Hello Ramin Davi,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some problems with your mobile menu, sorry! First of all, please try to disable all of your untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Remove all of them, leave just to active only the plugins which come bundled with our theme, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. All the setting regarding on mobile background can be found in Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SReeYrPvmzBw
Thanks for your understanding!
Somosung,
thanks! I hadn’t knew these configurations into theme panel. My mobile menu has the same colors as the website’s color palette now.
However, the close button still not showing up. Would you know anything about it?
Regards!

Hello Ramon. You have to edit that from your panel. Go to “theme options” and then press “The Colors” and go to “Mobile Menu / Mobile Search”.

Hi there,
my mobile menu is weird. It’s blue, with blue background and white links (see screenshot), anyways, totally different from my website color palette (red and black). Also the “x” of close button disappeared.

Could you help me?
Regards!
Okay, I think I have everything figured out except for one thing. When I go to the site on the mobile version and click on menu, the page options do not show up, just my social icons. I searched through the help pages, but could not figure this one out.
You can try it on your mobile and you will see what I mean… http://www.dallasconservativenews.com
There seems to be a problem with my website, since the menus work fine except the hamburger menu. What happens is it simply zooms out when it’s on a phone. However, when i minimize a web browser on my computer to have it the same size as a phone viewport, the menu works fine
Hi,
I have inspected your website and it seems you have managed to remove that background image from the mobile menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/eW3HoQXoiaM
The slider should look the same if you imported the exact slider
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
All the demo sliders are included in the theme package. The revolution slider is a very complex plugin with lots of settings and options. Here is also a link to the official plugin documentation

Thanks
Hello Simion!
It’s me (again hehe) can you tell me how can i change the background image for menu mobile?
I have already excluded de image – print below – but when i test the image is still there.
Hi,
I have inspected the website on mobile, refreshed the page a few times, opening the menu and closing it as well.
For me the difference between this

And the opened mobile menu

Is about one second. Try testing with a different mobile phone and see if the results are the same.
Thanks
i change the demo to business and it solved. there are some problems with some of the demos.

Hi,
Check in the Theme panel->Background options, in the mobile menu and also sign in background settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZFoSnpmOKhv
If that image is present there, remove it from those locations.
Thanks

Hi,
If you are not using the optional mobile theme plugin included in the theme package, then these color customization can be made in the Theme panel->Theme colors
– https://www.screencast.com/t/068nEtFDaaGT
You can also set a background image for the mobile menu/search and sign in screen
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PArQZXjaSE2v
When the mobile theme plugin is active, a new section will appear in the theme panel. That is where you can make the customization in this case

More information about the mobile theme plugin here

Thanks
Hi,
In order to have a different menu, you have to activate the mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Greetings and congratulations for the template so easy to use. Only a problem has arisen, in the cell to open the menu, the sidebar is displayed, but when pointing out some of the options, in the case of my page that is in Spanish Noticias (news) – Reseñas (reviews) – autores (authors), none works, you give Click and nothing. Check the plugin, check the settings. I invite you to review it from your cell phone: http://rincondelectores.com
I am new to wordpress and so far everything had been much easier with the template, I had bought 2 previous from other companies and it was difficult to put them online.
I appreciate the help you can give me.

Hello!
How can I change style of mobile menu? Bg color, icons colors… 😉
Thanks team!
When I first set up the website, the menus worked completely fine, however, I have had some problems over the last few weeks. For some reason, the Main Menu (Header Menu) is now displaying only the “Pages” that have been selected, and not the “Categories”.
If I go to the Menu page on the Backend, I see all the correct menu items – “Pages” and “Categories”. When I click “Save Menu”, it corrects the Frontend temporarily but not permanently. It is the same on the Mobile version of the site too.
Your help would be much appreciated.

how to disable the strange hover (from left to right) effect? => Mobile menue displayed at pc?
It does not appear every time I refresh the site, but something like 30% ratio.

Hi guys,
I have the following case –
in my menu I have 6 categories where the last one is actually “More”. Under “More” there are some further categories.
In my mobile menu, next to “More” there is a > symbol on the right s. I found out that the visitors usually click on the anchor “More” but not on the > symbol. This way, the rest of the categories are not shown. They only appear when the > symbol is clicked.
How can I change that behavior? I would like to show the rest of the categories
Hello,
The mobile theme uses a different menu than the desktop theme. Please set a menu to your mobile site using the menus section of wordpress under location settings.
Thanks
Hi,
That happens when you set the RTL direction on your website, when using the theme. This is not supported by the theme, and problems can happen. Please note that some of the theme elements and classes may not work properly in this situation, as they are directly dependent on their positioning. The mobile menu is one of those elements that do not work as intended under those circumstances.
Please correct me if I misunderstand.
Thanks
Hi,
It would be very difficult to remove the change that occurs when the website is displayed on mobile. That is the way the theme is designed. When on mobile it will display the mobile menu version. This is meant as a feature, and there is no way of modifying the theme in this regard.
Thanks
I’m trying theme show me the menú in mobile version, but don’t work. I think all its ok :/
I have only a few (three) categories on one of my websites. As of the default theme behavoir these categories gets pushed in to the regular mobile menu once the site is displayed on a mobile device.
I have been playing around with the css to try and make the changes to the mobile menu never happen when I reduce the browser window in size. However I haven´t been succecfull.
Is there any way to do this? Disable the apparence/changes that are made to the Main menu (not the Top Menu) when a site is shown on mobile?
