Hello,
Seems you have the mobile theme plugin activated please deactivate it, clear all cache and check after the mobile version, if you don’t want to use the mobile theme plugin.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
For mobile, you need to add a row in the header section and set the ad box with the ads => https://www.screencast.com/t/OzgaIM79q4M and you can set in the ad box the ads from Theme Panel.
Thank you!
Desktop Homepage goes to mobile when I leave the wordpress dashboard. Then, the mobile homepage goes into “mobile responsive”. I’m not understanding anything. I’m having a lot of problems. Has anyone had the same problem?
I have CDN + W3 Total Cache
I created a Mobile Header Cloud Template and set it as Global, but the default header from the “All about Parenting” demo is still loading on several posts and pages. The correct header loads on one blog post, and the demo head will load on another blog post so I’m not sure why it’s switching between two posts that are both using the same Cloud Template. I have checked all my settings in the Theme Panel and erased all of the “All About Parenting” demo content. I have also deactivated the Mobile Theme plugin in order to show the mobile pages I’ve created. The Global Mobile Header I have set is what shows in TD Composer, but is not what appears when loading the page on an actual mobile device. What might still be generating the text for the demo header? How can I ensure the Global Mobile Header I’ve created is actually Global across the mobile site?
Global Mobile Header that I have set: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wjtaEilAm8_Gz34AHX6b3xZUmlGXzwDw/view?usp=sharing
example (this is the correct header on my mobile device): https://bit.ly/3tbpAX9
Mobile Header that appears on several posts and pages (some blog posts, all event pages, etc): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zoxwyZczM9jZZjAQrY-8Mz4Ph4rAft5e/view?usp=sharing
example (post loads incorrect header on my mobile device): https://bit.ly/3tchrSl
Try deactivating the Mobile Theme plugin. Took me a little bit to figure out also.
i have set up mobile templates and they worked fine till a theme update. No i can see and edit them but the browser seems to not understand that there is a mobile template or there is inactive somehow.

Is there a choice where these mobile templates can be activated. It seems that the theme ignores these and takes the settings from the responsive layout on main desktop template

Ty in advance
Hello Issam,
This is most common with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not support mobile devices, the mobile theme version can be used instead.
Instead, use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin and enable these settings (particularly mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
So, if you want to use mobile pages, then you do not need to have the mobile theme plugin activated, please check again the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY, now you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
Thank you!
Hello,
This problem is caused by the cache plugin. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, you can disable the mobile theme plugin for some pages https://i.imgur.com/nAGJe7s.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
I have updated the theme after that its not getting activated, and when i browsing the home page on Mobile, its showing latest post instead of Home page.
Hi, I use the mobile theme of the latest version of newspaper. I made an editorial page, and I formatted it really well with the div composer. The problem is, if I update from mobile, it shows me the version of the mobile theme, which is empty.
Is there a way to disable the mobile theme on specific pages only? Or a way to import the page created with the div composer?
Hello ,
It’s me again , so i read your tutorials but i still got a problem ( may be because i’m really slow at understanding haha)
What i need is to have my website version on the computer , and a mobile version of the website on mobile device.
First , I build up a mobile page using the mobile theme plugin , but when i do it , the mobile page goes also in my computer version.
Then ,When i delate the mobile plug in i get back my computer website but… the website can’t adapt to the mobile ( and that’s the main problem).
Finally , i just want to adapt my website to mobile , if it’s not possible , it’s ok for me if the mobile version is different from the computer version. But till now i did’nt find a way to have both mobile and computer version.
Thanks very much for your reply ,
If it’s not clear or you need more information please do not hesitate.
Have a great day and thank you again in advance 🙂

Hello,
You can use AMP, but we offer support for the mobile version only with mobile theme + AMP plugin and set for AMP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ => https://i.imgur.com/1kMs1ds.png and set the AMP for posts => https://i.imgur.com/GLEeeoZ.png, but you can’t customize the layout for AMP with tagDiv Composer.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
I have enabled the Mobile+AMP mode in my Newspaper 11.5 theme, but this isn’t functioning on mobile devices.
What is a solution?
Hello!
Try to delete and install again the Mobile Theme plugin.
If the problem persists, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello!
If you need to use the Mobile Theme plugin, then all you should do is to install and activate the plugin. Please note that you can not edit it with the Tagdiv Composer.
From your screenshot, I can see that you have a mobile page assigned.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, the screenshot is not displayed -> https://i.imgur.com/pInRS76.png
Also, to change the font size for post title from Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Theme Fonts => https://i.imgur.com/tI6yfzm.png
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. It is the same thing for the AMP plugin too.
Also, you can check our documentation here:
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ please set the AMP like in our guide.

@Bettina Thanks for reply. However, I am unsure if you actually read my post above. I already mentioned that I am not looking to responsive theme or tag div composer templates but purely on mobile theme plugin which doesn’t seem to work. I would highly appreciate if any technical member from your team can go through the post.
Hello!
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and see the results.
Thank you!

Why does installing AMP remove the theme template from mobile? Also how can I edit the homepage on my iPad?
Hello,
Question1: I’m using the “news hub pro” newspaper theme (as seen in the demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_news_hub_pro/) and I see that the header is not sticky in the mobile version. How do I fix it? in the Header template manager I do not see any option to fix this. I see only global fonts and colors options.
Question2: How do I make the top row sticky as well? This is the row that includes the logo, title, my account, search button, etc. Do I need to create child theme and my own CSS?
Hi,
I went through the forum to look for answers but could not.
I was previously running a very old (maybe Newspaper 8) and updated few weeks back. However, after update, the major concern which I am not able to fix is:
Not able to show Mobile theme plugin template on mobile devices. I have removed all cache plugins, purged cache from cloudfare, deleted any mobile page available (while editing home page with tag div composer). Despite that, I am unable to render mobile theme on mobile devices. I am attaching the screenshots as below: (I also tested the results on mobile devices simultaneously)
I simply seek clean and sleek design of mobile theme plugin which was previously working fine. I am not aiming at any customized home pages or those bulky designs, a simple mobile page granted by mobile theme plugin.
Thanks
Hi,
How are you? I have been using the newspaper theme and all going well thanks.
Question:
On the mobile menu / desktop view – it opens up a mega menu drop down page with categories, newsletter and social media pages, it displays the template logo, how to I change the white logo section to my own logo ?
I cant seem to be able to find that area to change to my logo.
Thanks
Jonny
