When you got this error? Please try to download again the theme packet from your Theme Forest account and then, using our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ you should install the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case.

Maybe there have been modifications made to the theme header style files directly or through a child theme. You could check if that is the case.
2. The block titles seem to have a white background color, that is what makes them invisible

Edit the page with the composer and change the title background color, also check the general header background color set in the theme panel

Sorry but our theme does not reset automatically. Usually installing a demo will overwrite the settings or pressing the reset button in the theme panel reset section, but there is no way the theme can reset by itself without intervention as it cannot do that. There might be a database problem and you could have certain plugins that can change the database. I cannot say for sure what caused the issue unfortunately.
Please try not to use any untested plugins.

I’ve just installed a new website, and, in staging all was fine. Now, having uploaded the finished website to the live domain can see it it fine, but when I go to use tagDiv Composer all I get is a blank white screen, any ideas?? It means at the moment I can’t edit the live website and make minor changes, or any future changes requested by the client.

I was wondering about such a thing. I had another theme installed before, and it must be from the previous installation. Now I understand the strange behavior. I’ve deactivated the plugin and it works. But I still get the subcategories repeated bellow the standard design.

Sorry but you will have to provide more details. What is the tagdiv content? is it the demo content that comes with the demos. They only come if you install the demo ‘with content’

Please try to disable all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches, make sure that the video URL is available and working good and check the results. Also, ensure that your playlist videos have been configured according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-video-playlist/ Please keep in mind that functionality has been fully tested on a fresh install and work as expected, without any problem. If you cannot achieve any good results, I recommend you to make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain for testing and check the results.

If you want the articles to be displayed in blocks/grids as soon as you publish them then make sure you use the “Latest” sorting option on each of them

If you already tried this, then maybe it is a caching issue. A strong cache can cause such issues. Clear all installed or server provided caches to refresh the data.

We build our website http://enybusiness.ch/ with newspaper theme and install evrything. Everything looks fine with all browsers. But with Firefox you will get the problem on the main page. The banner will not fully showed.
If you scroll down, the banner will be shoew. As soon you scroll up, you will lose the banner. Any idea about that?

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, notice that you should purchase another license key for your new projects.!

I have inspected your website and I saw that your smart sidebar is not working as expected for tables, sorry! Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, switch the theme to the main theme if you are using the child theme, remove all of untested plugins if you are using something like this (I saw that you are using the Autoptimize which can break the theme, disable it), clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hello everyone. I recently installed Newspaper on my wordpress site. However, I am running into 2 issues – one is that whenever i try to use the TD composer, each block that i drag never loads. It shows an infinitely long loading cycle. The second issue is that I am unable to access any of the pages i create – whenever I try to do that , it tells me that there is no such page “The requested URL /about-cin/ was not found on this server.”

The main features should be to create a profile for each author, where to display its publications, the possibility to rate and save them.
Is this already included in the Newspaper Theme?
Because I couldn’t find such integration in the theme, I installed the Ultimate Member plugin but it’s not working properly. Is there any contrast between the theme and the plugin?

I have installed newspaper theme on my main domain. I have many subdomains I want to install different newspaper demos and customize that subdomain design. For example, my site is site.com there I installed gadgets demo. But now I want to install newspaper dentist or newspaper business etc on my different subdomain. I want to add Blog on different theme and homepage on the different theme using a subdomain. Like blog.site.com, business.site.com, crypto.site.com, gadgets.site.com, service.site.com etc
My main question is can I do that with a single license and install newspaper different demo theme on the same site with multiple subdomains.
