Hi

The AMP version of the site is different than the desktop version. The same elements arent showing on the homepage as they are in the desktop version.

It doesnt matter if I choose Mobile+AMP or just AMP in the settings.
I also have all the checkboxes checked in the AMP plugin settings.
I also have ‘Enable AMP’ checked on all the pages.

Why is the homepage different on AMP?

Thanks.

Hi,

we do not mean the Background from the slider. Behind the slider, the hole Webpage in the Background shrinks. We use the Hamburger menu not only on the mobile sites.

Now we have reduced the slider on desktop resolution to 30%.
Please take another look with a desktop resolution to understand what we mean.

Hi,

You can set a class on it and add a custom css that will hide it if it will be display on a mobile, here is an example:
<div class="td-paragraph-padding-1 hide-on-mobile "></div>
-> http://prntscr.com/pn18zb
.hide-on-mobile {
display: none
}

Also please notice that the code set in Theme Panel > Advance css will not work for mobile theme, only for responsive version.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please make sure that you have the mobile theme plugin and amp plugin install and activate, after that make sure that you are using one of those two option -> http://prntscr.com/p3nwun and set in AMP only the posts like this -> http://prntscr.com/p3nx8m

Thank you!

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,

The tagDiv Composer can not be apply on mobile editor, this is made for mobile theme plugin to can create pages without builders, in this way you can have a better speed on mobile, if you want to have the desktop version, you can use the responsive version from Newspaper theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Tc9WPoTfL or use the mobile theme only for amp version -> http://prntscr.com/pmwj3p

Thank you!

Hello,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that you are using the amp with mobile theme plugin, with one of these options -> https://prnt.sc/pb4z2p

Thank you!

Hi,

This can be achieve only if you are using the responsive version of Newspaper theme with a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer and set the mobile menu like this -> http://prntscr.com/pmvsmr -> http://prntscr.com/pmvspt

Thank you!

Hi,

That flesh/slide of background color is not from mobile theme, usually is from some plugins, or it can be from rocket loader.
Please set the rocket loader to off like in our guide ->https://tagdiv.com/how-to-set-up-cloudflare-cdn/
If you are using the the rocket loader, please set it on off like in our guide ->https://tagdiv.com/how-to-set-up-cloudflare-cdn/
If the is still a problem, please deactivate all non theme plugins and try again.

Thank you

Hi,

That depend on the content you set in posts, if your content include <div class=”td-paragraph-padding-1″></div> then this will be display on mobile too.

Thank you!

Mine looks like this with the fresh and cleanest possible install. https://www.screencast.com/t/pRC51SAmj2BN

I just couldn’t figure out how could it be.

Would you mind show me a screenshot how it looks on your end? (mobile phone view of the big grid flex 9)

Thanks

hi Team
could you please guide me how to solve below problem – on desktop my site (www.noprobleminindia.com) opens normally but when I try opening on my mobile I get below message:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

I installed and activated: Official AMP for WP & tagDiv Mobile Theme
I followed tutorial: tagDiv AMP Plugin Tutorial
and checked if the website is AMP here: https://search.google.com/test/amp (it’s not)

could you please have a look where is the issue

Hi,

From what I can see you are using the mobile theme plugin, also the image are not display because the thumbs for mobile theme are not activate in theme panel.
I can not see the problem 2 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gTZwd2fRPePo

Hello !

We have rechecked your website on multiple mobile devices and everything is green as it should be.

Please re-check.

Thank you !

Hello !

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you !
