Hello!

Add this CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:

.td-menu-background{ width:50%!important;}
#td-mobile-nav{ width:50%!important;}

Thank you!

Hi usman,
So now you have updated to the latest version, but on the phone it looks like before the update. If before the update mobile theme plugin was used, then it will look the same now, only if you want to use the responsive version, then it may look different.
Or it may be a harder cache that still persists and delivers the old cache to the mobile version.
Thank you!

Hello!

Social media icons can be disabled/enabled by filling the fields Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks with the unique URL.
Unfortunately, this section can not be edited with the TagDiv Composer.
Here you can remove/set a picture for mobile menu background: https://www.screencast.com/t/x3Xrln2b88x
And the background color here: https://www.screencast.com/t/PbU3hQpDqHh

Thank you!

Hi Calin,

Problem has been resolved:
replace all the code from wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/td_mobile_theme.php with the code from this here

Hi,
This is because you have enabled the mobile theme plugin. What you can do is to set the mobile content in mobile editor, disable the mobile theme from that page or disable the mobile theme plugin. Her is our guide for mobile theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Thank you!

Hi Calin,
The problem is still there. Only on Iphone devices I think.
This are mobile theme logo settings: https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3fIjiVq8aZ
I am using a 140 x 48px logo now.
Yes logged in also gives the problem.

Hi,
Yes we also thought about this, but unfortunately it takes a long time for every time all the documentation to be reviewed.
We are trying to make an article/guide with the new options.
1. We added a new functionality for the users that are using the subscription plugin and use the menu login -> https://i.imgur.com/HbbWn1n.png this option can be enabled from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/r0TMyAy.png and the guide for FB api key is this one -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-generate-facebook-app-id/
2. This option was added on single post template on the single post content shortcode for ads -> https://i.imgur.com/LPsgnCx.png
3. The sticky menu from the mobile theme plugin has not an option for on off -> https://i.imgur.com/uMrcLAB.png
4. This option it is referring to this -> https://i.imgur.com/1oxTRj6.png before the header live search needed to be licked to be open the search modal -> https://i.imgur.com/HgVsZuR.png
5. It is about the “Exclusive” label -> https://i.imgur.com/Dwhb33x.png that until now was set only on flex blocks and now was added on flex grids too
6. This is a new implementation in our theme so you can see the sites where you license key is set this will look like -> https://i.imgur.com/YguNv09.png you can find more details in this article -> https://tagdiv.com/update-version-11-4-3-newspaper-theme-is-rtl-ready/
7. Those options were added in cloud template to can import in backend homepages and pages-> https://i.imgur.com/Lbwsujb.png
I hope this will help!
Thank you!

Hi,
If you are using the responsive version and not the mobile theme, then those changes that you’ve made should also apply on mobile.
In case that you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you’ll need to edit those files too -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php and wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/loop.php
I hope this will help!

Hello!

I can see that you have errors for the ads. They seems to be blocked by something to display on your page. Consult your Google Adsense account first. Note: If you want to use auto ads, then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

Yes, you could change it while you edit the page with the TagDiv Composer from the CSS tab of the element Newsletter.

Please make sure you did not change the elements position or add new ones. In this situation, you need to hide those elements in desktop and show in mobile viewport from the CSS tab of the elements: Display: Show/Hide.

You should activate this option from the Website Manager: https://prnt.sc/49rLnVA2z5QJ

Thank you!

Hello!

We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.

If you want to use the mobile pages or the responsive version, please deactivate the Mobile Theme plugin.

Hi there. On implementing the mobile theme to my site, I get so many issues with Google coverage errors such as “text too small to read” etc. What could be the problem?

Please make sure you uninstalled the Mobile Theme plugin, your cache plugin and see the results.

Hello!

Make sure you have the footer from homepage set as global on every page/template.
You need the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates. Although, we recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Documentation here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/

Check also our video tutorials here: https://www.youtube.com/c/tagdivThemes/videos

For cloud templates, you can add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can change the logo and the elements there.

Thank you!

Hi,
If you only want to hide it, then you can use this custom css:
.td-post-featured-image {
display: none;
}

This code need to be set in the theme panel > mobile theme > custom code> css -> https://i.imgur.com/1JXOvvc.png
In case that you do not want to have featured image at all in posts (on desktop and mobile too), then you can use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/pC8obvX.png
I hope this will help you!

Hello!

Some texts can be translated from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Translations -> Translations.
