On Newsmag tagDiv Composer can be use only for pages because is a page builder, there is no option to edit the posts.
Also if this is not display in your page content, please make sure that you use the last version, Newsmag 4.9.6, disable and delete tagDiv Composer and reinstall it from Newsmag > plugins, this should bring back the button for pages.

I just tested, and that problem doesn’t appear.
Please deactivate and delete the tagDiv Composer and re-install it from Newspaper plugins.
Also, make sure you have updated according to our guide => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and that the files have been replaced correctly, not overwritten.

I solved it by having a “.user.ini” file in the root folder of the installation. According to phpinfo() everything is working now.

I just bought the Newspaper theme and upload it to WP.
I added the item purchase code, clicked on ‘ACTIVATE’ and the button stays in an unlimited loop.
I tried the manual method and also same thing.
I tried many times, and gave it some delay but sadly it’s not moving. I even tried another browser and nothing yet.
I reinstalled WP and tried, nothing. I reinstalled the theme with all plugins, nothing.
The problem seems from your server side. My project is in hold because of this, and my team waiting me to finish this. Please help me with this!!!

Maybe you have installed a Prebuilt Website Pro, and the changes from Theme Panel -> Theme Color not apply on the Pro Demo.
If you have instaled a Prebuilt Website Pro then you can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jNDptsgvhgOW and select which element you want to edit, for example, select the Header main menu => https://www.screencast.com/t/oo6zPCDWd6 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1EGstlbu.

After the steps I explained above, after install the plugin, you need to do these steps:
1. Go to Tools -> Regen. Thumbnails
2. Click on Regenerate All Thumbnails
Please give it a try and let us know about your results!
Please note while the process of regenerating the thumbnails is running, try not to make any changes to your website including the creation of new posts.

It seems you have Mobile Theme plugin installed, so you need to set up the accent color also for mobile because the plugin has its own template. You can do that by accessing Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Theme colors -> Accent color. Try to do that and let me know about your results.

Normally, Facebook and Youtube will work if you reinstall the social counter plugin and your theme update is done. Make sure it is reinstalled properly from Newspaper plugins and that all the ID’s are inserted correctly.

I just tested on my install and works fine, the mobile menu and AMP version for me are working correctly.
Is possible to be a plugin conflict, usually is caused by cache plugin. I think you use the Litespeed cache plugin, and this doesn’t know the cache version that needs to provide.

This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin, therefore, do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.

The theme package does indeed contain the Revolution slider. No need to activate it, simply ignore the activation messages. It is a bundled plugin, you can use it fully without the need of an activation key

If you installed another Prebuilt Websites, then the only way to fix it is to restore a backup to database (all changes from theme panel and composer are saved in database).

Also I do not understand how “accidentally you installed theme”, normal if you install the theme your posts are not affected also the images from them. If you had a different theme, then just set it back and check to see if the the configurations from it are still active.

The site has been quite slow for several weeks when loading images and when publishers try to upload content, it is weird because not all publishers do. There is a common time, mid-morning GMT -5 where the page does not load, however the traffic does not drop significantly. I saw myself in the need to install JQuery and it tells me that there are obsolete codes that I expected to be solved with an update on the subject, but the update does not arrive and it is already very difficult to update the page with this problem.

I have installed and activated the Revolution Slider Plugin as per the tutorial and imported a demo slider from the Demo slider’s included with the Newspaper X theme. However, when I copy in the ‘alias’ of the demo slider into the slider box in TagDiv Composer nothing happens. The small red ‘rev_slider’ box remains in the element box instead of displaying the slider. I have checked and double checked that the alias is correct. I have also tried creating other sliders and trying their aliases in the box but still nothing happens. Any advice on what might be causing this not to work would be very much appreciated!

Also, check the page with TagDiv Composer and make sure there the settings are default in order to take the font from theme panel.
