Hello Raveess,

Unfortunately, please notice that the menu on mobile is too different than the desktop, sorry! The theme does not have any such an option that allows you to display the mobile menu like the desktop menu, sorry! If you want to display something like this, you should recreate the code the entire mobile menu, task which is not easy and which involves doing such custom work. Notice that we cannot provide custom services at the moment and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

I’m doing some tests because I want to change my home page, however, it doesn’t always work the way I want it to:

I inserted HTML code and made a small menu (to facilitate on mobile devices).

url: encantadordeperros.com

https://fotos.subefotos.com/b4a80a50c4dfcd469c8d82a8f82453dao.jpg

How can I reduce the white space shown in the photo?
Is it possible to make this html code (menu) only be visible on mobile devices and not on pc / desktop?

Second question

I really liked this, so I decided to use it on my second website, but…. something is wrong. I have inserted exactly the same HTML code, but in this website, the menu looks very bad, it gets cut, it doesn’t get complete…

What did I do wrong?

Last question

I’m inserting a “call to action”, but I can’t set button colors, the changes don’t apply, I don’t know why:

Can you help me with this 3 problems?

Cheers

Hi,

That would be the current functionality yes, there is now method I could provide you to chnage it unfortunately. Both the default responsive version and also the mobile theme will do the same, once the menu or search is accessed and the modal is opened, the page will scroll to top. Sorry of this is an inconvenience.

I will however add this on our list of suggestions and maybe in the future a different functionality will be considered.

Thanks

Hi,

The mobile theme may not support switching menus or multi-language implementations and plugins for this. It is designed to be as simple as possible with limited functionality, for improved performance.

It is also optional, you could deactivate it and have the same usability as on desktop. That would be a solution in this case.

Thanks

Hi

If you scroll down from any page to any part, when you go to the mobile menu, the page scrolls back to top.
How could you avoid this behaviour?

Thank you

I’ve installed the mobile theme plugin. My site is multilingual. The user can choose from the main menu the Greek or English edition of the site. Without the plugin the user is taken to the Greek menu if he chooses the Greek flag from the main menu.

However, after installing the mobile theme plugin, the only menu displayed is the English menu. Even if the user chooses the Greek flag, again only the English main menu is shown. I’ve set my languages correctly in the menu settings. Is there anything else I can do?

Many thanks!

When I access my website on my laptop, everything is ok. But when I use my mobile phone to access, I go to my menu bar and click things in it, it doesn’t work. I can’t see anything like I see in my laptop. So how should I do to fix it now? By the way, my website is vuivivu.com.

So you want to remove the login only on mobile, like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/uk9DeaYIrHfz
Enter this code in the Theme panel->Advanced CSS in the phones section

.td-menu-login-section {
display: none;
}

Hello,

You can install it with content as well, but just remember to change the mobile menu and search background image from the theme panel and the sign-in/join image.

We will fix this issue in future releases. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

I could take a look if you are having problems with the mobile theme, please provide a link to your website so I can inspect it on mobile and details about what should be tested.
The mobile theme has indeed options to set a different menu than on desktop
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The mobile menu style will be shown as a simple drop-down.

Thanks

Hello,

The top bar was never meant to show up on mobile devices. You can however activate it through css. Please check this topic:

Thanks.

Hi,

I am trying to keep the mobile header using the Crafty Ideas demo install. I have made some CSS customization in the Theme Panel > Custom CSS section and using the Live CSS tool on the admin toolbar.

My header now appears black in iPad portrait dimensions like this – https://snag.gy/TiZJRN.jpg

But I want it looking like this – https://snag.gy/TwFNak.jpg

Thanks

Hi there,

After updating the theme the mobile header has again gone back to black color. Also now the Background of the Menu after clicking the Hamburger has also disappeared. Earlier there used to be a gradient sort of colour. Kindly help.

Thanks,
Prasenjit.

Hello therealshaunproulx,

I suggest you make a new clean install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If you have some additional customizations which can break the theme layout you should disable all of them and check the results. By default, the theme works fine and the menu mobile returns good results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello marijnvdgruiter,

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at your mobile menu and some useful screenshots.

Thanks for the message!

Hi

This morning I pulled up a link on my phone to look at our website. The site was a default blue, with the menu option, but all code blocks, eg. [tagdiv]. I scrolled to the bottom of the page and clicked, “View full site” and everything was fine. I then shut down and restarted my phone to retest, and everything looked fine.

This happens intermittently. I was reading through the theme documentation to decide if I should use the mobile theme feature, but I’ve designed the home page entirely with the Page Content Builder. If I understand correctly, the mobile theme will not work in this case.

How do I trouble shoot or rectify this issue?
