Hi,
using the header manager to install cloud templates I found a problem. When I switch the site in mobile mode suddenly the default setting from the demo appear. Look here: https://opposition24.com/startseite-2/ Is there a workaround to fix this bug?
How do I disable a mobile theme? I want to have the same design as desktop mode. When I click on the mobile theme, there are 3 options for the mobile theme. They are: mobile – have Mobile + AMP and have AMP. .
Hallo,
Is there an option to use the mobile them only for small screens like smartphones but use the responsive theme for tablets and bigger screens?
Because if you look on the mobile theme with a tablet, sometimes, especially in landscape mode, the mobile theme looks not good. But I would still prefer the mobile theme for really small screens because otherwise the responsive theme doesn’t look good.
Hello Maggo,
I tried to solve this problem with the support, but the support just didn’t understand what I mean by email. After a long time back and forth, I got a useful code where the logo is made smaller, so that it looks at least approximately similar.
Here is the code:
.td-main-menu-logo img {
max-width: 180px
}
But I have now solved the problem by not using the Mobile Theme.
Is there a solution to this problem? Because I have the same issue. The mobile theme header pushes the menu button and the search button to close to the logo. On the responsive design header, everything looks good. Exactly the same problem as you can see here: https://imgur.com/0eKnaO2
First, I must say you’ve built an awesome (if not the best) general-purpose theme, plus you have the best documentation in the world. Through your documentation, I’ve been able to set up my website using the Tagdiv composer for the very first time.
I have a tiny problem, though, and I have not been able to wrap my head around a possible solution. I need to get the mobile theme to fetch the last updated date only for post meta, instead of the published date which seems to be the default. Is there a code or way to get this done?
Hi,
I’m having an issue with recreating a mobile header that can fit “mobile search icon”, “header logo”, and “mobile menu” in one single row. For some reason, when I create a three column row, the rows are being stacked on top of one another so it’s giving the effect of three separate rows instead of one row with three columns. Any idea why this may be happening for me?
I want to have the same design as in desktop mode. Yes, how do I disable the mobile theme? When I click on mobile theme, there are 3 options for mobile theme. These are: mobile. I’ve chosen mobile. I have mobile + amp, and There’s an amp. .

Hello !
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Hello ,
My name is Selami. I bought a theme from you.
I installed the default demo on the website but when
I view it on my website from Mobile it looks like “Big grid 5” but it should be big grid 3 .
But big grid 3 does not appear on the mobile like teki. Refer to . No Problem when I log into the website via the Normal computer.
But as I said when I was showing the page on mobile, the pages are showing 3 sub-sub-sub. I want it to be like big grid 3.
I set up the Demo theme and didn’t make a change on it.
If you wish you can see for yourself you can give your wordpress username and password of the website.
I’m waiting an answer from you. Help.
Hello !
If you are using the mobile theme plugin that option is not available.
If you are NOT using the mobile theme you can edit your page using the tagDiv Composer and arrange the elements as you wish: https://www.screencast.com/t/2pYwA45L
Thank you !
Hi,
This can be achieve in two ways:
1. Using the mobile theme plugin -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
2. Using a custom css -> http://prntscr.com/pq1tzh
.td-main-sidebar{
display: none!important;
}
Thank you!

Hi,
I am trying to hide my sites sidebar from appearing on mobile while using the Newsmag theme, can anyone give me any advice?
i am having a similar issue i think. we have fully created a site on desktop and now testing on mobile and tablet we are seeing completely different designs. it looks like the sample content we loaded in the beginning is showing on mobile. we want the same as estefi, just have the desktop site respond down to mobile like most WordPress sites do.
Hello
I would like to place this block that you can see from the picture https://ibb.co/YkqPWCK as the first block to be displayed on the top when I am in mobile view (but the desktop view should keep being the same)
At the moment instead it comes after two blocks
thanks
Thank you very much. My website was almost beautifully completed. One more question wants your help. How to display grid 4 cols on desktop and 2 cols on mobile for archive pages?
How can I edit the ‘mobile menu’. Can’t find the option to edit it.
My site is animalsvoice.com, but this category uses Template 6:
http://animalsvoice.com/category/advertisers/
The dropdown doesn’t appear on the desktop, but does on the mobile. I want to remove it from the mobile (and would remove it from the desktop if it appeared there, too).
Thank you.
