Hello !
When using the header manager you have the ability to select which viewport to edit as you can see it here:
So when you want to edit your mobile header you should be able to selet the Mobile Menu and start customizing it with Newspaper Theme.
Thank you !
Hi,
There should be no difference on “TEXT LOGO TAGLINE”, maybe this is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you want to remove the tagline from mobile theme, you can add this custom css -> .td-main-menu-logo .td-tagline-text {
display: none;
}
-> http://prntscr.com/q26yhp the code need to be set in theme panel > mobile theme > custom code> css -> http://prntscr.com/q26yr8
Thank you!
Hello !
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Hi Amit, I noticed just now that the mobile theme is also loading on ipad, portrait and landscape mode. After I clear cache in WP Super Cache it’s fine again. How do I prevent mobile theme loading on iPad?
Thanks!

tagDiv Cloud Library

tagDiv Mobile Theme
tagDiv Social Counter
Hi,
Please notice that the mobile theme will not display the sidebar, there is no option for this.
The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I have a page (www.byggetidende.dk). It looks great on PC, but when I copy my content to “mobile” it is not showing my content in the right way. It wont “read” the shortcodes from the theme in the same way as on PC.
Is there anything to do to fix this? So the same content in on mobile and on PC?
Recently I Installed tagDiv Mobile Theme and make some custom font size on this version. But i’m tested and found that some post not display correctly in mobile version, instead it look like responsive from desktop site. Demo below when access from smartphone

Hi,
From what I can see the mobile theme is still appearing on desktop version, this is usually a cache plugin conflict, please deactivate your it and check to see if this will still happen, also we recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin.
Please make sure that you do not have an old version of safari, for me is look normal -> https://i.imgur.com/HS7AYS4.png

Hi, there are two fields inside of a general tab of the empty space block: the height field and the extra class field. I would like to have different height values for a desktop, tablet and mobile view, but the field keeps the same value through all view modes. Is this behaviour an intended feature or a bug? Using latest version of the theme…
Hi there,
I’ve recently updated my theme and pushed to live, and I deactivated the Standard Pack to try to make the site faster. However, the site seems to be loading very slow after the updates, especially on mobile.
I tried to test the site on Google’s PageSpeed Insights. For mobile, it’s returning “Lighthouse returned error: generic::internal: APP::1: Abnormal renderer termination, status = crashed exit_code = 1” even I’ve refreshed the site for multiple times.
May I know the reasons behind and how to fix it?
Thanks,
Hayes
Hallo,
on my site http://www.sciencenation.de I have activated the mobile theme. But it is not always working. From time to time I use my smartphone to visit the site and then it shows only the responsive design. As you can see here: https://imgur.com/5GufMuF. This is from this morning. Mobile Theme was activated all the time. What could be the reason for this and/or how can I fix this?
And then there is another problem. I visit the site with an iPhone 5 but it seems like the Newspaper Theme is not designed for that. As you can see in the pictures there is a lot of overlap between the content. As you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/Zs5Fp5Q (ignore the first one, that only shows that the mobile theme didn’t work). It does not appear like that in the tagdiv composer on mobile viewport. What could be the reason for this and/or how can I fix this?
Thank you
When I load a page on laptop/ desktop working properly but when I click on a page like privacy policy on mobile-only showing page name and footer, not the content which page has | I’m using default demo of newspaper theme and installed | tagDiv Mobile Theme |
for mobile please help me I have invested in this theme because I heard of this theme is best but facing this kind of issues please help me to solve
Hi,
when click on menu icon on mobile options are not appearing.
visit on mobile – http://www.deobanddastak.com
we are using this theme for urdu language.
Hi,
I think that for the moment the only solution would be to set a code in theme core -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/menu-mobile.php -> http://prntscr.com/q0jx2g but this will be lost when you’ll make a theme update because that files can not be set in child theme.
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
That’s weird, the mobile theme was on and set to Mobile + AMP.
The only thing I changed was to enabling the cache yesterday evening (I disable it while working on the website).
I emptied the cache and the mobile theme is back.
Can you help me to disable (or hide) author and date?
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see you are not longer using the mobile theme plugin -> http://prntscr.com/q0gb05
Thank you!
Sorry, we have change the title of the block while the issue is unresolved. The new block title is “Más popular en el blog”.
We already make the test deactivating all the plugins and the problem still remains.
Related to mobile theme please take note that the plugin “tagDiv Mobile Theme” is not activated.
There’s an Tagdiv user “Tagdiv_login” in our cms and ftp data access due to a previous issue on pre-production side. Please tell me if you can reuse it to check the issue in pre-production side.
Best regards,
JM
Hello,
To remove About us add this to custom CSS to Theme panel >> Mobile theme >> Custom Code
aside.td-footer-description {
display: none;
}
I tried visiting the category page, but it’s redirecting me to the homepage.
For thumbnails on mobile, you should enable thumbs for mobile theme.
Theme panel >> Block settings >> Thumbs on modules/blocks
enable thumb size = 265 X 198 and 741 X 486
Refer: https://prnt.sc/pzz5tt
I hope you will find this helpful.
Thank you for your understanding.
