The error on the mobile version is when you scroll down the page towards the bottom of the homepage.
Hi
I have disabled all plugins.
It seemed to work ok on mobile, but the first plugin I re-activated was Tagdiv Composer – this has broken the mobile version of the site.
Can you check – all other plugins are deactivated.
Thanks
Colin
Hi,
This hasn’t resolved the issue.
When I look at the site on my mobile phone, it first appears ok, but when scrolling down most of the site is a white screen, then it freezes.
Can you check that?
Thanks
Colin

Hi Sabrina,
I just checked the provided link with my Android and for me both videos are working on mobile, first one – https://i.imgur.com/NnH9pDh.png and the second one – https://i.imgur.com/xoVyS7G.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I see in your screenshot that you do not use the responsive version of the theme, you are using the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, if so, then for the mobile theme plugin, you’ll need to set the ads in the theme panel https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://i.imgur.com/XJ5w6An.png
Thank you!
Hello!

Hello, how are you? The ad banner is not displayed on the mobile version (https://imgur.com/a/EGGYNbN). How can i fix it?
Hi,
Our theme has a responsive version and this can be adjusted using tagDiv Composer and selecting the mobile viewport – https://i.imgur.com/OqvurDH.png All elements that have a left border in front of the option is are options that can be set individually on each viewport – https://i.imgur.com/i19CBqk.png
Using the tagDiv Mobile theme, you’ll have only the options mentioned in our guides https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Do you mean that I should deactivate the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin? If I do that, my website doesn’t show up correctly on Mobile. It’s a jumbled mess.
Hi,
If I’m right, you are using the mobile theme plugin, please disable the plugin and the responsive version should be used on mobile and the mentioned problem should be resolved.
Thank you!
WooCommerce works perfectly well on Desktop for my site https://holyjoys.org/shop/
But on mobile, when you “Add to cart,” and it loads the cart page, it’s empty.
Please help! Thank you!
Thank you for sending me the screenshot.
That’s so weird, i m using iphone, some of the posts like the one i sent you can’t display the footer on my mobile.
I see, this situation is because on mobile, a different header is used with a different menu.
For mobile version you can use this custom css:
.tdb_mobile_horiz_menu .btn a .tdb-menu-item-text {
color: transparent;
}
I hope this will help you!
anyway sir, the text doesn’t appear on laptop screen but still appears on mobile phone screen

Hi, Do you mean you can see the footer of the page i sent on your mobile phone? Could you please send me a screen capture? Thank you so much.
Hi,
By default, the H1 is set on logo, if it is a cloudyou can use tagDiv Composer to disabnle the h1 (it is need to be done on all logo elements from bith mobile and desktop viewport) https://i.imgur.com/0BjZdOj.png, but when you get on an article the h1 will be set on article title, for pages to remove the h1 from logo you’ll need to set the page template on pagebuilder + page title -> https://i.imgur.com/ElmwJQR.png then the H1 will be set on page title. The H1 is an important element for SEO and it should be present on the page.
Thank you!
I have the EWWW image optimizer installed. I have regenerated the thumbnails and the issue is still there. It’s not just in the post template page – it’s also on the home page of the mobile, the thumbnails are all over the place and look incorrectly sized.
Hi,
This can be edited using tagDiv Composer. Select the mobile viewport and you can revert the row columns order – https://i.imgur.com/D1ottlk.png https://i.imgur.com/yZGWyLf.png Also, you can edit the column on each viewport. Currently, I think that on mobile, the width set for the desktop version is used.
Thank you!
Hi,
I checked the website with my mobile and it seems to be ok. I use Android and as far as I checked seems to be ok. Maybe is only in some situations.
Thank you!
Please watch video here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/mf2y0z29961vbos1uqflg/tagdiv-video.mp4?rlkey=cc62cf8ajzaxmhhqlmsmbosnk&dl=0
Also can i make the sidebar disappear altogether on mobile?
I’ve tried this but it did not work:
@media (max-width:767px){
.single .td-main-sidebar{
display:none!important
}}
Hi Calin,
I think I might have a similar problem. I noticed that several important WooCommerce plugins do not display on the product page when using the TagDiv Woo plugin on desktop – for example, WooCommerce Product Bundles, other bundle plugins, or the YITH Countdown plugin. Running these or similar plugins is important, but most of them do not support a shortcode workaround.
What can I do? What could be the issue? It’s clear that the tagdiv woo theme is not handling this correctly because everything works fine on Mobile Theme (mobile) and with other classic themes.
Thank you!

Thanks for your reply.
The setting is already off.
“ Additionally, I noticed that when the footer is not visible in portrait mode on mobile, it appears as soon as I rotate the phone to landscape mode.”
Do you have any opinions on what causes this situation to occur? Thanks
