Hello Lilian,
Notice that using the Child Theme is optional and it is useful when you want to make some customizations which you will not lose to a possible update. You can use the Google Tag Managers according to their tutorial, here -> https://www.optimizesmart.com/beginners-guide-google-tag-manager-v2/ If you want that your top bar menu to be displayed on your mobile version, you should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Thanks all for help! Maybe you can help me with last problem…
The bug is: I have 2 different mobile posts style.
1st style without Adv, but have image lightbox.
https://ibb.co/mPOPJQ
https://ibb.co/hA0zk5
2nd style with Adv. and without image lightbox.
Posts can switch they style. Today 1st, tomorrow 2nt style.
https://ibb.co/cpwYCk
https://ibb.co/j7WN55
The real problem is advertisement.
15k users/day and 65%-70% are from mobile and desktop.
I have pretty much 1st style posts (30%-50%), so I loose money.
Hello,
First of all I found the theme pretty awesome, congratulations on developing such a nice theme.
In order to add google tag managers codes in the header php do I need to do this on the child theme?
In case a child theme is necessary, can i use the plugin child theme configurator to clone the theme?
Also, the top menu won’t show on mobile version of the website, only on desktop version.
Thank you,
Lílian.

Hello DSLRMZ,
Please keep in mind that our theme has two possible ways to display the theme for mobile devices. Default mobile version which displays the same content of your website but structured and optimized for media queries for better results and another way is if you will use the Mobile theme. For more information about this, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi. We’re currently using blocks 11 and 12 to show entries in our homepage; however, we don’t like how they display on mobile. We have then customised (with custom CSS code for mobile) the behaviour in order to match the style of block 4 on mobiles, to show all both the featured imagen and the excerpt full width:
/* Show block 11 and 12 as block 4 on mobile */
.td_block_11 .td-module-thumb .entry-thumb,
.td_block_12 .td-module-thumb .entry-thumb,
.td_block_11 .td-module-thumb,
.td_block_12 .td-module-thumb
{
width: 100%!important;
}
.td_block_11 .item-details,
.td_block_12 .item-details{
margin-left: 0;
}
.td_block_11 .td-module-thumb,
.td_block_12 .td-module-thumb {
position: relative;
}
.td_block_11 .td-excerpt,
.td_block_12 .td-excerpt {
display: block;
}
That works fine except that the image is not linked anymore to the post url. Why? Thank you for your support.
I just activated the newspaepr theme and noticed that my mobile app is not loading the data from website. It was working phone when I did not use newspaper theme. and now to make sure, I have only Json api plugin and newspaper theme tested plugins.
I can’t check the problem …

Whenever I am Inspecting my site form the browser at different resolution it seems OK. But whenever I am browsing it form my devices the homepage is not showing any content except the latest section.
Please help me to resolve the issue.

Yes.
path must be child-theme/mobile/style.css
@Amit
Thank you very much. Just a little a question. If I want to include this in my child theme, I need to create a new folder with the (mobile) style.css inside?
Hello aleksandarcasual,
If you are using the Mobile theme and this will not work as properly, notice that issue happens due to WP Super Cache.
Try to refresh your page and check the results. Clear all your caches after this. Also, try to remove all the server caches and if you do not have any access to do this, you should consult the hosting provider and request this task.
Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there. Otherwise, if you do not want to make these changes you should simply disable the mobile theme until the WP Super Cache plugin will be updated.
For more information about our mobile theme, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
If you want to remove the mobile menu completely, you can do it from here:
https://www.screencast.com/t/xs0A0VGNO
Thanks
The CSS I have provided is for version 8.0 mobile theme.
Its copy of original CSS (comes with the package) with some minor changes.
Using that CSS will definitely solve this >> https://i.imgur.com/mKuB407.jpg problem
Yes, you need to either put in responsive code for the graphics, or use a responsive ad unit from the provider. Theme does not “resize” your images loaded from external javascript elements/code. This is normal. Get a responsive ad unit from them, or use the custom code setup to just put in your own code from scratch.
Theme generally expects for its system
a) raw code you place, and it drops in where you say
b) Google AdSense responsive ad units
c) setup two ad units; one for mobile; one for desktop
d) use an ad manager plugin and create your own ad units/spots, and simply place the shortcode into your site templates
(I don’t work here, just feedback)

Dear Tagdiv Support,
Thank you for receiving this query. I am writing with regards to the functionality of the Ajax View Counter.
From my understanding, when each user loads a particular post on the website, the ajax view counter updates this figure, and it becomes a post meta data? This data is then relayed to any module that has “7 days trending sorting” selected.
What I’d like to know is which specific files are associated with this view counter and 7 days trending sorting function, and how does it work? I am not asking for a customisation services but rather I’d like to know more about how it works.
Our company is developing a mobile reader application that would require this functionality.
Thank you for your time!

Hello;
I added a 728X90 add code from https://adclerks.com to my header ads slot, however on mobile it does not resize… It is making the website scroll able to the left and right.

Hello @kley
To use both, replace style.css in newspaper/mobile/style.css with the following. Now you can use both the plugins and there will be no flash.

Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
That should not happen, the mobile format is displayed only on mobile as it is meant to. The issue could be caused by a plugin that is interfering with the theme. If you could provide a link to your website we will inspect it too see the issue.
Thanks
Hello aleksandarcasual,
Now, do you have mobile theme activated on your website? First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Install again the mobile theme and check the results. If the problem is still there, please let us know.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Sorry but there is no simple css that can make this modification. Only phones receive the mobile phone view or the mobile theme plugin. Tablets receive the desktop version. Our theme does not provide any options to change this behavior. It can only be made with customization. Unfortunately there is no simple way of ding it. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out with this customization.
Thank you!
@Catalin: So i’ve to remove almost all the style.css that my site uses to obtain an unique and more optimized css loading or remove style.css from the moved css files by speed booster. Anyway, i’ll try it on my test website which is the best way.
@Pierreto: I tried AMP and it doesn’t work correctly. Also, it is not officially supported by the template creators. My website have a very good optimization (https://gtmetrix.com/reports/gamesquare.it/8wMcYwjS – More than 90/100 in Mobile and Desktop score of Google Pagespeed and A-A-A-A-B on WebPageTest), so i don’t want ruin that by using an unsupported plugin.
