Hi,
I have checked the website you provided and the text is justified on desktop and mobile. I tested it both on android and iOS but could not find any issues. Please check the post again and let us know if you require any further assistance.
Thanks.
We’re having problem getting Double Click ad codes to work on mobile (responsive). Anyone have any suggestions?
I have installed the theme and activated the license, I found that the header search is not responding in computer but working on mobile devices (https://www.stufeed.com)
Pls find the screen shot:
Also I have one more issue. I cannot save the theme setting when i use https url of my wordpress, only i can use http to use wordpress account newpaper themepanel. If the use https link the saved setting in themepanel keeps on a infinite loop showing the saving roataing image. Please fix both the above issue
Try disabling the lazy load function if your site is timing out on image load on mobile. We had this issue on some iOS devices.
I tried this code, it seems to work on my computer, but it doesn’t seem to work on my iPhone. Does the mobile version need another css custom code ? Thanks.
Hi
Infinite loading works perfectly on desktop browser. But on mobile devices, it doesn’t load. When I checked using dev-tools, I can see that on desktop admin-ajax.php response has a json response with the next set of articles, while on mobile the response is 0.
Can’t figure out why this is happening. I’m on nginx, varnish, php5-fpm, w3tc, cloudflare, tagdiv speedbooster. Kindly help me.
Hello all.. embedded iframe videos aren’t responsive to mobile and tablet in my website and i think it’s from the caching or something like this ..
Here’s an example : https://boredomdoctors.com/elephant-and-goat/
How is it going?
I have been trying to fix the site speed for a while now and I can not get it over 42 / 100 mobile or 61 / 100 desktop.
I have followed the instruction (pagespeed guide) numerous times – However, the problem I am running into is the FILE NAME is from the PageSpeed Insights page are no where to be found on the txt. file that from section
“5. Remove render blocking css/js – using the TagDiv SpeedBooster plugin”
I have delete plugins – and nothing works – the only reason I got that speed UP to 61 n 42 is because I used CloudFlare..
Can someone please help. Site is http://philadelphialocalbuzz.com/
Really appreciate the quick feedback! Pretty sure we tried this originally but were told that the tab feature in VC wouldn’t work with Newspaper. Looks like others on the forum had similar issues. Our latest attempt looks like this: http://www.inmaricopa.com/test-gallery-tabs/ Uploaded screenshot here in case link isn’t working. Tabs seem to stack on top of each other instead of preferred format.
If you guys are aware of any workarounds, please let me know. Willing to try anything.
Noticed that the screenshots were all Newspaper 6. Would that mean that these functions might not work on Newspaper 4? The lazy load looks great but can’t seem to find it in the Theme Panel.
Also, any thoughts on some kind of category selector at the top, maybe a drop-down but not necessarily, that would jump link or anchor to the specific Gallery on the page?
Thanks!
Hello williamgalipeau,
1)I have checked your website and saw the problem with your logo on the mobile version. To fix it, please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
.td-logo {
width: inherit!important;
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/6MxChnLKLwg
2)I have checked your website and saw these dimensions for your footer logo -> http://screencast.com/t/VXIbUIzB and also I saw that you use some CSS code to increase the width of this image…I do not recommend this
because using this method you have zoomed in the natural image and the quality of this disappear and this is the reason for blurry image for footer section. Please try upload a bigger dimension for your logo from your Theme panel and check again how it works for you. -> http://screencast.com/t/WkLaVBEiAY6
For more information about logo&favicon, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
Hope tyhis helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
My website is: http://www.inspiremyink.com
1.
On the mobile site, in “portrait/Vertical” mode (only) my logo is being cut off
how can I fix that?
2.
Also, My footer logo is blurry…
I have uploaded a logo in the footer for both size
500 x 234px
1000 x 468px
I don’t know how to fix it.
At the moment I have in custom code > custom CSS
.td-logo { width: 500px; }
.footer-logo-wrap img { width: 500px; }
Hello bcnjmlopez,
The whats-up button already exists on your theme but it appears only for the mobile version (feature available for 6.6 version or later -> http://screencast.com/t/XiG2Gx6Zeuqn). If you want to display for other devices, please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-social-whatsapp {
display: inline-block !important;
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/H3lbpNLYNQTV
For adding Linkedin button, please consult this topic and try to implement this for your side -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-media-button/
Hope this helps!

