Same with my About page, when I go to my about page on my mobile, it doesn’t appear the same as the mobile view in the backend of my site..

When I go to the backend of my website and then to Appearance > Customize > mobile view (at the bottom left hand corner) of the page, I see what the mobile view of my website should look like. However, when I go to my website on my mobile phone, it looks different to the mobile view in the customize section.

Bogdan,That link is dead. Would like to know how to enable this, or a workaround for showing menu items from the Top Bar in the desktop somewhere on mobile.

My back to top button is not showing on mobile. I need to use the mobile plugin? Or is a hidden setting for that to work without mobile plugin?

Hi, I’m a beginner and struggling to edit mobile view.

https://www.unboxamerica.com

Right now, my blog’s mobile view is showing the custom mobile theme and want to show the same view as the desktop (The block setting shown on the desktop view is not shown on the mobile view). The same view is shown for all devices when previewing on the TD composer.

Also, in each category page on mobile view, there are tags (or small menu?) shown below the category title such as “Beauty”. How and where can I remove these tags?

I’m using only the Newspaper theme and have not downloaded any plugins for mobile theme.

I appreciate your help.

Hi,

I can’t access the links you provided
https://www.screencast.com/t/cqax050u6Oa8
Do you maybe use the optional mobile theme plugin? That has different ad spots in the theme panel
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

If that is how you are doing it we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can see the problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Hi,

If a smart list is in the post content, it will be there permanently regardless of device used to view the post.
If you use it, the mobile theme will convert the smart style used on desktop to a predefined style, but it will still be a smart list.
This is all done automatically, it is not possible to remove the smart list from the post content unless manually editing the post and removing it.

You could try something, to display the whole list content in the same post page with no pagination on mobile. Pagination will lead to the next/prev smart list page, that would be how it is supposed to work. If you should consider that a solution let me know.

Thanks

hi,
i have inserted this code in inline ad box (nueva.eldiestro.es):

<!– Your NON AdSense code here – this ad will show only on desktops –>
<div class=”td-visible-desktop”>
<div id=”wfg_ad-LDB3″><script type=”text/javascript” >$pub.display(‘LDB3’)</script></div>
</div>
<!– Your NON AdSense code here – this ad will show only on phones –>
<div class=”td-visible-phone”>
<div id=”wfg_ad-MPU1″><script type=”text/javascript” > $pub.display(‘MPU1’)</script></div>
</div>

But when I open the web in the mobile version, I cannot see the script there…for example if you open the url in an iPhone you won’t find the inline ad, neither any code MPU1:
https://nueva.eldiestro.es/2018/08/ramon-2/

It happens with more ads…

can you please help me?
thanks

Hi team, please could you advice, how to disable SMART list in mobile theme? I need to have it as SMART list only for pc and in mobile theme display the article as standard post, not SMART list. It is because of loading of each Page of SMART list which is not allowed by many advertisers and there may be penalties for us.

If this is not possible (i know you will try to do That at least :)), please advice how to not load every page of mobile theme SMART list as a new HTML page.

We really love mobile theme and do not want to switch back because of SMART lists.

Thanks

Hello,

If you need separate styles for desktop and mobiles, I recommend using the flex block element which allows you to implement separate layouts based on the device: https://www.screencast.com/t/czGSM0OxvSR

On mobile it should look like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/sarTinxoX6
If you want no margin top for all devices this would be the code in addition to the previous one
https://www.screencast.com/t/acOKLUFZi5Z

@media (max-width: 1018px) and (min-width: 768px) {
.td-header-style-5 .td-header-sp-recs {
margin: 0 auto 0 auto !important;
}}
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-header-sp-recs img {
margin: 0 auto;
}}

Hi,

It should appear on mobile as well, the same content from desktop is displayed on mobile so the ad should be displayed. I could take a look, provide a link to your website where the ad appears.

Thanks

Hello,

My website is currently operating on v.9 of the Newspaper theme (www.mycryptopedia.com). I want to install the tagdiv mobile theme.

Where exactly can I download the: mobile-plugin.zip zip file?

I appreciate any help that you can provide.

Hi,

– Those issues could be caused by insufficient resources, the theme has some requirements. If there aren’t sufficient resources for example, there could be problems
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is very important that everything is set as mentioned in the guide, WP memory can be set higher if possible. Usually the hoisting provider can take care of the modifications where needed.

– The Revolution slider is a demanding plugin, the cause for it not appearing could be related. Once it is placed in a page and the page is saved and viewed, the slider should appear (it will not load in the page edit screen)
https://www.screencast.com/t/nTR3UXYRoZU

– Some footer templates come with predefined content, some are empty. Choose the one you want to use in the theme panel
https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
You can also use the Cloud footer templates – http://prntscr.com/kkpat9
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

– The header will be the same in the whole website, not by page. It will be displayed as you configure it. The unique things about each page is it’s content and the page template
https://www.screencast.com/t/XplVPginyw

– For previewing posts on difference view ports there would be no tool at the moment. Pages can be previewed in the composer, but posts don’t have such an option.
https://www.screencast.com/t/ZfnN0BN5WvU

– AMP posts will be served by Google only, they are accessible through Google search. If the user does not visit the website from there, the mobile theme variant will be displayed if active. So they can be both active at the same time mobile theme and AMP.

Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks

Hello,
We are having some problems with the mobile view.
We’ve built the home page with the TagDiv Composer plugin (re-installed from the latest patch 9.0.1), the mobile preview is ok, but when compiling and load the real page it shows an error, and if we clear the code, just appear the latests posts bundle. It doesn’t happen in category format pages, just in main pages.

Here you are a copy of the error and a screenshot:

wp_booster error:
td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: td_css_res_compiler is not set.

Hello,

My Adsense ads are not appearing on my mobile site when I place the code inside the inline ad space or the bottom of article ad space. A blank appears.

http://www.planetfreewill.com

Also, sidebar ads are not showing on mobile.

Ads seem to be showing on desktop.

Ensure you have updated the mobile plugin by deleting the one you have and installing the one that came with the latest version of the theme.

When using block 12, the main photo is on the left with text on the right which is what I like, but when I make the browser smaller (less width) or view on mobile, the image stays to the left and removes the excerpt text with the topic to the right. Is there a way for block 12 to look like block 4 when the browser is collapsed horizontally or on mobile?
