Hello LaurennePierrick,
I have inspected your website, and I saw that your images are working fine for mobile viewports, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AJpwGS73ll Try to disable all your untested plugins, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
I am using shortcodes in Theme Ads spot, from an Ad plugin(for blocking ads on some posts). While all other ads are working fine, I am facing issue only in mobile header ad. It’s showing an error “No slot size available for width=0”. Can you tell me anyway that I can remove the error(can we set the minimum width of mobile ad container)?
You can check at http://www.groundzeroweb.com
Hello Rishat,
I have inspected your website, and I saw that you are using videos from the Rutube channel, right? Please notice that our theme has not been tested with this channel and the theme does not recognize it, sorry! Yo should use only YouTube, Vimeo or Dailymotion as a channel because all of them are thoroughly tested with the theme and should work as expected. For more information about this feature, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/
Regarding on mobile theme, please notice that it should have to be setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Unfortunately we have no implementation for an android app. We only create wordpress themes, not mobile apps. We have no implementation added in this regard, sorry.
Thank you!
Hello Catalin,
We did everything you advised in your last post but pictures still aren’t showing on mobile.
We also tried to publish a new article and pictures won’t show again.
Thanks in advance,

If you look at my footer from a mobile phone, You will note that the title “cibarsidimarketing” of the footer is right aligned respect on his voices “contatti” e “policy cookie”.
Moreover, the footer’s title is smaller (as a size) than his voices

Thanks!
As Bogdon said, it’s not a file but a bunch of codes placed by VC plugin on the home page based on my design. You may not be using what I did. But if you suspect similar issue in your case then what you could do is create a copy of your home page, remove some elements (blocks) one after another and check the page speed of that newly created copy of the home page (Google pagespeed looks at page, not the whole website). If you find that removing a particular element increases the speed, you may want to remove it from your original home page and it might help. In our case I guess I can still fine tune more and get a better score but I am satisfied with 88/81 for Desktop/Mobile. https://gyazo.com/567702203d4cf47719c560e699c3d19c And this is without Cloud flare. Hope this helps.
Hi,
The code works as expected.
This code will remove the featured image from all posts on the mobile theme:
@media(max-width:767px){
.post .td-post-featured-image{
display:none!important;
}}
You have to add this code in the mobile theme custom css box, not the main theme one: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZzT6fvW3bjY
Thank you!
Hi Tagdive,
I tried to change the mobile menu bar color from black to yellow, but it seems none of the changes I have made affect the mobile menu color. It color remains black.
I did explored the Theme Colors > Mobile and Mobile Theme > Theme Colors.
Appreciate your assistance. Thanks.
Hello Vishal,
If you want to display the Topbar on mobile view, you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full {
display: block!important;
}
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/T6mVdox4du9a
Thanks for the message!
Hello.
My website: http://namtv.ru/
Plugins are all installed, which were when buying a theme, but it is not optimized for
https://search.google.com/search-console/mobile-friends
Prior to this was the theme ColorMag Pro, there were no problems (but your theme is better).
I go from mobile to my site, for example: http://namtv.ru/tv/aleksandr-panajotov-vechernij-urgant-06-03-2017/ opens well, but the video does not fit.
How can I fix this problem?
<Iframe src = “https://www.1tv.ru/embed/86470:12” style = “width: 640px; height: 360px” frameborder = 0 allowfullscreen> </ iframe>

Waiting for your reply.
Sincerely, Rishat.
How can i enable display of top menu bar in mobile view
My site vishalbhandari.com, top bar is visible in desktop view but not in mobile view.
Thank you, Catalin. I do fully understand how the mobile theme works, and it works great. My question was only related to whether I could preserve any changes I make to the mobile theme’s functions.php file following a theme update. Because there is a function I have created that needs to appear in posts displayed using both the “normal: and the mobile theme, I need to add that function to the mobile theme’s functions.php file. I was hoping to be able to use my child theme’s functions.php for that so my changes would not be overwritten after an update but given your response, I will just make sure to keep a backup of /mobile/functions.php so I can restore my mods after a theme update. Thanks!
Hello SavvyZen,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! I suppose that you are referring to the hyperlinked for hover…so please notice that on the mobile mode, the hover does not exist. Please provide more details about what you want to achieve so I can provide a more accurate code.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I’m using “Wizziapp plugins” in order to make work my mobile applications (on IOS & Android)
The problem is that my wizziap plugins are in conflict with the destok theme on mobile, a blank page appear everytime I do active the plugins.
Is the theme completely incompatible with my plugins ?
Thank you for your help.
Assiba.
Hello,
For this you will need to use the border-radius css property. Here is an example:
add this code in the mobile theme plugin -> custom css box:
.td-module-thumb .entry-thumb{
border-radius:20px!important;
}
Thank you!
Hello Gil Poulsen,
Unfortunately, the mobile theme cannot be overwritten in the child theme, sorry! If you want to edit the functions for mobile theme, you should edit the following theme core file, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WXkWK5ii6qM
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
1. There is no way to add 2 columns on mobile. The mobile version was created with only a single columns. no matter how many you create in visual composer, only 1 will show up on mobile. Please use this guide for the recommended column layout: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
2. The front-end editor was disabled in our theme so only the back-end one can be enabled.
Thank you!
Hello tonyalex,
I have checked your website and I did not saw any problems with your theme, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CPqcUH68CS1W Try to refresh your page and check the results. Clear all your caches after this. Also, try to remove all the server caches and if you do not have any access to do this, you should consult the hosting provider and request this task.
Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello SavvyZen,
Furthermore, investigation, notice that does not exist any easy solution to change the font only for mobile mode, sorry! The theme uses only the default font for the entire website or the font which have been setup from theme panel. You can use the CSS to target the each section where you want to change the font but please notice that is not a simple task and this requires time-consuming and we cannot provide custom modifications at the moment, sorry! If you want to do this, you should do it yourself according to our documentation regarding on how you can create your custom CSS code, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ Also, for more information about media queries, please consult here -> https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_mediaquery.asp
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Are you using a responsive only ad, rather than a specified size?
I can’t comment directly with the plugin you’re using but with adrotate I would put the shortcode in the header spot and then use the themes device size settings to set the container width.
I only used the mobile theme for a week though and swapped back to the desktop version.
Hi stuartmasson,
I am aware of that CSS code but that’s against the policy of Adsense. The code will only hide the ads and will not stop the ads from rendering.
Hi Taco&co and ing Geek,
As of now, I am using Advanced Ads plugin which gives me the functionality to block ads on specific posts.
The only issue I am facing now is with the mobile header ad.
When I use a Advanced ads shortcode for Google ads, header ad is not displayed on mobile and is giving me an error:
No slot size for availableWidth=0
So, I am wondering is there any piece of code that can help me remove the error like setting the min width of header ad division?
Hi Bogdan,
Since updating to PHP7, Google Webmaster Tools is showing critical errors in AMP (9 pages with critical errors) and Mobile Useability (192 pages with issues). We’re using the standard mobile theme (not TagDiv mobile theme).
My server company WP Engine says it’s a conflict with a plugin. We have narrowed it down and think it’s a conflict with the theme or visual composer or revolution slider.
Can you help please?! I’m going round in circles.
Sorry. Maybe I was not clear.
Also you can see in previous screenshot I’ve already created the footer menù.
My question was if the problem of alignment of voices in the mobile footer’s menù and the size of the footer’s title are possible to fix (obviously if these are problem of your competence because are theme’s setting and not of wordpress). Thanks
Hi team,
Looking for some custom CSS to round the corners of the featured images in the mobile theme.
Would appreciate if you could provide.
