hi again, is it possible to use different module between desktop view and mobile view? Cause i like to use module 9 on desktop view homepage, but i prefer to use module 3 on mobile view homepage. FYI, my site is telsetnews.com.
Thanks
Hamzah
Thanks a lot for your answer and support with the theme. I think will give a try to the 4 post / 1 slide option without navigation arrows, and keep waiting for you to find a better solution to this issue.
Regards.
Hi,
Add this CSS in Theme panel -> Custom CSS
.iosSlider .slider .td-sbig-title-wrap .td-sbig-title {
font-size: 15px !important;
line-height: 3px !important;
}
Thanks!

Hi,
The slier work normal but on the desktop 1 slide show 4 posts, and on mobile 1 post.
If you have on desktop 2 slides like you case, on mobile will be 2 slides to.
We have this on our todo list for an improvement, but still haven’t managed yet.
Thanks for the message!
hi,
like marius said the solution is to increase the big slider post number with multiplier by 4 like :
4 posts – 1 slide
8 posts – 2 slides
12 posts – 3 slides
to hide the arrows use this css:
.td_block_slide .iosSlider .prevButton,
.td_block_slide .iosSlider .nextButton {
display: none;
}

Thanks for you message.

Hi Marius, we’re suffering the same problem with the slider on mobile on ciclosferashop.com. We love the theme and support given, but in this case I would ask for a better solution. What we are working with here are editorial contents. We do an editorial work and if we select 4 contents (not one slide) for our readers, we want those contents to be highligted both on desktop and mobile. At ciclosferashop.com we would like to have only one slide (is there any way to hide the navigation arrows on desktop) with 4 contents, and those 4 contents should be shown too featured on top on mobile. Is there any way to get that?
Thanks a lot in advance for your answer.
Hi,
When viewed on a small screen/mobile the headline text for the featured two posts in the slider overlaps and cannot be read. Is there a way to control just the slider font size in smallest screen size? See here http://www.brissi.com/blog
I can see that all images resize and elsewhere the text wraps – expanding downwards. This doesn’t happen for the slider where the characters merge.
Many thanks in advance

I want to know how to do that, too
telsetnews.com
The issue is involving using the big slider. When i use and mobile device (not tablet), the big slider only shows 2 of the 8 images to slide thru. Just slide 1 and slide 2 ,then 1 and then 2.
I have confirmed that this happens with another newspaper theme site. What parameters are needed to adjust so that the viewer/user can swipe thru all 8 articles ?
This happens even if there are only 4 articles.
Hi,
I think can be hidden via CSS, just give me your site URL to take a look.
Thanks for the message!
Hai, i want to hide sidebar and footer from my mobile version, is it possible? Help me please.
I am not the OP :D, just wanted to get some information while you were around 🙂
this is mine.
I have managed to handle them.
For the slider, just added one more post then slider appeared on homepage, no problem.
for the image, reuploaded the image after enabling cropping.
Everything is fine now.
Just a little question. my pagespeed is 97(mobile) and 88. Of course I wanna keep them, but after the images, google wants me to optimize them. I was wondering if I could get them from ftp and compress then reupload. It would be okay, wouldnt it?
why we have these differences? I have same problem. How can do my website performance like on demo page?
check my website stats:
Thanks.

Hi,
This is not an easy task, you need to customize the code to make a floating ads but I’m not sure if Google allow this.
To turn of the sticky menu you can do that from Theme panel http://screencast.com/t/BHV8uzQk
If you don’t have programing knowledge we recommend to hire a developer do to this job for you. We can’t offer custom work, sorry for the inconvenience, we are working hard to support all our product.
Thanks for understanding!
Hello,
I would like to remove the sticky menu for mobiles and replace it with a sticky advert from Google Adsense.
Is it possible for the ‘header ad’ to become sticky on all pages and posts? (as it’s displayed at the top of the mobile webpage).
Or to add a sticky ad at the bottom of the page? (either way is fine, but prefer sticky header ad).
Thanks 🙂
Hi,
@Christopher we fixed this issue with the stock theme some time ago. The style and js is called with style.css?v=theme_version – so with each theme release, we serve different style url so that it won’t be cache.
@MobileCuisine i’ve tested your site and it now looks the same on all the browsers http://screencast.com/t/KPdkQgqSu . It may be a caching issue as Christopher pointed out

Radu, now I have changed my mind. I am using speedbooster again, with all the features it has.
please have a look at this
Speedbooster plugin makes some of the fonts go down, it’s cool. However, there is still one google font link left at the header.
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Droid+Serif%3A400%2C700%7COswald%3A400%2C700%7CJosefin+Sans%3A400%2C700&ver=3.9.1
Can you update the plugin to include these fonts?
It has recently been brought to my attention that my site is giving people using different browsers some problems.
My site http://mobile-cuisine.com
So I use Chrome as my go to browser and never see the problems some of my readers have until they tell me.
Firefox: Doesn’t refresh…if you go there now you’ll see an article a couple of days old, not the most current one.
Safari: Not showing most recent articles.
IE 9: If you open the site again, the newest articles are not showing up as they should (like Firefox). Also, if you look at the lower blocks I have setup, images seem to bust out of the container setup for their image.
I don’t have any problems in Chrome so I am a bit confused…it seems like a cache thing…but I have no idea how to correct this.
Please help
Hi,
From here you can adjust that size: http://screencast.com/t/lbfXYhxQ41
Hope this help!
Thanks!
Hi,
On our demo the menu works fine, you have an old theme version? Please update to latest version.
Check the demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Thanks!
There are two consecutive ads on mobile view. though i have disabled ads on mobile but still they are being displayed. Also I tried to disable inline and top post ads.
I found the problem. if I use a 300×100 logo, it is okay. However, when using 600×200, menu doesnt act for the 200 pixel height. After -100 pixel menu becomes sticky to the top.
Forget what I have said till this post, now the problem is this. I want menu to become sticky after 200 pixel, which is my logo height.
