Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

Yes, the plugin explain in developer documentation is working on both themes, at the end of documentation you can get a prev of this plugin -> http://prntscr.com/owe9yv
The api is not longer supported, and yes the code need to be move in the new plugin, this should work.
Also is possible that in the last version of the theme the Visual Composer to make some conflicts with taDiv Composer, this depend the settings that was made on pages and posts with Visual Composer.
This will work, but with the new plugin for developers, the old API will not longer work.
Also we recommend to make a test install and try there all those settings, including the update from v4.7 to v4.9 in this way the live website will not be affected.

And i have not installed any new plugins
I’ve installed a calendar plugin on my site, and am having an odd issue. The users are able to add their own events, but on that form there’s a form item called Select Prominent word. Which doesn’t come from the calendar plugin according to that plugin company.
I’m thinking it’s possibly coming from the theme, and that whole taxonomy setup in the admin. I don’t really understand it, but wondering if it is possibly coming from there? HEre’s a screen shot of the field https://www.westislandblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/taxonomy.jpg

Problem solved. The cause was the staging environment in which my installation was running. In the Live-System everything’s working well. Anyway: Thank you for your help!
Is it necessary to install “Revolution Slider” and “Visual Composer” to run the theme?

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older tagdiv theme and plugin version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems and maybe you’ve missed something while deleting the old files. Have you checked the plugins to be deleted too ? If you are certain that you have installed the updates correctly by deleting all of the older versions and made a clean install from scratch please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. All those are customization and unfortunately there is no documentation for customization, only all we have is a simple guide for a new plugin that can replace the td api.
Form the moment that the td api is not longer working there is a new plugin that can be use, but the code from td api need to be set this new plugin.

I removed all plugins except td_Composer, Cleared all cache, Reinstalled WP 5.2.2. Till now same problem.
I am using NGINX Server. Newspaper Theme Version 9.7.2.

Das heißt Kategorie Webseiten mit einer überschriftenstruktur wo ich die einzelnen Beiträge nicht wie standardmäßig als h3 erscheinen sondern als H2. Mit der Neuinstallation des newsmag verschwanden auch die H2 Überschriften in der startseite . Selbst wenn man eine neue Startseite erstellt bekommt man nur die Blogbeiträge als H3 und diese sollten doch wohl als suchmaschinenoptimierte Beiträge als H2 erscheinen. Quick update: I have another website, using a different theme, that has an earlier version of Yoast SEO Premium (11.8), which I’ve installed on my Newspaper-themed site. It’s working correctly now. Must just be a problem with the latest release of Yoast SEO Premium.
I’m new to the Newspaper theme, and am just getting my website up and running. I have found a conflict between the theme and Yoast SEO Premium. This is how it’s manifesting:
When I activate Yoast SEO Premium, the Title and Description meta tags disappear, causing the site to load showing “satiri.co/” on the browser tab. When I disable the tagDiv Composer plugin, the the Title and Description meta tags show up, making the title appear properly on the browser tab.

tagDiv Composer Version: 2.4
Yoast SEO Premium Version: 11.9
I’ve gone through all of the other plugins I have installed, and tagDiv Composer is the only one that’s conflicting. Any ideas?

I had to disable default sign in feature of the theme (as it was showing the dashboard to the subscriber’s side). but i want the plugin’s sign in feature to be run with in the given sign in feature of the newspaper theme. so how can i do that..?
If it is not possible then plz give me a way to show my top menu (which carries the Sign in feature from the plugin) in the the menu section of the mobile set.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details about the settings you’ve made.
