This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Mobile theme stopped working without any theme edit, page view count nolonger works, AMP pages don’t work. Theme sometimes loads mobile pages on desktop. Mobile pages and desktop pages keep alternating in display. Theme switches colors automatically. Google rankings lost. Problem has existed for about 4 months now. I can see the Mobile Theme’s templates on your mobile version. So, please clear the cache or take a look in a incognito window.
If you want only Mobile and not Mobile + AMP, please set it in the theme panel this option.

If you make a mobile page and assign it on a desktop page, then this should be displayed in a mobile version and not a desktop version. If you have a responsive version, then it is possible that some elements or design should change also from the desktop version.

The tagDiv Mobile Theme and the AMP plugins and in Theme option is enable the Mobile + AMP
But the mobile version of https://capitallinkshipping.com/ is looks like as it will not have that option enable.
P.S. I deactivate the AMP plugin and no changes

The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin. Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
AMP is faster and works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. The design is looking pretty similar as our plugin.

I love your theme and customize my website for more than a year now and it looks like the Phone viewport Layout Columns option is not working properly.

Hello, we have installed the amp plugin and the mobile theme and they work fine in main page and posts, but we can´t show the AMP version of pages created in the blog (they appear empty). Our blog is https://mifamiliaviajera.com
And an example of a page that not work in AMP version is https://mifamiliaviajera.com/libros/.
We have created a mobile version of this page, we have enable to serve AMP version of pages, posts and cloud templates, and serve all templates as AMP in AMP settings.

We’ve recently encountered an issue whereby sometimes a desktop browser will load the mobile page and sometimes mobile will load the desktop version.
Is there any way of making sure that each one displays the correct version?
We are not using the mobile theme but have separate mobile pages.

My AWS hosting is crashing. And my last diagnose pointed that Amp and tagDiv Mobile Theme are crashing the apache.

For the page speed, I can recommend you some solutions in order to increase the score.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
So, please make sure you use the latest update of the theme and plugins because it may help you for your page speed. First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

Noting the time difference and realising this will be an issue for an entire day, I have switched to the mobile theme for now, until this is resolved.

how can i increase that score without using mobile app of this theme.

9. Unfortunately, you can’t remove that effect to loading.

If you want to remove the H1 from the logo, then it can also be done from the theme code from this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header/logo-h1.php also for the mobile wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header/logo-mobile-h1.php all you need to do is to replace the H1 with a div.

tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is activated but Official AMP for WP plugin would not get activated. I click on the activate button but it would not get activated. I reached out to the tech support of my web provider but they couldn’t figure out.

This problem is happen when you are logged and you check the mobile version in the browser? Because it can be from a cache plugin or form an extra plugin that you are using.
Please make a test using only the theme plugins and see if the problem is persisting or not.
