Hi,
Do you use the Mobile Theme plugin? In this case please note that the Mobile Theme comes with it’s own layout and the footer logo and About Us are predefined.
Please provide your site url so we can inspect this and provide you a css to hide them. Or disable the Mobile Theme plugin to have the same content and settings like on desktop.
Thanks!

Hi,
I would like to create another menu bar between the logo bar and the main menu.
How do I go about doing that please?
The logo will not be able to position as it does on the site you mention as our theme has no such container. If you want to have the logo inside the menu you will have to choose a header style that offers this functionality: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
I will be able to make the logo bigger by removing any margins and padding around it but I cannot relocate it and have it next to the menu on a different header style. If you want to replicate that exact look it will not be so easy to do in our theme as there are lots of variables to consider.
Please let me know once you have chosen the header style you want to use and the proper logo so I can offer a code to have it display bigger, but relocation is not something I can provide.
Thanks.
Hello barnisayz,
Please ensure that this type of issues does not come from your untested plugins. Try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. First of all, make sure if you have selected the high value for your logo when you load it from the Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/xFfue7UI
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, provide there the link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
The logo in place at the moment is more of a placeholder than anything but here is a link to the site:

Hello,
You could adapt the header style on your site to fit the logo better but the best solution would be to use one of the full logo header styles (9, 10 and 11) Those header styles will show the logo in it’s full size. If you provide a link to your site I could be able to provide a code to increase the logo but I cannot promise anything as the header ad container could fall under the logo if i’s stretched too big. provide a link to your site so I can see the logo.
Thank you!
hi all!
i am using mobile theme.
i want to hide in footer logo and about us section. How can i do?
Thanks on answer.
1. I ll try to explain better:
I have 1 widget in each of footer – 1 picture (not logo) in Footer 1, text in Footer 2 and 1 picture (not logo) in footer 3. All those i put through appearance> Widgets. Default in theme is left alignment for each of them.
Is it possible to change alignment:
– custom for each of them, as for example Footer 1 left, Footer 2 center, Footer 3 right
– or at least all footers with center alignment, not left?
2. Is it possible to put widget and logo, together with top menu in top bar then?
3. Same question for even only 3 columns: is it possible to change vertical alignment, i.e. how to vertically center anything that is put in any of those 3 columns?
Hi Catalin,
Thank you for the response.
I’ve used the style no.10 and my logo size is 1280 width by 341 height. However, the logo was automatically shrunk to the present size..reason I contacted the forum on how to make the logo fullwidth…
Hello barnisayz,
Please give a closer look over our header styles from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ As you can see, there you can choose the header style 10 which display the logo in full width. To bring the desired results, please notice that you should use a logo which has big sizes in order to bring as you wish. Please notice that if you use a small logo, the theme will not stretch it but only will display it with the original size.
Thanks for your understanding!
The logo for my site is a badge and is, therefore, circular but when I insert into the header using the logo upload it’s quite small due to the fact the dimensions of the logo have to be 272×90.
The original dimensions of the logo are 400×400 but can obviously be shrunk to 200×200 or so but what I want to know if it’s possible to have a custom header which would have the the logo on the left and in increased size with the banner advert and menu right next to it.
A bit like how it looks on http://www.rushthekop.com but with the logo much bigger and up a bit so that it is inline with the menu and ad.
Best regards,
Mike
Hello,
1) The 3 sections of the footer were not designed to be identical width between them. The logo container is smaller so there will be more space for the other containers. If you want them justified, you can use this css code:
.td-footer-wrapper .td-pb-span3, .td-footer-wrapper .td-pb-span5, .td-footer-wrapper .td-pb-span4{
width: 33.33333333%!important;
}
2) This will not be a simple reuqest to do. It requires a bit of customization work which we cannot provide. We do not have a customization department so we cannot provide such services. You will have to chosse a header style that comes close top what you need, or hire a freelancer to customize the layout for you.
3) We only recommend using these columns in visual composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ Other layouts could provide ‘broken’ results
Thank you!
Thank you!
Hello kenview,
Please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer, so I can investigate your logo section and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. After this, you should try to change your permalinks from General Settings to another permalink structure, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/0R3adEb4erBc
Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
How can I make NewsPaper7.4 (the no1. smart magazine in WordPress) header-logo container a fullwidth as shown in this screenshot: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1774884/745f914ca7358832131b557e7cf7f2e8
Thank you in anticipation
Hope there is solution for this…?

