I understand what you are saying, you want the sticky header to be displayed only on certain categories. To do this you need to use two cloud headers (you can duplicate the existing one). On one of the cloud headers, activate the sticky header option and leave the other one off -> https://i.imgur.com/fH6K66W.png. Then put the global header that is displayed in most places (for example, the one that doesn’t have the sicky header), and the one with the sticky header is set individually on pages and on cloud templates (single post template, cloud categories …) with tagDiv Composer.

The cloud has been split into sections in the new interface for faster access to cloud templates, but an option will be added to allow access to all elements of the cloud as before.
We do not recommend using multiple builders on the same website, but you can try, just use a single builder on the page.

I’ve been using the tagDiv composer and the NFT template to build my website ettakesoff.com. I wanted to add some widgets to my homepage, I added a new row and then added the column text shortcode to the row so I could add in the code for the widget. https://imgur.com/RhUX7Ea
It doesn’t recognise the code. Adding in code into the column text only seems to work for banners and not widgets. https://imgur.com/YwdfKxt
I can only get the widget to show on the web page if I exit tagDiV composer and edit the page in the built-in editor in wordpress. https://imgur.com/l2MWm7J
However, I can’t continue adding templates/elements in the tagDiv below the widget. How do I add in widgets using the tagDiv composer?

Hi I just purchased the Newspaper theme and have started to use the TD Composer to build my templates. So far everything was going well up until I started to build the home page.
I built a portion of the home page, only to find that whatever I put onto the home page also appears on every other page on the website. Furthermore, if I try to edit another page such as “About” or “Contact Me” using the TD Composer then it pre-loads the content that I put on the home page, onto those pages too instead of giving me a blank canvas to work with.
The home page content also appears on top of my categories pages and my singular post pages.
I deactivated TD Composer and Reactivated with no success. I have litespeed cache installed and have been clearing the database but no luck there either.

As you will see. The site heading and the content title are not aligned. This is because of the singles template I am using. As you will see the right sidebar is wider than the left sidebar. This is causing the content not to be aligned with the site logo/heading. It looks strange as you can see
I cannot get the left and right sidebar equal so the content will be directly centred under the title. Every time I touch the CSS settings in the editor to put numbers in them to try and get things equal in breaks the theme in one way or another such as pushing the right hand sidebar all the way down the bottom of the page

I have recently purchased the newspaper theme because of its costumizability. But when i tried to apply header from cloud and change footer of the template , it happened but when i made some changes in header. After some time header and footer both disappeared and when i go to edit my homepage tagdiv composer just keeps buffering. I can really not design my website at all. Also, i am also finding it hard to find blocks for my homepage. Please help quickly,

You should choose a static page, create a new page and give the name for example “Home”, after that you go there and choose that page which should be your homepage. You can import a template and design that page with the TagDiv Composer. https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
If you do not mean this, then please provide more information about the issue or what you need to achieve, screenshots or a video.

Hi, I am unable to install the post loop template to the Blog page that shows all my blog posts. Why? Is there another way to create a blog page that allows customisation of how all the posts appear?
I have a website which uses the Gossip cloud template.
When I use my pc to view the page https://nextlevelonlinemedia.com/ everything looks good but…
When I view the same link on my phone it shows the word GOSSIP in big letters at the top left corner.
Not sure why that is showing on phone but not pc?

However Cloud template seems not working with either Paypal or Apple Pay options:

Also, just figured the Cloud template or the theme do not work well with WooCommerce Shortcode (not block),
the Cart page & Check out page currently are using short code:

That’s why payment options are able to show (but at Check Out page it appears the Apple Pay button has alignment issue)
Think the product page not showing payment option could be caused by the similar problem, please help to fix.

The theme I use is modified News Magazine, but I no longer remember the modifications made hahaha, I would have to start over, the bad thing is that the modifications are made on the local server and of course taking them to the online server is the problem.
The theme lacks that, import/export theme or template.

You can not achieve this with the element Posts Loop, but you can do this only with the element called “Flex block”. Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

If you click on any author from the right side, then you’ll get all the posts written by the selected author. If you want a page like this, then you can import the author template from this demo Music & Life PRO. Copy-paste the rows or elements from this page to another page. The filter for that flex block is Author – Current Author and this is working only on an author template. If you want to use it on other page/template, then you need to filter by author ID as it is describes in the flex block’s guide.

I do use Woocommercce payment plugin only, and also I use only tagdiv plugin, however the Fatal error on product page while using Cloud Template still here.
The Apple Pay button still cannot display properly.

I saw that you also use WP Bakery and it is in conflict with tagDiv Composer/tagDiv Cloud Library.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery conflicts with our page builder. I’m having an issue with the share icon in just one post. If you look at the post in the url, https://theyflyblog.com/2022/03/30000-downloads-on-spotify-and-blocked-on-facebook/, the share icon at the bottom of the article is showing twice. The extra icon is just an empty box. I tried to use tagDiv composer to edit that page, but it tells me:
“Errors at columns elements: 9(models) : 10(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
All my posts use the same template, but it only appears in that one post. Can you tell me how to fix it?

This is a staging site. I am trying to understand how to populate the category template I have chosen from the Cloud Template Library. From the homepage, I have copied the URL as it appears in “View” and pasted it into the “image URL” field in the homepage layout, so clicking on the box titled “Economic Development” will take one to the Category template I have chosen. I have chosen the “50th PRCC Economic Development Section” as the category template in the Economic Development sub-categories and the PRCC 50th Single Post” in the Newspaper Theme Panel. I have also chosen two posts that are also categorized as “Economic Development” and set their Primary Category as “50th PRCC Economic Development Section”. I still cannot get them to show up when I click on the “Economic Development” box in the homepage. I have cleared the site and page cache after each change to no avail. Please advise. Thanks.

There’re 2 major problems in WooCommerce:
1. Product page
Product page displaying an error when using Cloud template.

Regardless cloud template or default template, the check out page cannot display Apple Pay button which is supposedly on top of the Billing details form:

It’s a cloud template and I added the shortcode from Contact Form 7.
The issue is that form input labels are red but when a client fills in the comments box
it also is red. Would like to be able to fix this. Ideally would like to have the
labels white and the comment text in black.

I want to choose the Template, Just Like in Author Template, Archive Template, etc. This section has an option to choose “Set a Cloud Library template for all.”
Kindly add the same option in the Blog and Post Template as well.
