Hello,

I have installed Newspaper 8.8 but installing the tagdiv composer plugin generates an error message : “the plugin does not have a valid header” .

I changed permissions and have tried new install, same issue.

Any help?

My site has been hacked a few times in the last couple of months.I am keeping it updated.

Wordfence has picked up the following hack. Even though it says that it’s not a core plugin from wordpress, as soon as i delete it, my site stops working and posting an error message. Someone on Wordfence has told me that it is in the Must Use files. And I sould get a fresh copy Is this file from you?

NewsMag will not install on my WordPress 4.9.6.

I’ve also tried a clean install of WordPress and to install NewsMag via the WordPress Theme Install panel. I’ve ensured the Theme has downloaded (32.9mb for the download file); unzipped as NewsMag-tf folder; selected the Newsmag.zip in WordPress.

I unzipped on my MacBook Pro with Archive Utility 10.10.

I had 2 Google Analytics plugins installed and activated, but made the mistake of adding the Google Analytics code to the header.php file in the child theme. Currently the 2 plugins (Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP), and Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights) are disabled, and the code is removed from header.php. The problem is, the header is missing (top bar and main menu) and the mobile view of the theme is also not working.

Hi,
I have read on your forum that the newer version of Newspaper is in compliance with GDPR. I have the newer version installed, but I haven’t come across any cookie notification as of yet. Do you recommend to install a plugin for this purpose? And by the way, how it is in compliance with the GDPR, can we check that?

I’ve just downloaded and attempted installing the Newspaper.zip template however I am getting an error:

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Any ideas as to how to get this fixed?

Hi There, I have some questions about the mobile version of my website.

– I posted an article yesterday, you can see it if you access my website in a computer, but if you try do see in the mobile page it is not there. It seems that it never been posted. I don’t know why, last week I did the same think and it is ok!

– Some weeks ago, when I access my site in my mobile, it was a totally different template. I thought that it was the Newspaper The Mobile Theme, but now it looks like the Computer theme, responsive but same as in the computer, could you help me. I tried to install the The Mobile Theme plugin but I couldn’t.

– I installed the TagDiv AMP. When I publish an article them AMP option is enabled. But if I access my articles in the site they are just the same as the computer, and when I find them in Google Search Page they are not with the AMP Thunder Icon. Could you help me?

I’ve updated the Newspaper theme to 8.8 after installing Envato Market plugin on wordpress which was successfully done. However, my website (www.hgvdashcamfootage.com) now has issues with pretty much everything. Missing bottom menu, missing main menu, missing images, pretty much everything has gone invisible since the update. I’ve been advised to one by one deactivate plugins to see if it fixes the issue but nothing.

Can anyone advise please?

Ive installed Newspaper and the “Gadget” theme. Couldn’t figure out a snafu with my first post and after endless (seemed like) attempts to fix I reinstalled the theme – but it picked up the same formatting error, AND didn’t come in as the complete template. How can I get it to come in as the new complete template and just start over?

I had installed Visual Composer but recently I changed to TagDiv Composer. The problem is that I create a page and then I click the button “TagDiv Composer” as you can see in this screenshot:

Hello,

I would like to change from Visual Composer to tagDiv Composer but every time I install and activate tagDiv Composer I get a white screen and the whole website breaks. I have to manually remove tagDiv Composer from the database to make the site work again. I tried deactivating Visual Composer first but still get the same issue.

Is there anything I can do with this problem?