Hi,
i have few questions regarding alignment.
1. I have picked footer style 9 and placed 1 widget in each – for footer 1 image, for footer 2 text and for footer 3 again image. They are all aligned left, so left alignment for footer 1 is ok as its then aligned with rest of the theme above, but to be symmetric, footer 3 should be aligned right, while middle footer 2 should be aligned center, OR all to be aligned center, to get at least symmetric between them, while they would be on exact distance from botch side comparing to margin of the theme.
How to do this? Since i m not programmer and i don’t know css, I have tried with custom CSS option and some of your answers to some other issues, but i failed to do it right.
On other side, i have finished similar thing in main page area (3 elements, alignment etc), but there it is easy with that Visual Composer.
2. I need to make header like this:
logo on the left, and in same row, just on right side, to have custom menu or top header menu whatever it can be used. Under all of it standard Header Main menu. Is this possible, and how?
Thanks in advance on time for checking this.
Bojan
Hi Team,
I use Header Style 10 and I am using some TXT as my Logo. When I click on that Logo it takes me to the top URL of my domain say … http://www.mydomain.com
I would like to change that so that it takes me to http://www.mydomain.com/some_other_page
Where can I do that please?
Thanks
Ken
Hi,
I have updated to v. 7.4 on one of my Newspaper sites today. As a result I got the mobile menu on top of my header on desktop, and the header was showing an additional sitename under the logo. I cleared all caches and deactivated all plugins except VC and WP Super Cache. When I reactivated my plugins one by one, it turned out that Contact Form 7 was causing this behaviour. As both theme and plugin versions have been around for a few weeks, I suppose that nobody else has run into this.
Could you please have a look at my site and see if it is indeed Contact Form 7 that is causing this? The site is http://www.sverigetips.se. (Contact Form 7 is deactivated now.)
I can send you login details if you want to have a look. Please let me know.
BR, Walther
No problem:

http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/psd.zip
This should not be an issue in 2016 though. The post is almost 3 years old. If your mac does n ot support 7z, you shoul’d install a software that can unpack 7z archives. There are lots of solutions out there.
Thank you!
Hi nano2408,
Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-mobile-footer-wrap .td-footer-logo{
display:none!important;
}
The result -> http://screencast.com/t/cXnRGVHfS7d
Thanks.
Hey,
So, I asked a similar question here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/some-questions-about-footer-style-1-and-how-to-disable-footer-logo/ and this code were provided by TagDiv to disable “footer logo” on mobile:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.footer-logo-wrap, .td-footer-wrapper .td-pb-span3{
display:none!important;;
}}
But this code doesn’t work when “TD Mobile theme plugin” is activated. Probably it’s under the codition when I am using normal responsive version of main theme.
I also tried to add the same code under “Mobile Theme”- Custom CSS option of theme options panel. But it breaks the logo ( don’t show the image but show image name).
Kindly suggest me the code in case , mobile theme plugin is active.
Thank you,
Note you do need to setup global redirect to https for your site in htaccess file; also useful to add explicit link to site home/URL as https in your wp-config.php file including force SSL line (See WP ‘codex’ on editing wp-config.php for more info.)
You may also need to do a search/replace in your dbase via mysql/phpmyadmin in your hosting account to make sure all links previously noted as http are setup as https.
Also remember you need to change logo links, any anything like link to RSS feed, in the theme panel to https vs http manually.
After doing all that, be sure to resave permalinks, force reset sitemap XML by turning that off/on in your plugin for that, and if using any secure form, make sure you go to that “page” in your web browser, and do F12 in chrome to see if any http vs https mis-match which cause (!) in browser vs [lock].
I’ve actually just been doing this for our news sites with Newsmag theme.
AND: remember you need to submit https version of site in your Google search console as new site, reconfirm, then resubmit site maps for https version to Google.
And, if using “Let’s Encrypt” SSL cert vs paid version; I found it’s useful to check the box to allow both www and non www access, for some odd reason.
Hope that might help in some small way.
this fits almost but is too big. Ist it possible to get this narrower with a smaller logo.
This use too much space, so that the dimension of the top menu would be perfect but then the logo is missing.
