Hi,
Please understand that the support is not 24/7 but only from Monday to Friday during the time interval 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM (GMT+2).
Also, please understand that we try our best to help you with everything we can, even if your soup ended on 2018-12-26.
The fact that your site has a different version than the one on the desktop can only mean that you used the mobile theme plugin and/or amp (one of the two or both).
If you use amp or have used am, you must reload your site on google (obviously after the amp is disabled, you have deleted any cache, object cache, purged CDN….).
And after the site is re-indexed it should be ok. If only mobile theme is used, just disable it and delete all the cache, and object cache…
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Please deactivate the mobile theme and AMP plugins, clear all cache and check after.
Thank you!
I installed the full version of the EventON plugin. I tried to add a short code to the Newspaper theme using it, and it only showed the text.
I also added the shortcode on the standard page, and when using the mobile option, it does not display unless I switch to the standard page view.

I recently updated my Newspaper theme to version 12.2 and it does not show me the option to modify the mobile version in any way. The theme panel does not show the mobile version, and I cannot create any mobile pages. The big problem is that in when I check my site on a phone it shows the theme’s demo logo instead of mine.
My website is ellasdicen.com
Please help.
Hi, i need to change H4 to DIV because of not good order with H tag.
What is the correct file for mobile theme to do it please ?
Hi, if there is an embed tweet in an article, mobile theme gets bad scores because of Time to Interactive and Total Blocking Time because of .js embed served by twitter platform.
No problem with desktop version.
How could i resolve it ?
Hi,
Mobile theme is not suitable with litespeed cache ou xtremcache because in this case, the cache serves responsive version of newspaper desktop theme.
It’s just about device detection. I guess it’s not so difficult to change little things.
litespeed works very well with desktop version. It would be awesome if mobile theme could run with the best system cache of the moment.
Hi,
On posts and on the Mobile Theme, the author name is cut when a letter is going down like for “g”.
Here is an example: https://www.mondeoz.com/bon-plan-voyage/vacances-a-2-pas-cher/
On a mobile, the g of Rodriguez is cut.
Screenshot: https://ibb.co/nMzXHyZ
Do you plan to fix it on a coming update or should I add some CSS (wich one)?
Thanks
Hi.
We’re using TagDiv’s Newspaper theme along with WPMU’s SmartCrawl Wizard SEO. It is showing a few errors that I’m passing along here in case you need them. Also attached is the screenshot if that is helpful:
—
Tested Device: Mobile
Audit Type: Responsive audits
Failing Audit: Tap targets are not sized appropriately
Status: Tap targets are not sized appropriately.
Targets that are smaller than 48 px by 48 px or closer than 8 px apart fail the audit.
Overview:
Interactive elements like buttons and links should be large enough (48x48px), and have enough space around them (8px), to be easy enough to tap without overlapping onto other elements.
Many search engines rank pages based on how mobile-friendly they are. Making sure tap targets are big enough and far enough apart from each other makes your page more mobile-friendly and accessible.

Hi I would like to remove the To Top Button on the mobile theme but seems like its not possible. I already check on the theme panel and its off but its still showing up on the mobile website.
Any help on this problem?
Hi, i found it’s the xtremcache from my host server with varnish.
I read on your forum it’s the same problem for everyone who use mobile theme.
I suggest you add it in your documentation in red because i spent to much time to find the issue. Not compatible with varnish cache !
Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. We recommended WP Super Cache plugin and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option and check if you don’t create an object cache file on the backend -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
I installed mobile theme and i can see it’s the mobile theme used on iPhone.
But if i do a pagespeed test, it’s the responsive version of newspaper, not mobile theme.
Hi Ana,
The mobile theme is working fine.
Apologies I was not clear, the website breaks when you open it up on a Desktop/Laptop.
Please check there.
You will see first – https://prnt.sc/c5K28R5i1hpm
Then the website loads.
Thanks
Hello,
For mobile theme + Amp the content need to be added in Mobile Editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH
Thank you!
Hi CT Lab,
There is no a problem that you do not have the mobile theme plugin installed, you’ll use the responsive version.
As I said, the big grid that you use display5 posts in a left-right slider – https://i.imgur.com/oxEQyom.png – https://i.imgur.com/2HXM4tN.png
Thank you!
Hello,
In version 11.5.1 was a problem with the mobile template for the category, this was fixed in version 12 -> https://i.imgur.com/MPhJfpx.png
I recommend that you update the theme,if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hello,
The problem is that are used two separate elements for login/register.
So, if you want the menu login element, you need to disable the Sign in/join from Theme Panel -> Header -> https://i.imgur.com/YwttygP.png and set the element where in the header mobile.
Thank you!
Hello,
I am having an issue with my content showing up on the AMP version and when it moves to the mobile site pages like the About us page the website gets stuck in a loop. My website is devonport.net.au.
It seems you don’t have a secure ticketing system to share credentials so can you email me if you need the details. I also can’t upload images so this platform is not the greatest to get support.
Thank you
Hello,
For a mobile theme, you can’t increase the height of modules/blocks or change some things, this is made custom.
For the informations that are displayed on the blocks, you can change them in Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Meta Info on modules/blocks and disable the author => https://www.screencast.com/t/5w5CxkcU
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure the links contains the https://www.
The social icons from the mobile menu are coming from the Theme Panel -> Social/Apis -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/kKYIECB.png remove/edit them after your needs.
Thank you!
hello!
I have problems with the category page on mobile.
The design for mobile is created in “mobile template”, it is not the same design as the desktop one, but on the cell phone it shows the same as on the desktop (phone viewport) and all the blocks are together and disordered.
I don’t have the mobile theme and AMP installed.
It only happens on the category page, the rest of the pages work fine with the mobile template.
Apparently, googlebot cannot crawl the mobile version of my website: https://vietsenpai.com/2023/01/cach-mo-tai-khoan-ngan-hang-tai-nhat-ban-cap-nhat-2023/
google search live test result: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/486951778472859273/
Although things look normal when I check the mobile version myself: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/486951778472859277/
I heard the theme is equipped with SEO optimization, what might be the issue here?
Regards,
Tina
