Hello @carpeher !

Here you can remove/set a picture for mobile menu background: https://www.screencast.com/t/x3Xrln2b88x
And the background color here: https://www.screencast.com/t/PbU3hQpDqHh
The opacity of the mobile modal can be changed from Theme panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/search background: https://www.screencast.com/t/hcRoHastuO -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SQapAaaiLRwY

A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

There, you can use a modal popup created by you instead of the default mobile modal. Check this useful guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/

Thank you!

Hello,

I’ve done the desktop version of my new webpage. I consider I dont need the mobile version using the ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme’, so i have disabled that pluging.

However, when I access to my webpage using my smartphone, the menu hasseveral categories and a background picture which I have not selected before.

So, my question is, if I have disabled the plugins ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme’, how can I manage the menu which appear when I access to the webpage with a smart phone?

Thank you

I should also add that the mobile version is not working properly either. I am not getting the site logo thumbnail nor is the navigation menu working. Thumbnails are not loading on the mobile version either.

Hi,

To add the social icons, you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, search after social icons and set the link for social platforms https://www.screencast.com/t/kATmr6b3yg
You can manage the social icons for the mobile menu from the Theme Panel -> Social/APIS -> Social Networks => https://prnt.sc/10112uu
Please make sure the links contain the https://www.

Thank you!

okay, I can’t include a menu in the footer, I have two more questions…1-How can I remove or modify the English words in the mobile version? In the footer it appears about as and in articles it appears in English “related articles” 2- In the desktop version I cannot modify the background image, which is the original one of your template. Where can I change it?

Hey,

we have problem with our site mobile menu and mobile search, they won’t show/work properly.

We have been using Newspaper-theme couple of years, and mobile menu and mobile search worked fine before. These problems came recently.

Our site is: https://halloota.com/

It’s just the mobile menu, and your suggestion to deactivate Jetpack plugins isn’t effective; it remains unclickable.

I can’t believe you guys would release an update with so many bugs! The latest update COMPLETELY breaks the header positioning with the body. I am using the NewsWeek Pro pre-built site and your update has not only ruined the header, the site isn’t displaying correctly on mobile either.
ect

On desktops, The body is overlapping the header and not displaying correctly. What’s odd is that the site displays correctly inside of the TagDiv Composer but doesn’t display correctly outside of it. The menu also isn’t displaying correctly. Several items are missing.

On Mobile, only the header shows. The body does not.

An update shouldn’t break existing sites! I do not want to include links to my site on a public forum. Where do I email my URL?

In the mobile version from the menu looking for pages the pages don’t work. I solved temporarily by creating in a subfolder an html version of the pages but it would be nice to fix this little bug
thanks

Hello,

No, you can use the same license on two websites, but after you finish the process of moving the content and the website close, please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license there and we will remove the license on that website.

Hello Leonardo!

This means that you do not have any mobile pages.
Which icon should appear in the menu from our plugin?
Please provide more information and some screenshots, so I can understand what you need to achieve there.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.

Thank you!

Hi,

Did you set up a menu there in the tagdiv Composer, mobile viewport? -> https://imgur.com/0LEgkTh

Thank you!

Thanks for the explanations. There is a problem : this “mobile page” icon does not appear next to “edit with tag composer”. When I click next to “edit with tag composer” with the right bottom of the mouse, the message “No mobile page, please import or create a new mobile page” appears. But it’s not a link, it’s just a text warning. So I can’t select it.

“In Pages, there is a mobile home page. I put it in ‘draft,’ and my site finally appears in mobile again, but tottaly misconfigured, without my logo or menu.”

You propose the installation of a plugin for the mobile theme and I installed it a few hours ago, but I soon deactivated it because the mobile page was completely different when compared with the desktop version. On mobile, I definitely prefer the responsive mode of the desktop version and I’m not using the proposed plugin right now, but now the three-lines/hamburger menu isn’t working.

Could you help me?

Thanls Ana. Yes, it shows “no mobile page, please creat or import one”. I would like that my desktop page were just responsive. How can I do that?

Therefore, Where is the best place where I could set up the mobile menu (like change backgroud pict, delet social midia icons…)? I also didn’t find it.

Could you hekp me?
Best regards, Leonardo

Hello @jrvalle!

Did you set up a menu there in the tagdiv Composer, mobile viewport?
If yes, then deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!

Hi, Bettina!
I turned off all plugins and it did not give results
We found out that on the two problem page templates: the product category and the store’s main page, if we remove the Woo Menu Cart element from page, the Add to cart button works well
If the Woo Menu Cart element is present on the page, the Add to cart function is disabled
At the same time, it doesn’t matter where the Woo Menu Cart element is located in the header or in the body of the page
On the simple product page, the Add to cart button works perfectly when the Woo Menu Cart element is enabled
The problem occurs only on mobile devices
