to fit all devices. Apparently it’s not the case. How do I do that?

If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.

I’ve installed the Gossip Demo for my Newspaper theme. Spent days to get it running, but then when I check my website on mobile, none of the modifications got applied to it. I’m not tech savvy. Please help!

I’ve been going mad over this one. When I apply a child-theme across the sites, I am getting odd behaviour where the mobile viewport reacted site gets pulled to the left and the logo appears to be shifted off-screen too.
It seems to happen when applying child-themes, if I re-activate the parent theme, it’s back to normal.
Please, god tell me you’ve seen this behaviour before, it’s been plaguing me for some time and I thought I had it resolved, but nope. Currently, I am in maintenance mode as I was performing a massive upgrade. This happening with child-themes is a show stopper.
For instance on the project website, fresh install of Newspaper, if I apply the version 9c child-theme you supply on some sites it will break like the above on others it applies ok.
For the demo image, I posted above. I created a fresh demo multi-site instance, tried version 9c child-theme on all subsites and it was fine. Added and applied my project child theme, and that’s how I took the picture of the bug.
The behavior is so badly intermittent, I’ve been desperately trying to track it down. There is nothing within the project child-theme css that causes this and have seen it working fine on some sites. Even if I remove all the css from the child-theme it still pulls to the left! It’s just because a child-theme is applied that it happens. No settings imported, everything standard.
Please, I am desperate for an answer as I currently on the clock in maintenance mode holding back 100k’s of visitors for the past few days. I’m totally out of options now and pray to God you’ve encountered this behavior before?

Ok I have got the td composer installed..
but its says
TD Composer – This plugin requires Newspaper v8.7.5 but the current installed version is Newspaper v7.3.
To fix this:
– Delete the TD Composer plugin via wp-admin
– Install the version that is bundled with the theme from our Plugins Panel
I have installed it from the theme folder that I got. and when tried to update the theme it said
Import script started:
> Newspaper 4 settings not found in database! td_008 – not found
> Quiting!

When I first installed the Newspaper Theme,my Admin Bar was like other wordpress pages with different options. They’re all gone. Now I need to edit the sidebar on a particular category and I can’t access Tagdiv Composer there.
Tagdiv is only available as an option for pages. But I also need to access it on categories.
Looking forward for any suggestions.

If you are using the cache plugins, then you need to have the option for cache date enable -> https://i.imgur.com/P6ihSlS.png then it should display the correct date, but this also can differed from cache plugin to cache plugin, for example with WP Super Cache is working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

First of all, I recommend you to make a full backup.
1. Standard Pack is used only for default templates and not for a cloud/PRO templates. In your case, if you will use only cloud templates, then you can uninstall the Standard Pack plugin.
If you want to install a demo and for that demo is required an extra plugin, then you should have that plugin installed in order to display the demo correctly.
2. When you install the demo without content, it should take and put your posts automatically. Normally, this will not affect your previous posts.
