- TutorialsWhat is Ajax preloading?
Hi,
This is your main menu on mobile -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fRckEcvgr Please note that mega menu does not work on the mobile menu, sorry! Also, the menu items do not work on the menu because you do not have any link added to them.
Thank you!
In the mobile menu the links to the categories (which are a megamenu) do not work!
The website address is the following: blog.altrofumo.com
If you open the menu, the items: news,classifiche (rankings),guide (guides),recensioni (reviews) (which are a megamenu) from mobile do not work, everything works correctly from desktop.
I do not use the mobile theme, I have no active cache and optimization plugins on the site.
As active plugins I only have Yoast, Updratf and a sharing plugin with the Prestashop shop. I tried to disable them one by one to check if there is any conflict but this does not seem to resolve.
What can the problem be given to?
Thank you
Hi,
How can I can make the sign-in/sign-up ajax form to see directly on mobile view without hiding it in the hamburger menu?
I’m optimistic and hope to hear +ve feedback.
Thank you in anticipation.
With best regards
The problem with the theme appears bigger – I can’t change anything in the header. For instance, I don’t want a sticky menu but it stays sticky (on the desktop version). The mobile version is OK. The mobile version shows the changes unlike the desktop version of my website. I deleted the browsing data, tried other browsers so it is not the browser. It is even worse – I tried to see if the option for the opacity of the background image works, applied the change, it worked but now I can’t undo it. I remove the opacity in the settings but this change still appears on my website.

Hello !
Please try this custom css for mobile arrows, set the code in Theme Panel > Custom code > Custom css :
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: block;
}
It should look like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/KDktDgCNjGaW
Thank you!
This is wrong, I have no submenus on mobile phone. Can you fix this?
Hi,
I’m having some issues when it comes to mobile menu navigation. When I visualize the website using the computer I can see everything working right but when I use my Iphone 7 with Safari the menu changes and when I click an item of the menu the pages doesn’t appear, just the footer.
These are the screenshots I made for a better understanding of what’s happening:
This is how I see my page in desktop version: http://prntscr.com/o40d9f
This is how I see the page when I use my phone: http://prntscr.com/o40dpr
This is the mobile menu version: http://prntscr.com/o40e4d
You can see the error using the website: nuevaweb.panteras.org
Thank you very much for the further support.
A code like this will add a margin to the right of the inline left ads
– http://prntscr.com/o3wa5s
It can be entered in the theme panel->custom CSS section (you can modify the the value of the margin if needed)
.td-a-rec-id-content_inlineleft {
margin-right: 15px;
}
Regarding the drop-down arrows on mobile, this is a bug in the theme after the last update. It is a CSS issue that will be solved for the next update. The quick fix is to enter this code in the same location as mentioned above. It will fix it
– http://prntscr.com/o3wf1j
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: inline-block;
}
Sorry for this inconvenience.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Hi,
Sometimes if the website resources like the stylesheet are slow to load, the result may be negative. If the style is not loaded in time when running the test the mobile version will look like this – http://prntscr.com/o3vv4q so it will mention that the menu item links are too close together. But actually when checking with a phone there is no problem.
There is a discussion in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-have-two-problems-in-mobile-friendly-test/
A solution to improve the mobile speed of the website is to use the mobile theme plugin. This is a simplified version of the website, it is much faster

Good afternoon All,
I updated to Newsmag 4.9 and the dropdown menus are not working any more for the mobile version. At the desktop and tablet versions it is working perfectly, but in the hamburger mobile menu, only appear the main menu parts, not the submenus.
Could anyone help please?
My website is http://www.glutenfreeadentures.net
Thank you in advance!
Dear,
I know what he means. In the new version 9.7.3 the login / user link does not work anymore in the mobile version. or is no longer displayed.
I tested it and patched every version down to 9.6.1. Without problems. The new version is unfortunately full of bugs in the mobile section of the menu.

Hi, the fonts I use on my website are not working properly. I use the Custom Font “Nanami Pro Bold” for headlines and the Google Font “Raleway” as font for most of my content. Yet on some pages in some browsers both fonts are not displaying properly. The problem does occur on multiple but not on all pages.
This page is one example: http://www.theaterstarter-land.de/kirsten-2/
In Firefox everything is displayed properly: https://www.screencast.com/t/W4UtdVqULF
In Chrome the headline font (Nanami Pro Bold) is not displayed properly (on this page the font also does not work as the menu font, on other pages it does): https://www.screencast.com/t/Ybs14jwT
In Microsoft Edge the headline font is displayed properly but the content font (Raleway) is not: https://www.screencast.com/t/lC8zC4yy
On Mobile it is the Headline font again AND the Menu icons are missing: https://www.screencast.com/t/y2XiEqGnD
How can this issue be solved?
Hi,
I would like to activate the header style 1, but change the header ad position in the mobile view (below the main menu, not above).
Basically, I would like to have the style 1 header for desktop and tablet and the way header style 2 looks on mobile.
How can I change the header style 1 (e.g. by using some code) to make the header add show below the menu bar and not on top when viewed on a mobile device?
Please note that I do not use the mobile theme, just the responsive one.
Had the same problem. This worked.
Anyways, was it intentional to remove sub-item in the mobile menu or a bug of the new version?
Hi,
Please set this custom css in Theme Panel>Custom code> Advance css> Phone
.td-mobile-content .td-sub-menu-open > ul {
max-height: 10000px;
}
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/lYlCHUZl
Please make sure that you clear all cache after you set the code.
Thank you!
Hi,
Here is look like you have an ad over menu -> https://snag.gy/tEIVvd.jpg
Import/create a cloud header template, then while editing it activate mobile mode and select the needed menu – http://prntscr.com/ns7t5k – http://prntscr.com/ns7taq
Thank you!
