Hi,
I have checked your site and seems like this happens on all mobile devices and this is because you use the header style 3 with the classic blog stack. Please use this custom css to fix this: http://screencast.com/t/WKT0vHkRs1r or change the header style to use the full width text logo.
@media (max-width: 767px){
.blog-stack .td-menu-wrap #td-top-menu {
display: none;
}
#td-top-search{
right: -20px!important;
top: 3px !important;
}
.td-menu-header .span11 {
width: 85%;
display: inline-block;
}
}
Thanks
Using 4.4. When using header style 3
Mobile phones using the mobile menu incorrectly use the desktop logo above the header which looks wrong and not the mobile logo inside the mobile menu header.
Please advise thanks
Thank you!
Finally i did it:)
It was all because of child theme, i added this code to the main theme and it started to work

Hello again,
yesterday i updated to newspaper v.4.5., i don’t know if the bug was already in v.4.4 but now the menu on a iphone5 looks like that:
http://mobiletest.me/iphone_5_emulator/#u=http://histaminentzug.de/
the menu entries appear on the posts and step out of the actual menu
i am using the classic blog css style, maybe it’s because of that?
i tried already all versions of the menu (normal,sticky,…) with no success 🙁
my website: http://www.histaminentzug.de
Thank you!
Thanks Lucian.
Hi,
You need to set a smaller font, like this: http://screencast.com/t/xyLwZkPzm2V
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td_normal_slide .td-sbig-title-wrap .td-sbig-title {
font-size: 20px;
line-height: 12px;
}
}
Thanks
Hi,
You can add a class to the column or row you want to hide on mobile then use it to set that column or row to display: none, like this:
* http://screencast.com/t/hoTJJXuvmm6X
* http://screencast.com/t/3zgrq9Cd5LLQ
Thanks
Hi,
There’s a small problem with the main slider title in the mobile view, the text is overlapped:

I uploaded our logo using header 8 and it is not fitting on the menu. The correct sizes have been uploaded. The mobile version works perfectly. This problem is only on the desktop view.
Hi,
Please make sure you update the theme right: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
Also please make sure you do not have any js errors in the console also empty all cache/purge files and try again. This should work fine.
Also check this without any plugins active.
If nothing works please send an e-mail at contact@tagdiv.com and give us wp-access so we can check this.
Regarding the mobile menu the improvements made to it are related to it’s functionality and not its look, note that it has been completely rewritten.
Thanks

Also the mobile menu doesn’t work on an iPhone for me? (it’s not opening up) Deleted cache etc, still not working? :s
When i go to the Categories, Translations and Custom Typography i can’t edit nothing in there like before,they not opening…

new mobile menu with smoother animation (WHERE IS IT?)I seem to can’t find it..also my menu on mobile stop working also,when it’s open there is nothing but a blank page..
Well the browsers it don’t support is old ones…if you want to support all browers then you need a to upgrade your Free account to a PRO / BUSINESS / ENTERPRISE..
the Free plan only support
Desktop Browsers
Internet Explorer 7 and later
Firefox 2
Opera 8 with TLS 1.1 enabled
Google Chrome:
Supported on Vista and later by default
OS X 10.5.7 in Chrome Version 5.0.342.0 and later
Safari 2.1 and later (requires OS X 10.5.6 and later or Windows Vista and later)
Mobile Browsers
Mobile Safari for iOS 4.0
Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) and later
Windows Phone 7
This a free service and so far they support a lot of browers just not the old ones like Windows XP SP2 and Android <3.0,
And it’s good it don’t support old browsers because that’s what hackers and scammers etc use any way to get in ur site..
Hi,
Yes, you recall well, unfortunately the “Menu Swipe” on mobile feature it’s no longer available, we have removed it since theme version 3.6.
Thanks for the message1
Hello,
If I remember correctly then you had an option of ‘Swipe to Menu’ have you removed it? I can’t find it anywhere.
Hi,
I’m not sure what are trying to do, the mobile menu it’s build based on the menu structure you have set from appearance > menus: http://screencast.com/t/mJLhBJLnLSAh
In this case when you set a category as a mega menu it looks like this: http://screencast.com/t/7mgZhv374St8 that’s why it works like that on mobiles.
Thanks
Lucian,
Thanks for that, I know the mega menu does not work on mobile and the slide menu works there. It’s just weird it adds 4 of the subcategories correctly just not all of them to the slide menu. Just knowing where that bit of code was would allow me to increase the subcategories instead of doing the workaround.
Thanks
Craig
Hi,
The menu loaded on mobile screens it’s different in appearance and functionality from the one used for the tablets and desktop screens so the mega menu dose not work on mobiles. In order to have an category with it’s subcategories you will have to add them like this: http://screencast.com/t/y9FnwtA0g which will be displayed like this in the mobile menu: http://screencast.com/t/lh5kwtedaaUP
A workaround would be to add the category twice in the menu from appearance > menus, once to display the subcategories as a mega menu and once to to add the subcategories as sub-items then use custom css to hide one on desktop/tablets and the other on mobiles.
Sorry about the inconvenience. You can also follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/changing-the-mobile-menu/
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
Usually when using child theme the css added in the child theme css style sheet should work fine but note that using the child theme could cause other issues so in case you have some problem you should check if the child theme isn’t the cause of it.
You can use the speed booster plugin to move files to the bottom, this is speed related so you can follow this guides for this:

Hi,
I have a parent category in my mega menu menu item with 5 subcategories and only 5 of them are showing in the slide out mobile menu.
Please let me know if this is a restriction in the slide menu items and how to increase it
Thanks
C
Ok, thank you!
I’m using child theme now, so the update won’t be a problem for my style.css i hope
What about stuff like this in the beginning of my source:
link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’google-font
thare are some google fonts, can i move it to the bottom somehow?
Hi,
Sorry for the delay but unfortunately that is not possible, we have tried it but without success, sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks for understanding!
