Hi,
The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Also in Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello !
Mobile theme has a different non-editable design. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
Please provide a link to your website to see what can we do about the logo.
In order to translate the words from the theme you will have to go into Theme Panel – Translations and there you will find them and the option to translate !
The about us can be edited and found in the Theme Panel – Footer – Footer info
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Thank you !
Hi,
I’ve made some test with Smart List 4 and Style 5 on mobile theme and responsive version too and for me this is working normally -> http://prntscr.com/ok7wyx -> http://prntscr.com/ok7x3t -> http://prntscr.com/ok7xn8 -> http://prntscr.com/ok7xxe -> http://prntscr.com/ok7y27
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details, some screenshots and a link where I can check this problem.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
How do I create a Posts Loop that displays my blog posts vertical (image above the text) on desktop and horizontal (image to the right of text) on mobile so more posts fit on a mobile screen?
I have uploaded my own logos to the theme both in the header logo & retina and mobile upload sections. my sites look fine on desktop but when I pull up on a mobile or ipad it loads showing my logo very briefly during loading process but then defaults back to the default logo for theme upon loading complete, I’ll list the url below if you could please help me with this. all load fine on desktop.
http://www.smallcapportal.com (loads default logo while briefly showing my logo before load completion)
http://www.stockmarketwired.com ( loads fine on ipad but mobile phone version loads with default News9Paper logo)
http://www.smallcapbroadcast.com (shows older Marketexcel logo instead of the new logo but only on disclaimer page)
The widget columns of the footer are also missing on posts in mobile, though post content loads fine.
I recently activated Official AMP and tagDiv mobile theme – and while posts look fine, pages have disappeared from mobile. There’s no page content and the first half of my footer (a triple column) is gone.
This page was edited through the normal page editor, not the tagDiv Composer. Even when deleting the contact form shortcode, nothing loads. My about page also has no shortcode at all but loads zero content.
I’ve tried deactivating all non-tagDiv plugins to no avail. AMP is set to Transitional, and Mobile Theme is set to Mobile + AMP.
Hello,
I have activate the AMP mobile theme and it’s realy great! Just 3 questions.
1: How i can change the logo position or the menu? because on the mobile version the logo and the menu are in the same location, left side! I have add the code css but no work:
.td-main-menu-logo .td-amp-site-logo { margin-left:100px;
}
2: How i can translate the word on english ? Example: Related article and latest article ?
3: How i can edit the footer areea? “about us” page ?!
Many regards
hello, in the mobile menu appears to me an image that I would like to remove. how can I do that?
Hello,
The size of the texts placed as bullets, does not appear of the same size as the text of the content.
The size is too small. From where can I modify this? Now it appears with a size of 15px, I have looked at the configuration of fonts on mobile I have nothing with 15px.

URl (see at mobile): https://cutt.ly/SCAtQY
Nope. Neither re-installing the theme nor re-installing TD Composer did help. The mobile viewport is available on all other sites of the multisite network…
Hello,
I’m trying to create a smart list, and I believe I followed all of the necessary steps from the video. However, only the first list option is perfectly responsive. The 2nd and so on are cut off on mobile devices.
I am using Smart List 4 and Style 5.
I will email login information shortly.
I have never quite understood how the AMP is supposed to work or how to set it up. When I have activated mobile theme items and AMPT items my contact form has completely disappeared from my website, naturally not a good thing. Today all of a suddenly I see this show up
There is content which fails AMP validation. However, your site is configured to automatically accept sanitization of the offending markup. You should review the issues to confirm whether or not sanitization should be accepted or rejected. Review issues
Invalid elements: script (146), input (8)
Well there hasnt been anything new in a month as Ive been on vacation. I was just back last night and looking things over this morning.

Hello !
In order to have this you will have to disable mobile theme on all of your pages and let it on for your posts. You can do that by editing your pages and disabling the Mobile Theme from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/HgVM9URqqIEa

Hi, as I can’t deactivate all plugins on the live system, I tried that on a parallel site on the same multisite network, installing the same plugins as on the original site. The Mobile viewport stayed visible there, no matter what I activated or deactivated – caching plugins etc. had no effects, and there is no child theme in use…
Hi
I just installed the mobile menu plugin. But I can not activate it, there is follow warning:
Warning: require_once(/home/httpd/vhosts/michelleboesch.ch/limettenwald.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/includes/td_block_editor_assets_mob.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/michelleboesch.ch/limettenwald.com/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/td-mobile-plugin.php on line 409

What do I need to do?
Thanks and greetings

Hello !
Unfortunately not. The Mobile theme cannot be edited. What you can do is disable mobile theme on pages / posts from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/b9FlHW8fuw
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
Thank you !
Hi,
On mobile there will be a different header and menu style – http://prntscr.com/ojqujg
– http://prntscr.com/ojqulq
The desktop header won’t appear on mobile.
However if you should use a cloud header template, you can design the desktop and mobile headers, and their sticky versions as well – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
You can decide what appears on mobile in the mobile header.
These are ready made cloud header templates built by us that can be imported and modified if needed, in the composer– https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
You can also build your own using a blank header template – http://prntscr.com/o8vge6
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hello !
We have re-checked your page using 3 different mobile devices + our mobile emulator. We cannot seem to find the issue you mention. We have checked every page, every post. Please reset your browsers cache even on mobile devices and let me know.
Also please do not share your personal data here because it is visible to other users !
Thank you !
I view your source and see this code:
.td-menu-background,
.td-search-background {
background-image: url(‘https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_travel/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/travel-mobile-bg.jpg’);
}
But i don’t know how to make this code appear on my website.
Please guide me. Thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for help me. But i’m not using mobile theme. Just responsive. I took a look at your demo and found that you used a picture for your background. How can I do that?
