Hello !
Please paste the code in the mobile theme too, as you can see here:https://www.screencast.com/t/BpT5ZTyyKfPA
Thank you !
Hi,
You can remove the “Loading..” in two ways, the first one is using a custom css
#src_load{
display: none;
}
that need to be set in Theme Panel>Mobile Theme> Custom code> Css -> http://prntscr.com/oit0du
Or you can comment/remove the code from theme core wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/header-amp.php -> http://prntscr.com/oit3oo
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
Doesn’t look disabled, the pages still use the mobile theme. If you disabled the mobile theme for the homepage and other pages, they should not display it anymore.
We could take a look at it if you want, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. In our tests the disable mobile theme option works fine, but maybe there are cases when it doesn’t however. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Let us know.
Thanks
Glad I can help.
The mobile theme won’t work with composer content, only what is possible through the simple mobile editor. So displaying a block on phones when the mobile theme is active is not possible. You can check how the mobile theme looks by visiting this demo with a phone or with a browser emulator – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/
However we introduced in he latest update a setting which can now be used to disable the mobile theme per page or post. So for example the homepage on mobile can be made to not use the mobile theme and will display the content from desktop, while the rest of the website will. This was a much requested feature, now it is possible.
The setting is found in the page/post edit screen in Gutenberg – http://prntscr.com/oisnlc
Please let me know if you have more questions.

If you are using the Newspaper v9.7.4 you can use the new option to show the desktop content in mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Would like to know if there is a possibility to have images inside blog posts to show on mobile from side to side.
Currently: https://prnt.sc/oir78t
What I would like to achieve: https://prnt.sc/oir7iv (this is the header image)
Any questions, please let me know.

Hello,
I noticed even with the CSS code above you gave me, the gallery slider shows up black on Mobile. How can we fix this so its white on desktop, tablet and mobile?
Hi, Calin.
I did exactly as you said. The live search is disabled on mobile as well as amp. But there’s one more issue. In the amp version, i.e., domain.com/?amp the live search shows “loading…” when we put something in the search box. It doesn’t show any suggestions/results because the live search is disabled but it shows “loading…”. Why is that and how to remove this?
Please see this screenshot
Hi,
So if I understand correctly you want to remove the td_ajax from mobile too, if is so then you should go in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/includes/td_ajax_mob.php and comment this line of code http://prntscr.com/oih12y -> http://prntscr.com/oih0u1
Hope this will help you!
Thanks.

Hi,
So if I understand correctly you want to have the desktop version on mobile, if is so then you can use the new option from Newspaper v9.7.4 where you can have the responsive version on the mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
I checked your website and all seams to be good -> http://prntscr.com/oien1r -> http://prntscr.com/oieoh3, you are using the mobile theme.
If there is still a problem, please let know!
Thank you!
Hi,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin. Please, note that plugin has special functionality for the mobile articles and pages and that’s why you did not bring the blocks on mobile and some of your pages are empty on mobile. For more details about the mobile theme functionality, please check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Also, if you do not like the mobile theme functionality, you will simply disable it from the P{lugins section and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mode.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that you clear all cache after you make some changes.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and a link where I can check this problem of fonts.
Also the mobile fonts is applying only on some elements from the mobile section, please provide some more details about the settings you’ve made and the problem that you are facing.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please note that our theme is fully responsive and that’s why, on mobile, the layout of the grid is different than the desktop version, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/e6tu9p6qQn1v If you want to request your desktop version on the mobile devices, please note that our theme does not have any such an option for that but only if you will find such a plugin with this functionality and check how it works. You can take a look over the next useful guide from here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8qokn4vLew
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin and amp plugin, than the mobile theme plugin will chose the option that will work properly and the rest of them will be remove, in this way, you can not change amp settings to brake the layout.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Yes, if you are using the mobile theme + AMP plugin, this will be configure automatic by our mobile theme plugin to work properly together, in this way the links will be validate and sold be no problems.

Hi there,
I just can’t seem to show my pages with the mobile theme and AMP -despite selecting the proper menu. Do you have a proper guide on using this please?
URGENT
Many thanks
Hi,
This is happen because you are using on some pages the responsive version of the theme and on the rest of theme the mobile theme, so on a part of menu ( from category for example ) will be apply the front from mobile theme css -> http://prntscr.com/oi9ro0 and on the rest of them will apply the font from desktop -> http://prntscr.com/oi9s95
Hope this will help you!
Thanks.
Hi, team tagDiv.
I am using the mobile theme and have enabled the mobile + amp. Just to let you know my configuration.
I’ve commented the code in the td-ajax file responsible for the live search. Now the live search has been disabled but only on desktop. The mobile version is still having the live search enabled. Is there a different css for the mobile version that has specific live search code. If so, then please let me know so that I can comment it as well.
Thanks.
Hello! Good day.
Sorry for my English and they do not understand me, I am writing from Argentina (Spanish).
I’m finishing my project with its theme and it’s fantastic.
I am using Google Cloud Platform, on a web server, Debian, OpenLiteSpeed (not apache) and LiteSpeed cahce plugin in WordPress.
PageSpeed Insights:
98% Mobile
99% Desktop
PingDom Tools (ping from Brazil, where is the server):
Load time 392 ms
Requests 55 (point where I need help)
The theme makes 15 requests to Google Fonts (155 ms total) called fonts that I do not need.
Use Varela Round, Roboto Condensed and Open Sans. But not in all those versions.
How do I modify this?
What theme file is in? functions.php?
From already thank you very much!
Make sure you have set up a logo for both mobile and desktop then pick , so go to your themes panel and under your headers settings locate The Main Menu and you will see logo on sticky menu option, then thick header logo, shows the header logo
You can see the screenshot here bro
