Hi,

The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can use cloud templates with AMP.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.

Thank you!

Hi,

The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Note that you can not customize AMP so much, because it comes with its own design.
There are some settings in the Theme panel -> Mobile Theme and Dashboard -> AMP only.
You can not add a shortcode as in the TagDiv Composer. Please note that you can’t customize the AMP pages with the TagDiv Composer.
Make sure the redirect mobile visitors to amp option is disabled.

Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/

Hello,

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/

I hope this helps.

Thank you!

I recently configured the mobile theme on our website, everything seems to be working fine except the footer menu. When I click on the “contact us/Privacy policy” page, the page content is not loading. It has automatically added “?amp=1” at the end of URLs. Did I miss something?

Hi all, I would like to know how to manage the Mobile theme, because at the moment I see the site on mobile as on a PC. I’ve made both a mobile page and also a mobile version that appears next to the home page. Unfortunately, you can’t put photos or screenshots here. I would like to know how to manage the mobile part of the site. Thank you all

Hello,

we had not installed the mobile plug in before, but had done it because the navigation mobile with all the resorts did not appear, as it is now the case. Does it need the plugin for this navigation, see attachment?

Furthermore: If the plugin is installed, won’t the previous settings (layout, content, footer) for mobile be automatically applied?

If not, what do you recommend so that the content appears there as before? There are the Mobile Settings and there is the item Mobile Page etc. in the header.

Regards, Frank

I have a problem with inserting the banner ad correction in the form of a webm file. As long as I embed it with the code in the “custom ad” tab:

“<video id =” bg “autoplay =” autoplay “loop =” loop “>
<source src = “https://gorzow.news/pliki/PP_baner.webm&#8221; type = “video / webm” />
</video> ”

because I do not want to add in the “image ad” tab.

The problem is that the banner in the mobile version does not decrease in proportion to the screen size of, for example, a telephone. You only see a piece of the banner. Is it possible to force such automatic scaling in the code if I cannot add the mobilen version of the creative using “image ad”?

Address to the website with the advertisement (PysznePizza advertisement):

Yes I did set the Support Templates for posts, and everything is working now… but most of the time the homepage doesn’t load on mobile, but other pages does… it’s not connection issues, I wonder what’s wrong

Hello,

How did you add the title? I don’t see the post title either on desktop or mobile.
You can change the title SEO for Page Title -> https://i.imgur.com/zEbGRVd.jpg
The H1 must appear only once on the page/post and must be applied to an important element for SEO, usually placed on the logo.

Thank you!

Hi Frank,

I think WP Rocket has the option to enable the cache for mobile -> https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/708-mobile-cache

Thank you!

Hi,

You can create a custom modal popup for login, you need to create a page and add in that page the element menu -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ and after set the trigger for a button. Set the modal popup in the phone viewport in mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/cuBYIrq.png
If you want to edit the code depending on the type of header you use, you must edit a certain file.
-> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
-> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php

Thank you!

Here is the link https://vuodenmies.com/
So the problem is that when I open the article on desktop it doesn’t show the title of the post. However, the article still has the H1 element so I don’t want to add another title manually with the tagdiv composer because then the page would have two H1 tags. The article title is visible if you visit the site with mobile.

Ciao Bettina, grazie ho risolto.
Sapresti dirmi perché non riesco ad aggiungere il mobile menu vicino alla scritta Tenacemente.com? https://imgur.com/a/Zbo34zo

Su dispositivo mobile vorrei il classico menu con i trattini.

Grazie

Hello Frank!

This issue with the Mobile version on Desktop has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-site-displaying-on-desktop-site/

Thank you!

Hello @tenacemente!

You need to adjust your website’s elements on the mobile viewport or the mobile page:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

Thank you!

If you go to Rockmyfaith.com on a mobile devise, there is text behind the logo. This is a responsive page, which is what we want. I cannot find where this text is coming from and how to remove it. Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks Anamaria, you’ve been very helpful, I have enabled AMP on the site and followed your instructions. However, the AMP site scan is reporting error. I’ve attached a screenshot: https://flickr.com/photos/195484089@N05/52505926674/in/dateposted-public

However the site is working as intended, hopefully the error report doesn’t break anything on the mobile site later
