I was able to resolve the duplicated mobile menu problem by replacing the mobile header using the Cloud Template. After customizing the mobile header layout, only the intended menu is now displayed on mobile devices.
I’ve created a custom header using a Cloud Template, and it works fine on desktop. However, on mobile devices, the navigation menu appears twice.
Issue Details:
The mobile menu is duplicated, displaying the same menu items twice in a row.
This issue only occurs on mobile view.
I am using Urban Observe header template from Newspaper12 theme, now i am unable to display the nav menu of my site in mobile version by clicking the modal it says to use modal pop up id or page id but how can i add my wordpress nav menu to page or modal pop up?. How to embed the nav menu in the modal popup in order to display it in mobile version.
Need help asap.

By using the responsive version or mobile page, you can edit your mobile viewport and add the shortcode called Mobile menu: https://app.screencast.com/PKN1tAHAq5Okq
Then, you should select a menu from the shortcode’s settings.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

If you have a mega menu with sub-categories https://prnt.sc/H-pyzulGmgbo which appears like this on desktop https://prnt.sc/iXKErnU3xMDA on mobile it will automatically display the sub-categories in a drop down menu https://prnt.sc/gHvO45RY9110
A mega-menu without sub-categories – https://prnt.sc/yLaXfZ60Hadq will appear as a simple menu item on mobile.
A page menu will also be displayed as a simple menu item. If you have a menu item that is set to open a page when hovered, it won’t open in on mobile. It will be a simple menu item on mobile.
What kind of mega menu are you using?

While on larger devices there is enough room to display a mega menu https://prnt.sc/U_H3fg3efF_q on mobile it will automatically converted to a sub menu https://prnt.sc/ndjEvcLEhShu There is no way to display the same mega menu on mobile unfortunately. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Unfortunately, none of you what you suggest has worked. In fact, I have also noticed that the mobile menu is in fact sticky by default, irrespective of the setting in the the website manager.
What else could it be?

Your mobile menu is a modal popup, so you need to edit it and change the elements from the page, add a menu, and delete blocks as you want.

Hello! I have been half successful at making my site’s main menu sticky, in so far as it works perfectly on mobile. However, on desktop, while the Website Manager’s header section says it is the Main Menu that is sticky, in practice I get the Top Navigation menu instead.
All appears to be correctly configured in Appearance – Menus – Manage Location

I tried all three ways but none of them worked still same issue, no content available for mobile view and my main issue was that i needed the mobile menu for my website so that’s why i activated the mobile theme plugin and after that no content is available for mobile view on the pages which i have customized, is there any way like i can get the mobile menu for my website without activating the mobile theme plugin ?

Hi team, please help us with the Mobile view header design. In mobile view, Menu, logo, and search icon should be in one line. But currently there is a blank space above the logo.
I deleted the original icon and wording originally, they just keep re-appearing. But I see now – once I clicked the mobile-size screen options, it was evident they were still there and intermittently loading.
I tried deleting the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, but it leaves the mobile version with an unbranded logo (just text) that I could not figure out how to edit, and also erased the content in my hamburger menu on the mobile end.
