Hello,
today after updating my theme I received a message stating that some tagDiv plugins had been disabled because they were incompatible with the new version of the theme. Following the documentation tutorial, I went to install the updated plugins. All plugins have been installed correctly, with Multi Purpose exits.
When I install this plugin I get a fatal error:
The plugin could not be activated because it caused a fatal error.
Fatal error: Can not redeclare on_tdc_init_multipurpose () (in /home/insti314/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php:15) in / home / insti314 /public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php on line 16
How to fix this bug?
I build my site based on the “Dental Studio” Demo, so I believe the Multi Purpose plugin is needed for me, right?

I need help ASAP. I’ve installed Newspaper 8.7, the installation went fine(i think) but now i can’t activate the template and also can’t activate any one of the available demos.
In the Activation page, i can see the activation button, but when i press it nothing happens. About the demos, the problem is exactly the same, i click on the install button and nothing happens.
Please tell me what i need to do to solve this problem.

I just purchased and installed your Newspaper theme. I also installed the Child theme. Is it OK that the Newspaper theme appears to have a version of 8.7 while the CHILD theme shows version 7. Please see here: http://prntscr.com/jnq035

I have Yoast installed, but do i NEED to input the title and meta description as well? does the plugin not just pull the info from the excerpt and page title?

My requirement is: I want to have a separate page where I just want to show an author (that is logged-in) his/her published posts.
Do you want a full guide to install the theme?
That download file was the exact same version (4.4) of the Social Counter I had installed. It didn’t clear it up. Twitter count still says 14 instead of 22.

Just install a new version of this plugin…
i tried installing the theme from zero, using the patch patch_8.7.4_8.7.5, deleting the td composer plugin & installing td-composer again, and it’s still wrong.
When i change for example a label text, it doesnt show that change in the front-end.

Most of it worked really well, did excatly as you said and the site came back online with near perfection.
However few things:
1) when I goto newspaper tab in word press it is showing me this –
Please install and activate the tagDiv Composer plugin – Our plugin is required for this theme to work best.
What should we do?
2) The social counter is working, FB, Insta and Youtube showing, but twitter is showing 0 subscribers, when we have over 5000, tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin too. Nothing worked.
3) Is there an option of infinite scrolling?
Also is the new theme SEO friendly? Any tips.

Hi, I know it says the child theme is located in the ‘code’ folder but there is no .zip child theme in there. How to I install the child theme?

Seems like there is so much information available but I cannot seem to understand how to navigate to what I need to learn.

In recent update, tagDiv team has included Multi-Purpose plugin in the tagDiv Composer plugin. There is no need to install the Multi-Purpose plugin now, as all the functionality was moved in tagDiv Composer.
Uninstall td-multi-purpose plugin and keep td-composer plugin active.

First a comment:
I cannot see easily the basics for setup. Some set up guides are for old versions of software, none for new versions for a topic of interest or any statement that old version covers new version.
Leads me to Q1: I need a training guide please! How to navigate the setup for a complete installation in the correct sequence?
Q2: AMP and mobile theme.
a. Do I need both?
b. do I complete desktop setup first then approach mobile theme?
My wordpress was not updated with the new privacy link.

I updated the theme to the latest version but I get the following error when I try to install tagdiv composer plugin from the theme options.

Plugin installation failed.
The plugin does not have a valid header.
My front page is messed up. The columns and rows are not as they should be.
My web hosting is from HostingRaja.in not getting any help from my web hosting. Currently, I’m using Genesis Framework which is amazing very easy to use and install.
I don’t no host IP address, username & password.
Before hostingraja I was using HostGator & it’s the world’s best hosting service for me.
But my current hosting service is not good they’re not trying to solve my problem. So I want to try to get a refund.
Newspaper theme is really not so easy to handle.

Why? What hosting do you use? Did you install WordPress by yourself?

Installing the theme via FTP is the recommended method.
When I was trying to upload my theme, after 100% it redirects me to “Not found, error 404”.
Now, what should I do?
