Hello!
My website wasn’t showing up on mobile correctly, so I used the mobile homepage, but would like to make more edits to the page, especially the footer, than it allows. I am using NewsMag. I read through the tutorial for the mobile for Newspaper, but haven’t found something similar for NewsMag. The footer is basically a repeat of what’s already on the webpage. Can you advise? 1410kklo.com.
Thanks!
Hello!
I recently seen that the mobile version of my newspaper template has been slow and inconsistent as opposed to the desktop version. The theme is not displaying properly. These problems started happening about a week ago and may be related to a AMP update. The in post newspaper template on my website are no longer appearing like the rest of my website theme.
Are there any ways to fix this?
Hello!
If you use Mobile Theme, then you can select the menu from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header -> Main menu: https://www.screencast.com/t/ONC7lvY5s0OY
Else if you don’t have Mobile Theme and an old style of header, then you need to select the menu from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Header -> Main menu.
Else If you have a cloud/PRO header template, then you need to edit the page with TagDiv Composer plugin and access Website Manager -> Mobile menu. Select the mobile menu element and choose your menu from there.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
I activated the mobile theme plugin because the responsive version of my website doesn’t work correctly. But I don’t like the mobile theme, I would prefer the responsive one.
Unfortunately, on responsive version, the posts are not seen correctly.
In some cases I am linked to a warning page where is written there is no “template loader”.
in other cases the content of the post is written vertically.
Hello!
I checked your website and it seems you already have Mobile theme plugin active.
Deactivate it from Dashboard -> Plugins.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check the footer option selected in Website Manager when you edit a page with TagDiv Composer. Select the global template for all website pages, then the footer will display the same on whole website.
If you have Mobile Theme, then you can not select the footer you want on posts.
Thank you!
Hi Vlad,
Thanks a lot!
I do want to use the Mobile theme but how do I customize it so it will look like this – https://ibb.co/c1cDvwn.
I’m trying to create a mobile page but I do not get a response when I click the mobile page tab. Anyway, I’m not sure that this is the answer.
Also, disabling the mobile theme on certain pages can be done from Gutenberg editor only?
Thanks!!!
amichedellasposa Hi! I deactivated the plugin “Mobile Team”, but I can’t see posts, on mobile, because of a “warning error”. How can I do?I don’t like mobile theme.

Hello!
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version of your desktop which is looks the same then better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
If you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/ you’ll be able to increase the speed of your website.

Thanks for the reply. There isn’t a section for “Theme Fonts” in the mobile section of my theme panel.

I’m using version: 9.7.3

The mobile theme looks and functions very very poorly, is this correct? It looks almost nothing like the normal homepage on mobile, it lacks almost every feature and it loads slowly too! it basically is just
here is the top/bottom of the very short mobile homepage:

The articles are not so bad…
Is this correct? and how can this be improved?
I would like to know how I can change the mobile version text “Latest articles” as I installed the AMP plugin? This is for a translation.
Hello,
Because you use the mobile theme plugin, to change the font you need to go in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/UNZnpDBx
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello, I updated to the new newspaper theme (10.3.9.1), so that I could edit my contact address in the footer and remove something on the home page, actually, I paid someone to do this and he updated and updated the plugins. The site is fine, however, my previous mobile view/menu is now broken. I want it corrected to the previous mobile view layout. Anyone out there that can help me with this? Lost. I use WordPress. WordPress Engine support useless.
Hello,
Unfortunately, the above method is the only solution that can remove the lightbox from our theme and mobile theme are using (our theme lightbox have a transparent background, not like that one from WordPress or AMP ).
Our theme doesn’t have control over lightbox for AMP.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
You can try this code
.td-post-category
{
background-color: red;
}
The code need to be insert in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom Code => https://www.screencast.com/t/kUZvZK8iY818 looks like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/NYylzOhUUm
If it not apply, please send a link to your website.
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems you have Mobile Theme plugin installed, so you need to set up the accent color also for mobile because the plugin has its own template. You can do that by accessing Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Theme colors -> Accent color. Try to do that and let me know about your results.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just checked your website and seems you have an empty space is a block, but you need to check the block filter because this return no post => https://www.screencast.com/t/ymcsLDBf
Also, the images and menu looks fine on desktop => https://www.screencast.com/t/GsQNkAZM , but I saw for the mobile you use the mobile theme plugin, and you need to enable the thumbs from Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks => https://www.screencast.com/t/0kxFnONl9eyZ
Thank you!
Hi Guys
I’ve noticed that my homepage is showing a different style of footer than the rest of my site. The homepage footer has blue header bar on all the menu subjects.
https://www.tinystepsbabyclub.com/
Image example of homepage footer is here = https://imgur.com/MVwGyNQ
I want my site to have the same footer on all pages (including the mobile theme, which I use) and this is an example of how my footer looks on every page on desktop but not my homepage:
https://www.tinystepsbabyclub.com/join-our-baby-club/
and

Image example of the footer on all other pages that I want on homepage and mobile too is here = https://imgur.com/Fl5GqEG
Can you let me know how I can make my homepage footer the same as the rest of the site (no blue bar) and make sure it is the same across the mobile theme please?
thanks!
