Hello !
If you’re using the mobile theme plugin you do not have the ability to use the cloud templates. You will need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you !
Hello !
1. Please make sure that you clear your cache after editing.
2. In order to rename the Latest articles you will have to go into Theme Panel – Translations as you can see: https://www.screencast.com/t/wesN1rdwu
3. Unfortunately your image does not work.
4. That is the mobile theme. Please deactivate the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you !
Hello !
As you can see on mobile theme there are more than 1 sizes. Unfortuantely there is no documentation for the default font sizes. You can use the inspector and see exactly what features does the font have: https://www.screencast.com/t/JIos9pLo
For font customization we do provide a documentation that can be found in here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Greetings, we are using the tagdiv mobile theme plugin, and when we view the posts on a mobile, it does not show any black space on the left and right of the content, and it covers the whole screen. Ideally there should be an indent on the left and right. Please view http://www.photographycourse.net on a mobile to find out the issue. This is not happening with the pages. It’s only with the posts. How can we fix this?
Hello !
Yes, AMP Only works with Mobile Theme. The standard demo does not have Mobile Theme active. This is the demo that has mobile theme active: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hi,
I think that the mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make sure that you set the amp as in our documentation ( use the amp with mobile theme plugin ) from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Mobile Theme: Automatic Optimization for Mobile with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Is there any documentation for the default mobile text sizes for the Newspaper Theme?. Reason being I increased to post/content sizing to 20px, but I want to know what the default sizing is so I can increase the rest of the mobile text sizing accordingly. i don’t want to trial and error every text style to get the right size.
So if I can figure out what percentage increase 20px is from the default I’ll apply that percentage to everything else.

Hi,

Hello,
You got me wrong.I don’t want to have the same design as on desktop mode.In mobile theme, the home page view and post page view are different from each other.
For Example;
https://prnt.sc/qk1s1u – This is home page’s footer area
https://prnt.sc/qk1snj – This is post pages’ footer area
View and content different from each other.
Where does this difference in appearance and content come from and how do I fix it? I want the footer area to be as in the home page view on all pages.
I don’t use the mobile theme
Hi,
I found a similar situation for this problem on this topics -> https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/4050072?hl=en -> https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/page-not-mobile-friendly-content-wider-than-screen-breakdown/36886

Hello !
We recommend, you first create a backup of your website and set up a maintenance mode until your work is done.
In order to test the new implementation, you can use the WP-Staging plugin to create a staging copy of your website where you can test the new features without affecting the live site.
The first step for you to clearly see what features remain available and what’s new in Newspaper 10 would be to deactivate the Standard Pack plugin. This will probably cause your homepage to be filled with shortcodes, but don’t worry !
In this way you will know exactly what needs to be adjusted.
With the standard pack plugin deactivated you will have to import and set a Cloud template for all your default wordpress pages. In order to cover all of your website you need to import, customize and apply the following templates:
Header Template
Footer Page
404 template
Attachment Template
Author Template
Category Template
Date Template
Search Template
Single Post Template
Tag Template
All the templates found above are fully editable with tagDiv Composer which means more possibilities to customize your website. Please note that most of the old tagDiv Composer elements have been re-designed and converted to be fully customizable and can be imported to your page from here: poza cloud composer – blocks.
For the mobile menu please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you !

Hi,
This message -> https://ibb.co/C1PPZ8t appear because you used a different cache plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/sgv3VEC.png rocket plugin, is possible that this one to not working properly with our theme or to not be well set, so now you’ll need to delete the file/folder that was created before.
This option https://ibb.co/N1GGtnb is use to have the same design as mobile theme plugin on amp.
Thank you!
Hello !
In order to have the same layout on mobile and desktop please deactivate the Mobile theme plugin.

Hi,
I don’t really understand your reply but I think you’re trying to tell me that my website is showing the mobile theme on mobiles and tablets, right?
Then, https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ is not using the mobile theme?
Because the mobile versions of your demo and my website are totally different!
Thanks
Hello !
If you’re using the Mobile Theme plugin you have to add the code in here too: https://www.screencast.com/t/JwxxvFNU
Thank you !
