Hello, I’d like your assistance in this issue:
Beforehand gotta say I love your theme and its been awesome to work with, I’m currently only having two issues. The one on the topic title that only happens when loading in firefox browser, I’ll show you with images:
And the other issue I’m having is mixed content on loading two backgrounds from demo theme. (I’v already deleted and changed all background images on theme panel but it keeps trying to load them)
I’ve also tried to change the calling of the images to https but it won’t work. I migrated from http to https but only those 2 images are giving me a hard time.
¿Would you recommend a clean theme install to fix both issues?

I bought Newspaper a month ago, and after feeling overwhelmed with it I just parked the idea and went back to my old theme. I can’t quite work out the order of things… do I need to activate the theme before I can use the ‘Theme Panel’ to customize? I currently get a message saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I like the look of the coffee demo, but how do I go about installing it with my existing content? I’ve read through so much of the tutorial info and just can’t work it out. I’m nervous to press the activate button and find my site looks like crap for a week while I work all this stuff out live. Is there no way of previewing before I press the button? In live preview mode I can’t edit anything!!
Anyone’s help would be greatly appreciated. I’m not usually so easily defeated by technology!
I would call your hosting provider and ask them to take a look. I had this problem and I tried all the suggestions like reinstalling, increasing memory, but nothing worked. I then called my hosting company and they were able to fix the issues on their end.
1. Please keep in mind that theme has no infected. To be sure, you should re-download the latest theme version for Theme Forest and make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the subject theme method in this case (https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/).

The theme template Newspaper is loading the malicious SEO script. You will need to check all the theme files or reinstall it.
ho installato la versione 8.7.3 del tema, e quando provo a configurare il contatore di Facebook (TagDiv Social Counter), pur seguendo tutti i passaggi, non funziona. Il Link rimanda alla pagina, ma non mi da il conteggio (www.farbas.it) (https://www.facebook.com/FarBasilicata/). Se carico uno script con il Raw html, spariscono le pagine e anche il menù. Thank you for getting back to me. I installed via the WordPress install instructions provided in the zip file once purchased. If their is an update, I can try to pull it down and install it but I am uncertain where to go to get that update.
Any information would be appreciated. I will also look on the site to see if I can figure out where the install or update is located.

1. Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, you should buy three other licenses if the sites are different projects.

3. The theme comes with lifetime updates (per regular installation).
(NB: I don’t work here).
The only thing I can tell is that i’m using Custom Html Element.
In the custom html element is code that i’ve copied in google chrome inspect (a button code)…..needed to do this bc i don’t see a way in getting button shortcode into wordpress dashboard…I need the shortcode so i can add a css class to a tag so i can use modal effect for a contact form..
when i went to wp side and saw the code (which i realize i can now grab the shortcode)…i see what looks like VC (visual composer?) text…i’m not using visual composer (not installed or activated).
also, within the code i see unintelligible letters that seems encrypted

There is no issue on a clean installation of the theme but that I knew already.
I had tested in localhost before activate.
I cannot replicate 300 users/min + robots in another domain.
Do you have any idea where is this coming from?

TD Composer is just a required plugin and if you want to use Newsletter you should install it.

The only plugins installed are the theme ones. Switched back to main theme. There are no codes in theme options. Still the issue is same .

First of all, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data and for this, please check the following useful guide here -> http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/7-best-wordpress-backup-plugins-compared-pros-and-cons/ All of your data will be loaded into your database and when you will access your website with the new theme installed you will find your content there. Keep in mind that all of the needed steps which are needed to follow to install the theme via FTP way can be found in the above documentation. Check it with more attention!

Please explain the procedure of reinstalling the theme the ftp way. Do I need to uninstall the theme first? If I do need to uninstall, will I lose any of my settings when I reinstall the theme? I have made quite a few changes. It would be a lot of work to recreate everything I have done. Hopefully, you can respond soon.

Please provide your website URL and also, some useful screenshots of the problem so I can identify it. Before this, you should remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should try making a new clean install to another subdomain for testing and use only required plugins and then check the sorting functionality at our blocks.

Notice that we do not have any bad reports in this case until now, sorry! I suggest you make a new clean install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Use the FTP way for theme updating because this is the surest method in this case. After you have followed this steps, check your results and see if the problem is still there.

Hello I have installed Tagdiv newsletter addon on my site Technosamigos and followed this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/ but I am not using tagdiv Composer addon. Was that the only way to install the Newsletter addon?

I suggest you make a new clean install to another subdomain for testing, clear all the caches and check the results. Remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

Now that is unusual, so when setting a simple background image for the category page, it no longer functions properly and leads to an attachment page. I have not seen this before, this is not proper functionality.
I suggest to begin with the basics. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, remove any theme modifications, switch from the child theme to the main theme. Temporarily remove codes entered in the theme panel if you have any.
Also try changing the permalink structure to a default one and save. Ultimatelyy you could try re-installing the theme, by FTP would be most recommended

I really love this theme, but I’m having some trouble with the composer. When I attempt to edit with the Tag Div composer it does not work. Literally. When I click on the button I am directed to a blank page. At first I thought it was because I was using a demo version, but uninstalling the demo didn’t help. Then, I thought that maybe it was because I also have the beaver builder so I deactivated that, and it didn’t help. I would really love to use this composer as I enjoy watching the tutorials for it! — can someone please help? Thanks!

We have removed over 15 plugins before installing your theme.
We have purge the whole cache 2-3 times since then.
Its weird that the slow query log reporting the logo fetch as slow query:

Any idea where is this called from so to hardcode it?
