Hi,
First please go to settings>permalinks. Select “Post name” and save.
Try updating your posts/pages. If it doesn’t work, try selecting another option in the settings>permalinks.
If the problem persist, please make sure that the File Permissions are set correctly https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-file-permissions/ also the .htaccess should have 755.
Another way is to use the classic editor plugin.
You are using a PRO Pre-build website, and this was made using tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer, therefore you can edit the entire website using tagDiv Composer. The settings from theme panel are for normal pre-build website that use standard templates and not cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/RaTvwZf.png then on the element that you want to remove use the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/uOqHJmf.png
Thank you!
Hello everyone,
I have had this issue for quite some time and I never got it resolved, now that I am starting to use my website again I would like to have help removed the section above my footer with all the broken Instagram images. Can anyone please assist, I have an extremely important article I need to post up today and want my website to not look sloppy with broken areas. I have tried to go into the divtag section and remove the box but it doesn’t even show me any options for it. Website is fully updated which is what I was told by support last time. Thanks in advance!
The website is http://www.livemusicfavorites.com
Hello,
You can delete the author on the post edit with tagDiv Composer and with right-click remove the author box => https://www.screencast.com/t/P4UvjtlWnd.
Thank you!
Hello !
If your designs are fully edited using tagDiv composer you can only copy the shortcodes from the templates. You will have to do the following:
Create 1 page and duplicate it.
Edit the template as you can see here:https://www.screencast.com/t/vpXRzB7FYMyV
Copy all the shortcodes from the template: https://www.screencast.com/t/ye2iAqcLVdf
Open a post template like on your new host: https://www.screencast.com/t/sXhnGhmYxJ
Select all the content from here and remove: https://www.screencast.com/t/0cgtSqguH And now paste over the shortcodes you have copied from the old template.
Simply save the template and enjoy !
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello!
A solution for this could be to create a new single post cloud template, edit it with TagDiv Composer to remove the single featured image element and then you assign this single post cloud template which you just created into whatever article you need. You can assign it by edit a post normally(without TagDiv Composer) and you will find a section at the bottom of the page.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
I think you have a Pro Prebuild Website, and you need to edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/9F4Rr1AfDku, and you can remove the Single Post Author Box and Single Post Share selecting with tagDiv Composer with a right click you can delete => https://www.screencast.com/t/qXVCHLn8agF , or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://www.screencast.com/t/HvYLtBLm
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Thank you for the reply. I was unable to do that after the first time it was customized – closest I got was the first one I customized was appearing above a new footer that could be edited. I removed all the plugins and this time put AMP and mobile themes back on and activated them first and now I can edit them. Not sure why it worked/don’t care, but it works.
Should Posts be editable with TagDiv Composer? I do not have the option to edit existing posts with TagDiv, or edit a new post with TagDiv after the default editor loads from Add New.
Hi Vlad
yes I would like to remove those buttons that appear at the beginning of a post in the mobile version
I have active tagDiv Mobile Theme
here I show you what happens https://www.screencast.com/t/fLB9gBrTJQ
this is the link to an article https://www.manuelemorandin.net/seo/utm-urchin-tracking-module/
thanks for your assistance
I wanted to remove the post sharing buttons of the mobile version, I followed your article https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/ Sharing buttons section, and this actually allows me to change the type of social network, but when I deselect everything, no change occurs, the previous choice remains on the page and the flag reappears in the settings.
I also found a discussion in the forum, but it doesn’t seem to have been fixed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/removing-the-social-share-buttons-at-the-start-of-posts/
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
You are now able to create mobile viewport templates as you can see in our guide here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
! Atention ! If you are using mobile templates you will have to remove the mobile theme plugin and also at the moment AMP is not working with mobile templates.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for Elementor, because this plugin has not been tested with our theme, therefore we don’t know how this is working and what options have.
We can provide support only for tested plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/ii1XzTZag527
With our theme, you can use Single Post Templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, and you can edit them with tagDiv Composer (remove/edit author box). Using Single Post Template you can set one of theme like Global and for posts that you want to be different, you can assign individual single post template.
Thank you!

I have been working with this theme and tagdiv themes since 2016 and bought a lot of licenses for professional and personal projects. Never seen something like this until now.
Last week, trying to remove mode-less.js and text.js, 3 main categories have vanished making me waste more than 5 hours moving and assign content to right category again. I couldn’t believe it and load a test db backup to check all happened when new theme was installed.
Now, a video image has been generated and al maxresdefault* images have been reassigned to date where the new video post image was created…
Everything is happening with child theme and a template.
I cant go back and restore my previous theme after a week working with this, but… seriously what else should I found next days?
1. I want to know how to remove the date from tagDiv Mobile Theme.
2. Post Featured Image, I want to insert the title inside the image.
3. Featured Iamge does not appear because tagDiv Mobile Theme is used on the front page.
We want to solve these three problems.
Hello meihaoing,
You can remove the comment count from Single Post Template, edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/4VoyAOlzgd6, select the element Single Post Comments Counter and with click right you can delete =>https://www.screencast.com/t/6gcY6rt80vqt or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
For comment count from the Home page, you can disable from Theme Panel-> Block Settings- > Meta info on Modules/Blocks the Show Comment Count => https://www.screencast.com/t/CpWa2hGiyWJ.
Hope that helps you!

Hi
All tag templates at the cloud library have only the list of posts that contain the actual tag.
I would like to add text and images to the tag page above the list.
I can add the Tag Description element with the tagDiv composer, but the final look is ugly. I would like to have it as a regular simple text with the same fonts size, just like in any post on my site.
How can I remove the tag description format?
Is there a simple solution to this?
Thank you.
Hello misija,
If you only want to remove the duplicate posts from Flex Block 5, then you can use the unique article option, follow this guide-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/ ->https://www.screencast.com/t/VwzpaBvdM5, or can use the setting on the Flex Block the Offset posts-> start the count with an offset => https://www.screencast.com/t/GH0OH60B.
Hope that helps you!

Hello, I have a single page on my website that I don’t want to display the title or breadcrumbs (https://travelingsession.com/my-travel-sessions-map/). I see where I can turn them on and off for all pages in the theme panel, however, I only want it removed from this one page. I tried to remove it in tagdiv composer, but that section can’t be selected. Is there some css that I can add to the page to hide these elements? Also, where would be the best place to add the css? The page content is being displayed via shortcode, which I couldn’t add using tagdiv composer (I can on posts) so I don’t know if I can put the css in additional css in the page builder. Thanks!

Hello !
You are using a post loop element there. Unfortunately this is not possible on that element. You will have to open tagDiv Composer, remove the post loop element, and use a Flex Block instead.
Thank you !

Hi,
The setting from theme panel will apply only if you are not using a pro demo (those are using cloud templates) and it should apply the global fonts from theme panel, but if you have some pages that were made with tagDiv Composer can have individual settings.
If the settings from theme panel are not apply, then you are using a pro demo, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> use the right click to remove the elements you do not want to have in your single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/1gAnLJW.png- > https://i.imgur.com/xCG0Z8h.png
The font can be change by selecting the element and in general tab or style tab you can set the fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5jKCVA.jpg also using the manager you can see what fonts do you have on that page or template -> https://i.imgur.com/55UMHqU.jpg from there you can go on that element or you can change the font directly in manager.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
