https://imagebin.ca/v/3sMZhaKk8o2X
When i have a skin banner (esterna ads) i see always td-menu-background
td-menu-background are background for Mobile.
Why i see for desktop.
It’s possible disable?
Hi All,
I’m looking to edit the header of the mobile version of the blog page from black to white. The desktop version is showing white, so not too sure where the edit is required. The code area to be changed on the mobile version is :
id=”td-header-menu” role=”navigation”
Thank you,
You will have to use the tagdiv mobile plugin and create a new menu and assign it to the mobile header. (I don’t work here).
Hi there
In the desktop as well as Mobile Preview, the theme is displaying too much blank white space between navigation menu and the Article Title. How do I reduce it?
Screenshots Attached below :

Also the Search Icon is not aligned correctly with the Menu items, it is placed slightly below..
Regards.
Hi there,
I’d like to display some additional options or tweak the display of some menu options on the mobile menu.
For example, I want a tab that is available on menu to not be visible on desktop.
Or, to hide a menu item name on desktop that would still be visible on Mobile. (With the icon still visible both ways)
How is this possible?
Thank you
Using Max mega menu I think. But now my mobile menu doesn’t work so will need to hide the default mobile menu and use the Max Mega Menu one.
Hi
I got problem with logo and menu on mobile. Menu is under logo, look at this:
Do you know where is the problem? http://www.theillest.pl
Can you help me with this?
@dailyfemme I would suggest a theme reinstall, there are still some javascript errors in the page. There are no errors on a default theme install or such unusual issues. Reinstall the theme by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Then check if the problem is solved. If it is not, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.
@thebestprogrammerintheworld From what I see there is no problem accessing the mobile menu

The theme and mobile theme plugin are compatible with super cache, there should not be any issues when using them.
Hi,
I have checked your site and the mobile menu and search work properly – https://www.screencast.com/t/LGOxDcyOX – https://www.screencast.com/t/EGiNEj2C
Let us know.
Thanks!
Mobile Menu and Search not working on my website. I have tried de-activating all plugins, changing theme to normal theme not child and lots of other things.
I have a mirror here –
https://2018.b2brepository.com/
And it works fine?
Please advise ASAP
Many thanks!
I had enabled the mobile plugin in hopes the menu would work that way. It started working only when in a post, not from the home screen. Have completely disabled and deleted the mobile plugin now and cleared all caches. I have gone through and deactivated all the plugins that aren’t theme related and cleared cache (multiple times, just in case) and it still won’t work. It’s driving me bonkers spending hours and hours trying to fix something that should be a basic function.
I don’t have the mobile menu installed and it just shows a blank menu on mobile. But I realised now that the mega menu plugin I am using is the cause. I had to use this since your default mega menu doesn’t work.
Hello themeforest58,
Please notice that the AMP plugin does not have this type of functionality implemented and we do not know if it will be or not implemented in the feature, sorry! Please understand that the main functionality of AMP plugin is to display the posts very quickly on the Google’s eye. Basically, when a client in on AMP version, he is not on your website and the main goal is to redirect it to your own website. The AMP will have to be viewed as a preview to the posts pages of your website which are delivered by the Google AMP Cache. This is a proxy-based content delivery network for delivering all valid AMP documents. It fetches AMP HTML pages, caches them, and improves page performance automatically. For more information about this case and to better understand the operating system for this plug-in, please check the following useful manual from here -> https://www.searchenginejournal.com/difference-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp-mobile-friendly-pages/172967/
As a very good example, please check the official page of Seo Yoast and there you will see that they have not implemented the menu bar on AMP pages, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OfzMGTLPQk
Thanks for your understanding!
We have a food blog that we converted over to Newspaper and all of our feature images are in a portrait orientation. We are able to find blocks that worked with this on the home page. But how can we get the images in the mega menu to work better with this as well as on the mobile theme? It seams that its all set up for a landscape photo and its cropping all of our images terribly.
Thanks!
Will i need to modify page content? all i want to do is replace the menu on mobile
Hi Simon,
I have run through and deactivated all plugins and tested it out, I even deactivated the ‘mobile’ plugin too. This did not fix the issue. It’s being incredibly ‘buggy’.
I checked it again after I sent the original issue through, some pages would load a menu, some wouldn’t. The same happens when I deactivate all plugins. Some of the pages allow a menu to load whereas others don’t. So frustrating.
Looking forward to getting this issue resolved. Thank you 🙂
Hi guys, i have created 3 menus, one fore Main menu navigation, one for the footer, and i would like to have a 3rd one for mobile only. The reason is that i want a simpler version of the menu in our mobile versions as the main navigation has lots of submenus.
How can i assign a menu for mobile?
Hi,
Indeed, it seems the mobile menu is not working at all, neither is the mobile search. There are some errors in the page – https://www.screencast.com/t/GGXuax2iB
The first step would be to deactivate all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Next go to your cache settings and clear the cache. Then check if then issue is solved. This would help determine if a plugin is conflicting with the theme.
Thanks
Same problems here. No menu…
And why can’t I see the Google ads in the desktop browser version, but I can see them in the mobile browser? https://www.leyendasdetoledo.com/siete-rutas-o-visitas-guiadas-que-no-te-debes-perder-en-toledo/amp/
Thanks.

Hello themeforest58,
Unfortunately, please notice that’s the default functionality for AMP, without the menu, sorry! The AMP plugin works only for default pages which are not created with any page builder. Regarding on social sharing, these have the default size for mobile devices.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
I have inspected again your website and on mobile devices and the main menu is right displayed as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hcJsLasQg Try to clear all of your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi guys,
When I click on the ‘menu’ button on mobile the menu doesn’t show up. It moves the page back, like something needs to show up, but nothing does.
Can’t find anything to fix it…
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Just for the feedback, AMP Plugin is great and seems fastest, but there are some major bugs such as:
1. Menu from amp pages is missing.
2. Social sharing icons are too small.
3. No idea how amp ads work. Do we have to fill in our custom adsense made ads in the theme panel>amp>custom ad? Or the google adsense fills out these spots themselves?
4. How can we remove featured image from amp pages?
5. The search button is broke, it redirects to mobile page with some “-” search result.
6. Dropcaps are not working perfect, the letters are inside a colored box.
Apart from that, the post-editor is missing the text-editor, i mean where is the place where i used to add dropcaps and quoteboxes??
And to the ones who have been complaining about amp not on home page, well amp is meant for posts that appear on google, the rich articles we write. There is definitely no need of amp on homepage, unless you want a really stripped off version of your homepage to be shown to your visitors.(speed is always not best at some places)
Hi,
1. The newsletter plugin once activated, will provide a newsletter element in the composer. In this element you can enter your newsletter embed code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rLq90OLt4
There are also many settings for styling available in this element.
2. Indeed a logo has to be uploaded in the mobile logo section. You can create a logo and upload it, it will be displayed on amp pages once you do that. There will be no menu displayed on amp pages.
Thanks
hi catalin,
I have successfully removed the shadow in the home page with this code:
.td-newsmag-magazine .tdc-content-wrap,
.td-newsmag-magazine .td-post-template-default,
.td-newsmag-magazine .td-category-header .td-container,
.td-newsmag-magazine .td-category-container {
box-shadow: none;
}
So, now the problem is just tap menu if the open through the mobile device does not fit in the middle. Please banutuan ya, thanks.
