Hi

When I try to edit certain pages I can change them not problem and it says changed are saved but who I view the web page the changes aren’t there and when I refresh the changes have gone.

Also when I try to edit the mobile page version of the above I just get a blank screen, I would show you the screen shots of issues but you can’t attach anything

Also the mobile menu doesn’t update in mobile when I check on my mobile phones

I tried de-activating all plugins bar tagdiv and amp but still didn’t work

Also another bug I found when on certain pages the block title didnt update and when you look on the page instead of the title it just says black title I found taht was solved by deactivating the plugin autolinks

How to hide post date from mobile menu live search?
I was able to hide it on desktop, but I could not find on mobile menu.

I want to set google font Noto Sans hk as my default font with only few clicks, is that possible to work?
I see Font family, Size, Line, Style, Weight, Transform in Header, Modules, Mobile Menu, Post tile, Post content etc.
I dont want to click the Noto Sans hk one by one, it will waste tons of time.

Hi I have two problems the first is fairly recent. So when I’m on mobile and I click on the hamburger icon the menu opens really slow. I’m not sure what causes this as it worked perfect previously.

Second the social counters don’t work anymore. They won’t update. I’ve tried to uninstall them and then reinstall but it hasn’t helped.

Hi I am trying to make some changes in the mobile theme- change the menu under the Mobile section and header in Newspaper Theme and under AMP, serve all templates as AMP, but I cannot save the changes. All dashboard settings are as per your required settings. Please advise.

It has been pointed out to me that my site localsoundfocus.com is not displaying properly on all browsers. It’s basicly showing an unformulated layout. I’ve just checked the site on a variety of devices and operating systems – the site works on Android mobiles using Chrome and Opera, it works on Windows desktops with Opera and Edge. It has issues with Chrome and Firefox on Windows desktop, and with Safari on Mac. This happens when I am NOT logged in as well as when I am logged in into the admin.

WP is at latest version as is Newspaper

I have tried checking on Console for CSS load errors, checked plug-ins, deactivated plug-ins that have updated recently to see whether that works.

Would be grateful for assistance.

I have a Flex Block 1 in my Newspaper theme that should be temporary invisible. So I go to the tab ‘css’ and set the ‘display’ value to ‘Hidden’ instead of ‘Show’. I must do that for every viewport (desktop, tablet and mobile).

Within a week, the same element should be made visible again. So further in time, I want to click the hidden element again so I can change the CSS ‘display’ value to ‘Show’ again. The only problem is: I can’t find the block in TagDiv Composer again. It’s really invisible. Not faded to indicate that it’s not visible on the frontend anymore, no: totally invisible. In fact, it looks like it’s deleted…

My question is: how can I make that element visible again? Is there a TagDiv setting that show the hidden elements in TagDiv composer?

I’m trying to place an image in a Cloud template for a header I have created.

If I place an image in the portrait view of the viewport options, it automatically replaces the image in the mobile view as well. And vice versa – if I place an image in the mobile view, it replaces it in the portrait view.

I tried using both the Header Logo element and the Single Image element and it does the same for both.

Is this a bug or am doing something wrong?

There is a possibility to preview homepage templates in the cloud library without downloading them to the server. Unfortunately, there is no such possibility for homepage mobile templates. How can we preview on the mobile device without downloading the mobile templates to the server?