Hello firetoss,
Unfortunately, this kind of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have not idea about the theme behaviour with this plugin, sorry. You should try to instal it on your side and see how it works for you. Please notice that we have a list with tested plugins like this -> http://screencast.com/t/QuMzIjuW which the theme works fine and also we cannot provide support for untested plugins. If you want to change the code where the menu is generated, you have to alter the code from these files -> menu-mobile.php and header-menu.php. -> http://screencast.com/t/5aNvKGFvrA -> http://screencast.com/t/xatfi0Js
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this functionality for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
Thank you for your understanding!
Is there a way to disable the built in hamburger menu of the theme and use ShiftNav instead.
Thanks in advance.
i ve deactivated photon and mobile theme plguin of jetpack. nothing has changed!
Hello,
This is a known issue with our theme and it comes from the photon feature of jetpack. Please disable photon and the jetpack mobile theme as these 2 features are known to cause issues with our theme.

Hi
I’ve tested a few posts from your site on different mobile devices including BlackBerry and and Nokia Lumia but I can’t find any issue with the More Article box. Here is a test made with the emulator from Chrome: http://screencast.com/t/CAZsh3HbXm0 but I got the same behavior on any mobile device where I’ve test this.
Try to clear the mobile device cache memory then test again. Also you can try testing on different devices with the same navigation system and check if the problem is still there.
Thanks!
See the prior threads in forum on this topic.
Simply download the AMP plugin to use this theme with AMP. 🙂

You may have a DNS redirect hack; not theme related.
Make sure you *DISABLLE* any other mobile plugins like Jetpack mobile, or anything like WP-Touch.
In fact, REMOVE any plugins you don’t actually use! Remove old themes you tried but no longer use.
Check your htaccess file for malicious redirect code; resave your permalinks in WordPress.
Make sure you have full back up of your site also.
Also try doing things like running a page speed check at gtmetrix.com to see if anything funky being loaded on pages you don’t recognize; check the page source of a post on your site where you have a redirection.
Check your Google Webmaster tool tab for “malware detected” — as Google will check this too!
Pre-emptively, you may wish to to a clean install of WP, by over-writing all the WP files in root (make back up of your wp-config.php out of paranoia); delete and replace the wp-includes, deleted and replace wp-admin folders.
MAKE SURE you have a legal download copy of theme from ThemeForest and not something you “found on the web” also! (Ahem, which of course you didn’t do, but one person I’ve seen DID and that was very much a DUH moment for him!).

web not working, mobile working
website: technewsturk
Following my reply above; I’ve just logged into my site from my mobile, and it’s being diverted to unauthorised sites.
This is exactly the same problem I had just before Christmas which prompted the software updates, so something is clearly still wrong and I am feeling very nervous!
Are you guys familiar with this new trend for fast-mobile content and plan to support it?
Hello Sayeed,
If you want to disable all the sidebars in mobile and tablet mode, you need a bit of CSS to hide this option. Plase try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area, like this: http://screencast.com/t/5iPUuNZoso3l
@media (max-width:767px){
.td-ss-main-sidebar {
display:none;
}
}
The above code is only for posts. If you want to hide them for pages, it is not a simple task because it is not easy to target the sidebar class and it depending on how you set the sidebars for pages. As a method to add the sidebar for pages would be with Visual Composer and with Widgetised element, like this: http://screencast.com/t/dXPluCP9xJy or you have to edit each column for responsive from Visual Composer because it is not a specific class for this kind of sidebar to hide it with CSS, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/avmaxUjj5Ala
The code is ->
@media (max-width:767px){
.wpb_widgetised_column {
display:none;
}
}
Please notice that the more article box is not displayed for the mobile version by default.
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-more-articles-box {
display: none !important;
}
}
If you want to activate for a mobile version you have to switch to display:block!important
For your second request, if you want to reduce the size for the next/prev button on smart list 7 you have to use a bit of CSS. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
.td-smart-list-button {
padding: 7px 10px;
font-size: 14px;
}
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Hello chand3g,
I have checked your website and saw that you are using Header Style 8. Please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area and then your top bar menu will be displayed in the mobile version.
The code is ->
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full {
display:block!important;
}
.td-header-style-8 .td-header-top-menu {
display: block!important;
}
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block !important;
}
.td-header-style-8 .td-header-top-menu {
margin-left:0;
width: 100%;
}
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/MRdAUcys3PK
For your second request, unfortunately, I do not understand very good on what you are referring to. Please provide more details about your desired changes so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thank you for the message!
