Hi team, I’m facing an issue that, on mobile my article page showing diff header and footer then entire website, check this link in mobile you understand my issue, I’m not using mobile theme and also can’t found where can I change these headers and footer design for article page.
I also check with Post Setting from the Theme panel but can’t resolve the issue, Kindly help for the same ASAP.
Hello,
Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please ask your host if it has a cache plugin installed.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
After updating the newspaper theme version 11, when I update the website is not loading. Instead of that, some theme images are loading. Mobile theme not working.

and this is my website https://eracox.com
please help me
Hello!
For mobile theme you need to activate 2 thumbs: 741×486 and 265×198
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m sorry, but I really do not understand which design you want because that one is a shop page. Let me explain which options you have:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version for your mobile version, then you should uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin which has its own templates and your responsive version will appear automatically.
Thank you!
Hello!
As mentioned above, this all stays in how your website is optimized. You can achieve good speed with mobile template if you set it up right. Don’t use too many elements and be efficient in your design.
Thank you!
Hi,
After updating the newspaper theme version 11, when I publish the new post website is not loading. Insread of that some theme images are loading. Mobile theme alone working. So I have reverted to 10.4
Hi I checked the settings, nothing that I can see. When I use the mobile preview, the title is there so not sure what could be causing this? Happy to send screenshots if needed.
Hi!
With the new update (v.11), it seems that the CSS Analyzer is not on Beta anymore, but it is full-released. Am I correct in this assumption?
“new: tagDiv CSS Analyzer – Get the best results for your website and increase the performance. Pass the Core Web Vitals and improve your website’s performance, accessibility, and SEO efforts.”
If yes, I’d like to ask if it is only limited to pages (as it was before), or it is working on posts also. And, more, can we use it in the mobile version? Or it is limited to desktop use?
Thanks!
Hi!
In the changelog of the version 11, it is seen that: “fix: CSS fix – Image Caption on Mobile Theme & AMP”
Is this the same fix that Vlad offered me? If yes, can I delete it from my custom codes?
Thanks!
Hi!
About the new function on the Theme Panel, to turn on/off the back to top:
1) it disables the function, or only hides it via CSS?
2) The Mobile Theme is going to receive the same treatment? As for now, after the update, I was not able to find the toggle to turn it off…
Thanks!
Hi, I have fixed error. But the Cumulative Layout Shift of the template becomes 1. How to reduce it. The screenshot of Cumulative Layout Shift of mobile view and desktop view are as follows:

Ok WTF mobile template is completely broke. I tried to delete it and it stucks as it is. What the fuck are you doing with the updates? I am losing my patience here.
CHECK THE MOBILE VERSION!
Hello, i use a cloud/PRO template and if click (from mobile) my article from facebook not show MOBILE THEME PLUGIN but responsive site. Why?
Hello,
I have updated to Newspaper 11 but this requested feature is not yet available. I don’t know why you think it is not important in a Google mobile-first world.
I updated activated the plugins but I continue to have the issue.
I tried on mobile as well and the same

check my site from mobile. https://playsiders.com
It has a white space on right side and is messing up the footer and header (they both displaying in wrong position).
Hey,
I found a solution to add extra add spots in the mobile theme.
I use the Advanced Ads plugin with the custom add placement option with the jQuery selector.
For under articles I use this selector: div.td-related-span4:nth-of-type(10)
For the homepage this: div.td_module_mob_1.td_module_wrap.td-animation-stack:nth-of-type(11)
Have nice day!
Hi Anamaria,
Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean.
I believe this is a bug in the theme.
I created a category called TagDiv with 1 post without the featured image.
If you visit the link below, you can see that by opening the page on the desktop, the placeholder is displayed on the category page.
If you open the same category page in mobile version, the placeholder is not displayed.
Category and post with default configuration.
Hello, I have the following problem my Home
https://www.radiomarcabarcelona.com
I observe with Firefox and in Chrome in the incognito tab, the Home is seen as if it were a Mobil version.
I have disabled W3cache, disabled tagDiv Mobile Theme, and disabled AMP as well. After all this, the Home continues to be seen as if it were on a mobile phone. I have Newspaper 11
I attach a photo of how it looks in Firefox and in Incognito Window
https://www.radiomarcabarcelona.com/goodnews-design/Firefox-incognito.png
It only happens in Home, in the rest of my pages, everything seems to work correctly.
I don’t know why this happens?
I hope your help. Thanks
If I enable AMP everything is fine, but the mobile version of the original page is displayed.
If I turn on Mobile \ Mobile + AMP then shortcodes appear on the page.
Website built with Newspaper theme appear differently in Firefox and Facebook browser on mobile phone.

Hello,
To achieve that you can use a mobile page. Also, you can redesign the mobile page with tagDiv Composer, and you can set the Instagram widget where you want.
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Also, if you want to use the mobile responsive, then you need to set the widget twice on the page, to hide it on the desktop the one you set it on mobile, and to hide the one on mobile from the sidebar, but this is not the best solution, because it loads twice on the page.
Thank you!
Hello Vlad,
Thank you for the details.
I’m using 218 X 150 for related post, 696 X 0 for grid, 265 X 198 for mobile.
The easiest solution was, I disabled all the thumbs, and it showed which are missing with the pixel size.
The above thumbs were part of my site design and enabled.
I will check for some time and let you know in case any help needed.
Thank you for your time and response with patience.
